There was absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel. All the staff made us feel really welcome.
We found nothing could be improved

Good location to Fraserburgh beach and town centre and also to Willows animal sanctuary which was the purpose of our overnight stay
We brought our wee dog and having the ground floor with French doors to let the dog out was excellent

It's my home from home, I stay here every month. Always a lovely welcome, clean and cosy bedrooms. Meals are excellent something for everyone. Staff are very good always someone around willing to help.

No breakfast included with Booking.com but it is if you book direct. However we were so well fed out visiting relatives, breakfast not needed. Daily service of room good. Door key provided if out after 11pm so we didn’t feel rushed to return in the evenings. Our evening meal on first night was superb.

Excellent breakfast, cooked to order. We also had dinner on Friday night, Huge choice on the menu and fair choice of wines. The hotel was spotless with a small army of cleaners at work! Comfortable and good size room. Comfortable bed too. We will book again.

The location was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was really good. This was the best value for money place I've stayed this trip.

Very friendly staff and exceptional service, ideal location for my work visit and for easy access to Peterhead and Fraserburgh.
Comfortable and clean bed, and the room was finished to a good standard and was of good size with a walk in shower cubicle.

The staff were very friendly and looked after us well. Food in the restaurant was good and quantity too much for us. Same applied for breakfast. Couldn’t eat everything we got.
Should have had a “ countryside view “ which we didn’t get. Partly my fault but room we had was good but no view.

I loved the friendly staff and the excellent service - nothing was too much trouble. A lovely home from home feel about the hotel.

The Breakfast was excellent! The food was excellent, and staff were very helpful
The toilet in the single bed budget room was a poor flusher but I'm sure this would be rectified

Our GPS had trouble getting us to what should be a very easy place to find. (No fault of the owners!) The host was incredibly nice and the meal was delicious. We would have liked to get the room cooler, but many probably like the warmer room.

Staff friendly and helpful,room was spacious,tea coffee etc in room.
The finish/decor in the bathroom wasnt great, was clean but for the price would have expected a little more . The room was on the ground floor near the beer garden and there was more noise than you might want.
