Excellent property and communication by owner. Lovely ocean views. Nice to be out of the hubub of Avalon, but just a few mins away. Perfect with the use of a golf cart. Saw deer at dusk by the zip line en-route to the property. We had a fantastic time.

The unit itself is nice with a great view. Kitchen has everything. The new electric was very nice to use. We slept with the patio doors open as you can hear the tide all night which nice. The only setback for us was the steps. It was clearly identified as having 114 steps to the unit. We thought this would be ok as we are in good shape, but after a few trips this got old fast. We will choose a different unit next time with much fewer steps.

The place and location were beautiful. The manager very responsive. We did not want to come home. My only comment would be to be more clear about the stairs when booking, for elderly or handicapped people it would be difficult.

This is the third time we have stayed here!! We can't wait to go back again soon!!

This is a lovely condo with a spectacular view. It includes the use of a golf cart which was so fun and helpful. The only negative was all the stairs.

Place exactly as advertised - very clean and great view! The golf cart was a plus and very thankful we had it. Only suggestion is hooks or racks in bathroom for towels or suits! Also, black out curtains in bedroom might be added bonus if your not an early riser! Would definitely come again and highly recommend this place.

We enjoy the condo and the facility. We wished there’s more things to do in Catalina so we can stay longer.

Ocean views with sandy play/picnic areas at the waters edge. Pool with ocean view. Dislike: We did not want to leave.& leaving.

The host was amazing and very accommodating to all needs and always there to help when needed. The room has breath taking views. Loved having the binoculars to see the dolphins and seals so playful every morning. The added gold cart was a huge perk so you could really enjoy all the island views from all over. This place checks off all the boxes for a must stay!! Can’t wait to come back.

If you think the pictures in the listing are beautiful, be ready to be blown away by the real view! The island has a nice summer vibe but the stay really made our vacation and was the cherry on the cake ! Close your eyes and book it, you won’t be disappointed! It comes with a golf cart as well which is the mode of transport on the island. A great deal overall. Thanks again for having us !

Living Room remote control to tv did not work, shower pressure was really low. I was not able to wash my hair. Bathroom sink spouts are annoying as they spray all over. Other than that, amazing! I will definitely recommend.

The property was better than we expected. Amazing VIEW! Comfortable bed. Living room couch was not that comfortable. We will stay there again in a heartbeat 💗

Spectacular veiw have a golf gate was the best

Had a very relaxed trip. Only stayed for a day, but was able to get to the property without any issues. The Golf Cart is amazing for getting around. Plus it's an electric one that performs way better than the gas powered ones you rent. Also, it was a little cold out, so it was nice to get food to go, drive in the golf cart (that has plastic flaps to prevent wind) and park in front of the shore and watch the waves crashing while enjoying good food. The place itself is very comfortable and we kind of just chilled in the place and watched movies. They have every streaming service, so no need to worry about bringing anything. Except yourself and a great attitude because this place is beautiful. Thank you!!!

We decided to spend a night in Catalina to get away from the city and truly this Villa was an absolute GEM! Made us feel like we traveled thousands of miles away from Los Angeles. The golf cart was perfect to get around in and the property as near the top of the stairs, made it easy to walk in. Very clean, quiet, and magical.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hamilton Cove 1-66. The property was very clean, had beautiful views of the ocean, easy to get to (if you are able bodied and able to walk up and down a lot of stairs). We loved using the golf cart to get around Avalon. Rimas was very quick to get back with any questions I had. The process for check in and out was simple. The one unfortunate thing was that the jacuzzi was not hot. I contacted Rimas, and they contacted the HOA, but unfortunately it was still pool temp by the end of our stay. We would defiantly stay here again. Next time we will bring our kids who will have a lot of fun at all the activities at nearby Descanso Beach.

Host was great. Views amazing!!!! This place is accurately described. Everyone talks about the stairs. 66-1 is right in the middle. If you follow the host instructions. Once you get there the views are incredible. My honeymoon was incredible. We will be back.

We had an amazing time! The property is described well. Lots of stairs but well worth it. The views are amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and the evening enjoying the ocean views. The kitchen was well stocked. The items were nice and not cheap supplies like you’d find at the dollar store. Great coffee station! It was pretty warm during our visit (no AC as mentioned) but we enjoyed sleeping with the balcony doors and windows open and hearing the waves. No mosquitoes or flies! We bought dinner at the Lobster Trap in Avalon and brought it back and ate at the Hamilton Cove beach. There’s a barbecue if you want to cook dinner there but we made it simple. Loved doing this. There was one other family there but it’s a large enough area it felt like we were alone. The public areas at Hamilton Cove were not crowded. We also used the pool. The water temperate was very comfortable. Rima was an excellent host. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and sincerely wanted us to have a great time. We would love to stay here again!

This is a very nice place! The issues we had were the following: Middle of the complex so walking up from the golf cart was long No black out currents - the sun comes up and right in the window and was unable to sleep in Would have paid extra to stay a bit longer if possible due to fairy times Be mindful o f the location and no elevator / lots of steps Need shade for mornings Golf cart is also very nice to have

Lovely condo with incredible view of Hamilton Cove. Kitchen was pretty well equipped with pots and dishes, but there was no salt/pepper or cooking oil available. There were a few things that didn't work or were damaged before arrival, but Rimas was very responsive and helpful and those things didn't cause us any real problems. It's more than 80 steps up to the upper road, and more than 100 steps down to the golf cart. If you're not in decent shape, this may not be the place for you. This is probably true for most of the condos in Hamilton Cove, although there are some that are only a few steps from the closest road/parking spot. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Hamilton Cove is a great location with amazing views away from the crowds in Avalon but still only minutes away from everything with the very nice golf cart that is provided. As mentioned the cost of those views are a fair number of stairs but very worth it! Condo is roomy and well appointed.

This was by far the most fun we have ever had in Catalina. Hamilton Cove is a beautiful property and unit 1-66 was amazing. The views were spectacular, the decor, supplies, cleanliness and organization of the unit were wonderful. The onsite amenities and activity options were plentiful. The golf cart was such a convenience and a really nice way to to fully experience and explore Avalon. Highly recommend!!!

We had such a beautiful mini vacation with our two daughters. The condo is beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. We loved swimming in the pool, staring at the stars from the lovely balcony, and using the golf cart to explore Avalon. The host was very helpful and attentive. We would definitely stay again!

Great views, very nice unit. Rima's was super responsive to our needs. We would come back again.
