I recently stayed at The Quintet, Tower Ethel hosted by Jason & Wendy, and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The apartment itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was also perfect, with easy access to plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. But what really made this stay special was Jason & Wendy. They were the perfect host - warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, from providing local recommendations to even couriering my wife's watch when we accidentally left it in the unit after we checked out (at no charge!). Overall, I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Cameron Highlands. Jason & Wendy are a fantastic hosts who truly cares about their guests, and I can't wait to stay with them again in the future.

Internet connection gets disconnected sometimes, but overall still can use the internet service after restarting the modem.

Sometimes we could feel a sewer smell in that area. Walking path to cafe and shopping street is not very safe (no lights, homeless dogs, slums)

The location is centralised, unit is clean and tidy.

The trash waw not able to dispose thou the bin room is next to our unit, we need to carry the trash down to dispose on our own. The security was NOT friendly and helpful AT ALL

The environment is good and nearby the apartment easy to find food. The owner very helpful and recommend us some of good places for food.. thumb up

A great, spacious well presented apartment close to town. Feels like home away from home. Good parking facilities. A quick walk or drive into the main strip of Tanah Rata.

A bit of dampness in the apartment which needed constant dehumidifying.

The house is very clean and nice design. All of my family members like it so much and have great time here. The baby cot and baby chair also provided upon request. There is many shop and restaurant within the walking distance which is very convenient for us. The owner jason give us a clear instruction on how to getting the access card. He also introduce us some famous restaurant to visit. One thing i really want to thank him is my kids water tumbler was accidentally left in one of the nearby restaurant and he did ask his friend to courier back the water tumbler for us. He is just so kind and if without him we can't get back the water tumbler as the restaurant closed when that time we want to collect back it. Will definitely come back if revisit CH again. There are eatery outside the property. From the side gate, can lead to more eatery as well.

It will be good if the washing machine come with dryer function. Takes a while for the clothes to dry

Very accommodating host, with tips for touring the Cameron Highlands. Very spacious apartment and clean. All in all, we were very satisfied and can recommend the accommodation. Corresponds to European standard.

Only issue was the master - bed was relatively hard and the walls don't seem to be all that thick (heard foot stomping and screaming from kids until 2am, though this could be due to the long weekend and holiday).

Clean & suitable for small family. Laminated floor helps to less cold at my feet and good matress make us had a good sleep. Thank you.

The problem at CH was the water without heater is too cold. It will be good if got handy shower to be pulled for toilet. Also, it was nice if you can put some bowls at the kitchen.
