Very nice views and great house. The beds are comfortable and lots of room. The kitchen has everything you will need. The pool is very nice with outdoor seating and grill. Price is on point and we loved it so much, we plan to stay again. Great hosts, that gave lots of information for the area. This place is close to everything we wanted..

This house was beautiful. It was everything we could of asked for and much bigger than it seams online. The dock was perfect for our rented boat. I will definitely return.

We might as well leave this review box empty because there are NO WORDS to describe this vacation home in Marathon. If you are contimplating booking it, do not wait!!! This views are mind-blowing and the home is beautiful, clean, roomy and perfect. The pool and outdoor living is fabulous. The Owners are very accomodating and provide so much for their guests convenience. It was a truly magnificient vacation that we will remember forever. Thank you, thank you :)

We had a great trip! Enjoyed our stay very much. Location was nice. Beautiful views. All the necessities needed were available to us. Home was clean and comfortable. The dock behind the house was utilized with our boat and we caught some little fish from the back porch. We didn’t catch any fish because the seas were too rough but nothing to do with the property! Lovely stay, would book again!

With the sunrise and sunset at the same location and being at the end of the street making it so private, made this home the best rental of all the VRBO's I have been at. There were plenty of wildlife including birds, manatees in the sea channel in the back, and catching fish off the shore all around the house. The home was well equipped and very comfortable, and the location was excellent for visiting other Key attractions. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Keys and will rent again when I return!

I've been using VRBO for quite some time and I swear at each property I stay it seems to be getting better and better. This was a fishing trip for 4 friends and included bringing our own boat, so the private slip was just icing on the cake. The property is located at the end of the road so literally there was no traffic of any kind. The private pool was clean and surprisingly warm. The house was set up perfectly for our needs and came with 2 refrigerators and a deep freezer. One refrigerator seemed like it was filled with unopened leftovers from previous guests (like canned beer and drinks), and the deep freezer had cut bait, chum, and other fish related items. The primary refrigerator was empty and ready for our shopping. With the provided kitchen ware, we were able to cook breakfast every morning and dinner for every night except one (when we went out to eat). The price was reasonable for the accommodations and the communication from the owners/property management was the best I've experienced on VRBO so far. I (selfishly) didn't want to write a good review because you're not supposed to tell everyone about one of the best kept secrets in the Keys, but I'll just keep booking here and hoping my dates are available as I want this place to be around for many more years to come.

This home was very clean and in a spectacular location. The views of the ocean were out almost every window. It was well appointed and very comfortable. The patio, grill and of course the pool was fantastic. We had a great vacation.

This is our second time spending the week of Thanksgiving in this awesome house. It feels like home away from home, where we can truly relax and unplug. The views are incredible! Watching the sunrise out of one side of the house each day and the sunset from the pool was our favorite part of each day. Being able to jump on our paddle boards to go visit the manatees each morning right from the dock was so fun! The house is clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. Steve and Janet have thought of everything and make it easy. Thank you again for sharing your house with us!

This was one of the best homes we’ve ever stayed in in the Keys and we go at least once a year. The home was very clean, well stocked kitchen and the views were something from a magazine. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time! Location was perfect, neighborhood was quiet and the communication with the owners is impeccable. Any questions or concerns they were on top of it! As other reviews said, the picture do not do the house justice. So much space in there - perfect for gathering with the family and relaxing out back. We rented a boat and the access in out and is super easy! We will be back again. Thank you!!

WOW! What an amazing house. First, the owner was great to work with. He was so prompt with communication. Second, this was the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. Every time we walked in it smelled clean and was clean. Third, the location was perfect for us. We wanted to explore all the The Keys and being right in the middle made it easy for us. Lastly, this house was better than what was pictured. The pictures were definitely accurate but the views in person were AMAZING! The house was spacious and there was a view out every window. We will make this a yearly trip and stay here every time. Thank you Steve for sharing your vacation rental with total strangers and allowing us to experience what your family does when you’re on vacation there!

My husband, 8-year-old daughter, and I had the pleasure of staying here mid-April for spring break. I was immediately stunned by the water views on 3 sides! It was immaculate and had plenty of space for us to move around. All of the furniture was comfortable and well taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked (new coffee maker with filters) and the pool was the perfect temperature. We didn't find the control for the thermostat for a few days, but it remained comfortable the whole time. The water pressure was fantastic! We also were impressed by the laundry room and free standing freezer for bait. My husband and daughter loved fishing off the canal (but be warned there is no safety fence between the deck and the canal, so we watched her like a hawk). We also appreciated the location- there is a ton to do in the area, but it is also 1.5 hours to Key Largo area and about the same to Key West. There are several grocery stores within a mile and we found cooking at the house to be easier and cheaper than going out. We would absolutely stay here again and are grateful to Janet and Steve for sharing their home!
