Staff behaviour was good, all are good but not excellent
Connectivity, rooms not that what was shown to me😔 , restaurant was not available,

The attitude of receptionist was not professional. The room, bed and linens were uncleaned. The bathroom had severe odor.

The air conditioner is not working, the TV is also rebooting, the location and root of the hotel are also unexpected.

There is nothing about liking this hotel. Only one thing is, near to Airport. You can reach via car.
Rooms are not cleaned. No drinking water supply. No sope. Cockroaches are roaming around. They can enter your bags and bed also. Dirty bedsheet and pillow cover. AC remote is not available.

I checked in at 1am, as my flight was rescheduled, the staff gave me a room immediately
Rooms did have AC but bedspread was not clean, room had some insects

I didn’t find anything positive about this property. I just feel, it was totally waste my money.
Firstly very dirty room and toilet as well. Cockroaches were everywhere.
Behave was very very bad. Never face anything like that.
I booked a room through booking.com . Total cost was around 700 INR. After reaching in hotel they claimed 1200 INR. Almost double. I was late in Kolkata. that’s why I had to pay. They just told me, pay 1200 INR or you might leave.

This hotel is close to international airport.
Loud noise of vehicle from the road as it is side of the road. Poor quality of the rooms. I was charge extra money at hotel even though I booked the room online. I was charged 1000 Rs for a single night in such a worst room.

at the outset, I was asked to pay extra money. hotel staff claimed that at O must pay 1000 per night if o want to stay there. they didn’t pay heed to the request of Oyo representatives. moreover, the room and bathroom was bad and unhygienic. No tv, intercom, water bottles, soap. noting at all was provided. moreover, they do not give any bills of the extra money charged
