Spacious Oceanfront home with private access to the beach in a gated community.
Oceanfront Casa disponibile in una comunità protetta e recintato con accesso privato alla spiaggia, che è solo una passeggiata giù per le scale. Questa casa ha 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni, una cucina completamente attrezzata e un soggiorno con WIFI per tutti i tuoi dispositivi. La casa ha quattro letti king / queen per dormire 10 comodamente, ma ha anche un divano e un sacco di altri spazi per gruppi di più di 10. (Che potrebbero causare a pagamento) Vorrei anche menzionare vi è una camera da letto matrimoniale al piano di sotto con una bella vista ocen destra dal letto e accesso alla terrazza e mobile bar.
A soli 12 miglia a sud del confine statunitense e 4 miglia a nord di Rosarito rende questa casa molto accessibile per vivere e godere le varietà locali notturni e alimentari che sia Rosarito e Tijuana hanno da offrire, nonché una breve corsa di nuovo alla frontiera o l'aeroporto di Tijuana .
La casa è adiacente ad un condominio all'interno della stessa proprietà. Il condominio è parete a parete per la casa e quando il suo affittati condivide le tre terrazze disponibili. Quali sono descritti come segue: Il primo è uno spazio aperto ideale per prendere il sole, praticare Yoga o qualsiasi altro rilassarsi sotto le attività del sole. Questo aree unica ombra è sotto la barra in un angolo. La seconda area ha un pozzo del fuoco, un barbecue e un tavolo che offre l'atmosfera ideale per una cena da ricordare per sempre. Il terzo è giù sulla spiaggia. Questa zona ha un tavolo sotto un Palapa così si può rilassarsi con un secchiello pieno di vostro drink preferito solo ad un passo dalla spiaggia.
All'interno di questa comunità chiusa, si ha anche accesso ad una grande piscina, campi da tennis e un bel po 'di parco tutto con vista sull'oceano. C'è anche un negozio di generi alimentari a pochi isolati di distanza che rende l'acquisto di cibo, bevande e necessità facile e veloce. Ci sono anche una serie di piccoli ristoranti e bar all'uscita del cancello di sicurezza di San Antonio del marzo

The stay was absolutely amazing! The home was spacious and clean. Leticia was an amazing host. She greeted us with the keys and provided a tour of the house. She was very accommodating and set us up with a taxi to get to an event we were going to. The access to the beach was easy as well. There was 24 hour security and a few restaurants and a convenient store at the entrance of the community that was very helpful. The only issue we had that was out of control of the host, was the property’s security did not not allow Uber or Lyft to pick us up in front of the home so we had to walk to the front of the grounds and back. This was a little over half a mile. Security said it was not allowed for short term rental properties. However, they offered us a number for a taxi service that they would allow to enter the grounds. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Stair access to beach run down making safety issue. Ocean view amazing, bedrooms in front of house ok but back rooms lack air flow. Overall ok for 1-3 days but I would stay any longer than that.

This house was everything and more. Pictures don’t do it justice. It fit our group of 8 adults perfectly fine, very spacious and had all the necessities. The view was spectacular! Definitely coming back! Hosts were awesome and very helpful.

This property was beautiful and the fact that it was on the beach made it even more amazing. The house was very spacious which was great for us to enjoy and not feel cramped in. Leticia was super friendly and was always quick to respond if I had any questions. Amazing house would definitely recommend if you want to have a fun and relaxing getaway.

Good deal for the price
We had a group of 10 and this was a great place to house all of us. It's right on the ocean with beautiful views, nice deck for ocean watching and easy access to Tijuana or Rosarito. We were there over New Years and it turned out to be quite chilly, which I'm sure doesn't happen that often in Baja! One of the back rooms was very cold at night, but Leticia brought us a heater right away. Leticia was great at answering and helping with anything we needed. On New Years Eve, a breaker blew and they came right away to fix it. Then later the same night we had to call again to get the propane tank changed. Again, they were there right away. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, etc. There is not a lot of hot water in the showers, but as everyone says, "it's Mexico!" The development also has a nice little grocery store and a couple of great restaurants. All in all, it was a good value for a large group and Leticia and her family are wonderful.

Beautiful view and clean
It a good location. Security gate always great for peace of mind. House was clean but because it had been closed with no air coming through it has a unpleasant order the first day. I had to go buy scented candles. The first day there was no hot water I informed the order and she sent out a tech in the afternoon. The hot water in the master bedroom didn’t work during our stay and the water pressure was very low. If the other shower was being used it was even more so. The electric plug in master restroom didn’t work either so we all had to use one restroom to get ready. Besides that the location is good, the house was clean and the view beautiful.

Beautiful home! Amazing views and awesome manager! Leticia was very kind and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. She even suggested some local restaurants that we loved. The house is in a private community but very close to the rosarito night life, which we loved! Would definitely go back!

A great stay!
We loved leticia’s beach house! It was clean and spacious and was right on the beach so did not disappoint! She was kind and responsive host and even offered to take us on errands if we needed. For future tenants, the house states it sleeps 10, but there are only 4 large beds. We realized this last minute and brought a couple air mattresses which worked great. Also, be advised that the house is pretty far down a rock road (about 10-15 minutes walk). If you grab a cab from the border like we did, be prepared for the walk. We loved the market and cafe at the entrance- the neighborhood was safe and had everything we needed for a great bday weekend! The security guards even called us a bus when we couldn't find a cab! Overall we loved it, and we are looking forward to coming back!

This is a great home, highly recommend if you want to be near the beach but away from Rosarito party. Great for family and Rosarito is a near drive. Food near by was good. Owner was very responsive. The actual unit was much nicer than the pictures. .

Great vacation home
Mrs. Fernandez welcomed me and my family with open arms. To her beautiful oceanfront home. The views were amazing and the house was large and it made my visit to Mexico that much amazing. In the near future on my next trip to Mexico I will be in touch with mrs. Fernandez regarding her property thanks again.

Amazing Beach House!!!!!
Our family had an amazing time staying at the the beach house for the Christmas weekend. The owner Leticia is a great host, she provided us with all the necessary instructions making it easy to locate the house and enjoy our stay with no worries. The house is as advertised with amazing views, great home, safe and secure community that gives you peace of mind to relax. I recommend the house and will definitely be coming back!!!!

Starting from the Host all the way to the amazing view, it was just all perfect. I had stayed at Leticias home before (a studio) and I am just very pleased with everything. The customer service, the views, the house and the price as well. All my friends loved it and were happy. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Def will be starying again! <3

Nice birthday weekend
I had a nice stay at this house for my birthday weekend with friends. The house was great. I love that it was right on the water and had 3 level terraces. The terrace right outside the living room had a lovely view. There was also good communication with owner and accommodating to our needs. Overall fantastic stay! I would definitely recommend it. My only complaint is that I didn't get a hot shower. Hot water was in and out.
