Excellent location, unbelievable value for money. Lovely and clean rooms, working air conditionig, good shower, large fridge, plus everything else we needed for a weeks stay and more ( youngsters were thrilled with the free Netflix).

Everything was wonderful and it had all we needed for exploring Kyoto and coming home to relax.

There were no plates. Having instructions in of electrical appliances in English would be helpful.

The location is really good! Near train station. I stay here for 2 night with 5 friends, and all of us really enjoy the time we spent in this house. The house is very clean, with complete amenities. The living room is cozy, room as well. Bringing up the suitcase to the 2nd floor was a bit hard, but it’s not a deal breaker. We also accidentally left our charger here after checkout, and we were already in Tokyo by the time the staff informed us. They helped us to send the charger to our hotel in Tokyo. Very helpful and really appreciate the help. Really recommend this place for a group traveler!

Amazing location close to Kyoto station. 5 min walk to most places of interest and the owner was very sweet and responsive.

Traditional Japanese style and good location with just a 4 minutes walk from the train station. Very convenient if you are travelling to Kyoto area.

The staircase is too steep for elder.

The location is very convenient, close to the centre, subway and bus.

It seems the house is not very well protected against the cold weather conditions. We got cold.
