Very nice goat check in and stay went very smoothly. Only drawback is it did not sleep 12. Other than that the pool was a lovely break from the beach. The family area inside was awesome. The parking was great. And the walk to the beach was a cinch.

We had a family gathering of 3 groups all meet here. The house is as described and the area is absolutely perfect for a beach side getaway. A couple things need tended to at the house as listed in other reviews but it didn't slow down our stay at all, just needs a bit more upkeep but I imagine it's a popular home given its location and price point. We were very comfortable, felt at home and enjoyed every moment of our vacation.

We booked 2 houses on this street. This one for us, and the second for all our extended family. So, I have a direct comparison, and had expectations based on other rentals through our years around 30A.Pros- location and view are irreplaceable. The bedrooms, kitchen and living room are nice sized.Cons- The home was tired. I’m guessing it’s been used as a rental for many years now and can use some updates. It was in a lot of little details. I did let management know about 3 more important maintenance issues, although they didn’t directly hinder our stay. The runner carpet upstairs is stained and sticky to step on; wear houseshoes or socks. The mattresses felt okay but seem quite old. With 2 of us having allergies connected to dust mites, we’d take medicine at bedtime and still wake up stuffy and itchy.FYI-(unchangeable, but) The view and easy beach access have a downfalll. The road outside is filled with people cruising, honking, playing loud music, and screaming until around midnight every night. The upstairs master bedroom is so loud.Still- We loved the beach and view. The kids enjoyed the plunge pool. The house worked for our needs, just didn’t compare to the second house or others we’ve stayed in.Management- The master shower had not been cleaned prior to our stay, as the last people’s soap still sat on the shelf and hair on the floor. The towel quality is not great. I don’t understand a house rental that require you buy toilet paper to have enough for the people staying within for the week.

This a lovely home with a beautiful view! The street is directly in front of the home, but surprisingly wasn’t overly loud. The house was clean and had lots of space. I knocked off a star strictly because of the toiletries/supplies. Yes I read the pre-check in instructions and did not anticipate having all the supplies I needed, however, what was supplied was pitiful. There was 1 garbage bag and it was the worst quality I have ever seen (seriously, that’s the cheapest bag I’ve ever touched). There was exactly 1 dishwashing pod. The bathroom toiletries were also of poor quality, I feel like Super 8 would have had better shampoo. I’m not sure if this Beachblue issue or house keeping issue? But someone should go to the Dollar store and remedy this $20-30 immediately. I’ve stayed (via vrbo) in several homes as nice as this and some not as nice, but I’ve never encountered worse provisions than these. So until this is fixed, beware to bring your own trash bags, soap, dishwashing amenities, etc.

Our stay was fantastic! Great location! It is quiet but still close to everything. All the beds are very comfortable. The pool guy never disturbed us once. He was always here very very early to make sure everything was functioning properly. Only one small complaint is the doors to the pool not locking at all. It does feel weird going to sleep with the doors unlocked and they don’t latch very well. But everything besides those doors is fantastic! We were never bothered once on our stay by anyone! Great place to stay for a larger party or even a romantic get away! Thanks beach blue!

The location of this house is perfect! The private beach area was even better. The house, itself, has a great lay out and worked well for our family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was nicely laid out. A few suggestions are I do wish they had mugs for the coffee in the morning and teaspoons. They only had 3 teaspoons and many small cups The sectional, which we were advised in advance, was broken on one end and under the sectional, it could use a very good cleaning. We had to clean as there was sand, crumbs and build up of “gunk”. Outside, although the pool is small, it worked well for our little ones. The outside furniture is in desperate need of upgrading. The two high chairs were torn and frayed. Surely at the price paid for a week these chairs can be replaced. All in all we had a really wonderful vacation and the house is in a great location to not be directly on the beach. We would stay here again.

Great house for our family All the bedrooms were great for our adult children and their spouses. Very roomy downstairs. Beach access is perfect. Beach is beautiful and the prettiest sand we have ever seen. The rental people were very quick to respond to our needs. We would highly recommend this property. The hosts may want to look at the gas grill outside , the electric starter did not work. The pool on the outside deck was such a perfect experience for us each evening. Thank you for all amenities.

We were sent easy directions to find and utilize the property There we’re a few things that didn’t work such as door knobs we’re broken, 🔥 fireplaces didn’t work and pool was not very warm for a heated pool. The trash was overloaded and a mess beside the building when we got there. The beauty and comfort of the place and cleanliness made up for the other little things. I would definitely rent it again,

The location was spectacular, the view was spectacular, and at one point in time the home was spectacular. Overall condition and cleanliness of the home fell short of our expectations. We dealt with these issues and still had a very nice vacation.After the vacation was over, we shared our general experience with our friends. They encouraged us to contact the management company, Beach Blue Properties, to share this experience. If they were the property manager, they would want to know about this so that they could address the deficiencies.So, we reached out to Beach Blue Properties. In one regard they were responsive. In another they seemed more concerned about protecting themselves, then addressing what had occurred. They said that since we didn't contact them while we were on site there was nothing they could do. At a minimum I would have expected them to appreciate our honest comments and rectify the situation for the next family that rents the property. We will never know.

We loved this location! The house is well appointed and the bedrooms/bathrooms were PERFECT for 8 ppl. The pool time was great- we wish we would have arranged to heat the pool - it was a little chilly. The location is superb - could not get better. The game and meal time around your large table was great. We needed an 8th chair so we brought one down from the upstairs bedroom.
The reclining sections of the couch did always go back to regular couch mode. The wine fridge was perfect and we kept it stocked!
Loved the fact you had extra chairs we could borrow for the beach.
The upstairs bedroom balcony is just divine! We all had coffee up there to enjoy the view. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We have been friends for 20 plus years and our annual girls weekend is something we look forward to every year. We will be back!

We had a great family vacation that included 6 adults and 1 infant. The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked well for feeding a large group. The walk to the beach was easy and we loved playing pickleball on the courts at the back of the neighborhood. Would definitely rent here again.

Beds were rock hard, ceiling fans and return registers very dirty, bathroom floor a mess, dirty counters/island and mirrors, home doesn’t cool well in master, master tv didn’t work all week long, patio furniture on master balcony busted, living room couch broken. Contacted management on day one and took calling again to get someone to speak with about it. Nothing done to resolve issues. For this kind of money the place should be pristine. Disappointing for sure. Perfect location and most beautiful beach anywhere but home needs to be maintained and cleaned much better.

Overall the trip was wonderful. Great location and space large enough for large group. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything except a crockpot. Many outlets in walls do not work. Outside pool area was lovely, however, large palmetto cochroaches at night would come out. Was pleasantly surprised by the amount of beach chairs and umbrellas that were in garage. Two bikes were perfect, even the pool and tennis courts were amazing! The bedrooms were amazing and perfect for kids and adults. Two grills were awesome for a large cookout. No issues with check in and check out. I would stay here again.

Loved the house. We had four families and it worked out perfectly. There were four bedrooms and each had its own bathroom. Living room, dining room and kitchen were all open concept which was nice. We paid for the heated pool and was very satisfied and worth the money. It was kind of a cross between a hot tub and a pool. The kids really enjoyed it. The kitchen was well stocked. We just needed a few more large mixing bowls and some new frying pans but not a dealbreaker. The sink faucet could be updated but still worked fine for doing dishes. There was only one kitchen towel and one dish rag when we arrived. I called the management company and they brought some more right out to us. When we went to use the grill it was out of propane but the management company also brought a new tank when we called. I’d give the management company an A+ for fixing issues and communication. Overall, we really enjoyed this house and would recommend it and would definitely stay again. Location was perfect, close to everything!

A beautiful home right on the gulf with large bedrooms and baths. Great kitchen and living space. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 stars is because the hot water is an issue. We only had five people staying but still ran out even though we tried to space out our showers. We also, had a gas leak while there but it was taken car of quickly by Beach Blue Property management. It is a beautiful place!

Good location
The house is nice and is located across the beach. I love the check in process using door codes. We did have a problem with the beach gate code not working. It was frustrating when we called and they are not open on the weekend. However after leaving a message someone texted back with a new code that works. The garage has many beach toys, surf boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, and more. It is greatly appreciated. We had a great time even though it was too cold to swim.
