Pam & Al were super friendly and always responsive with any concerns that we had. The house was very clean. It is definitely right on the beach. The views were incredible.

Loved this property right on the beach! We rented the week before Christmas and enjoyed relaxing and enjoying our beautiful view. The townhouse had everything we needed and kitchen was stocked with lots of essentials. Al made the whole process easy and communication was great!

You can not get any better than this. Step right off your deck to the sand and just a hop to the ocean. Bring your personal items and your set, the house has everything you need. This is our second time renting from Mr Al and Mrs Pam and hope to rent again soon!

Location is amazing, just a few feet from the beach. Our Condo was comfortable and well stocked for cooking. If your looking for fancy decor, Costa Del Sol is not your place, however, if you’re looking for EASY access to the beach this is the PERFECT place to stay! I ve been staying here at Costa Del Sol for years, grown kids and grandchildren love it! This unit was perfect size for our Sister Trip. The owners were easy to work with and quick to reply. Definitely recommend.

Our stay at Costa Del Sol was perfect. The unit was nicely furnished and clean. The beach is a very short walk off the stairs. The location was ideal as it's a short drive to many restaurants, shops and Destin. Having an Alvin's Island and rolled ice cream shop across the street was also great! Our entire family loved our stay here.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was easy to find and in the perfect location near grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. The actual unit was the very end unit allowing us more privacy and better views! We were right on the beach and could watch the kids play in the sand or ocean right from our covered balcony! There were plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys which we used everyday. We met Al and Pam (they stayed on the bottom floor with separate entrance) who were very friendly and answered all our questions promptly before and during our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Every year we book a place in Destin. This location is far better than anything else. Walk-in to beach anytime, cleanliness and private beach is ideal for family and kids.

We love coming to the beach and having the beach within steps of your back door is a priority! Our unit was clean upon arrival with no issues accessing the front door with the passcode. Check in and out information was sent and well detailed prior to or stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking appliances, pots, pans, bowls, plates, cups and eating utensils. There is a gas grill on the main deck with extra propane and plenty of seating to watch the sunset, eat, or enjoy the view. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and an in unit washer and dryer which is amazing when traveling with little kids. The lower deck had beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for us to use during our stay. I loved how we had a designated 15ft of private beach in front of our unit. It was not over crowded and we never had to worry about our view. The complex has a no tent rule that I personally loved as we never had to worry about people blocking our view or taking away from the beautiful view of the water while relaxing on the deck of our unit. We had no problems during our stay, so we never had to contact the owner. However, prior to our stay he was very prompt to answer questions via email. I cannot wait to return and would definitely stay in this unit again.

From the beginning to the end, this vacation was amazing. The property was as described and was exactly what my family needed. Al and Pam were very prompt with responding to any questions we had, & were so helpful. We actually got to meet them at the end of the week and they were so sweet!! Will definitely be back!!!

The condo was gorgeous on a private beach. We will recommend this property to everyone who wants to spend their vacation in a beautiful location. The owners, Al and Pam, were wonderful and always available. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly. We will be back!

My family had a great stay! The location was directly on the beach, the townhouse was very clean and quiet, the kitchen was well stocked, we enjoyed the multiple balconies and my kids loved using the owner’s boogie boards.

The proximity to the beach was wonderful! We enjoyed the two balconies, especially having a covered one for rain. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils and pans. Did not use grill because it was rusty and had food stuck on grate (there was a wire brush but we felt it should be cleaned before we arrived). Would strongly recommend updating upstairs bathrooms and replacing the wall to wall carpet. Lastly, we feel that having the "beach chair service" included in the rental of your unit would be a "nice touch for your guests" and eliminate the need to police your 15 feet of private beach along with dragging chairs and a umbrella out to the beach each day. We watched as other renters (or owners) at Costa del Sol had to chase away people from their spots. Also, many renters do not return the chairs/umbrellas/etc. from their rented unit each day, so they are scattered on the beach overnight.

Although one can't pick the perfect weather for vacation, it's a great location to restaurants, and direct views of the gulf. Al is quick to respond to any questions you might have. Overall a week with family was great. I have COPD beach is a very short walk. Lots of pluses with Costa Del Sol. Thanks Al

Great location and our family had a great time. We wanted something right on the beach and not in a large high rise condo setting. Townhome was as described and the two decks were great for relaxing and enjoying the views! Al and Pam were great to work with and we hope to go back again soon.

We had a wonderful time and the view is amazing! The teenagers definitely did not want to leave. We will be coming back soon! The owners were also very accommodating! Could not have asked for nicer people to work with!

With this condo the beach is literally your back yard. 1flight of steps down and you are THERE! So quiet and peaceful. Even with the doors closed the sound of the Gulf waves was so present and peaceful. Bed in the Master bedroom was very comfortable. I did however have to get a different pillow from Sam’s Club in act. Walton because I am just picky about pillows and forgot to bring my own. Bathrooms although small are perfectly adequate. I had a friend stay with me for 4 days who said the second bedroom he’s she slept in was very comfortable and she actually slept longer than she does at home. Kitchen was great! Everything I needed to fix meals was available for use. All pots, pans, cookie sheets and mixing bowls were right there. We used the brand new grill several times and it worked perfectly. I know I stayed during the off season time and the parking lot was almost empty so I had no problems parking. The spaces are more than adequate for a minivan or full sized SUV. It might take some finesse to Bach up with a bigger vehicle during high season when the parking is full but as long as you know your vehicles limitations it’s not a problem. Love this place, love having the beach as a backyard with such easy access. I walked the beach everyday and so much enjoyed this.. I loved the space, the beach and the amenities close by. Grocery within a little more than a mile. I rode my bike to get groceries. At the end of the parkway was the Outlet Malls. At the other end was Destin. So much to do at the Harbor even in January. I loved the place, space, amenities and overall experience of my stay at Costa delSol C7. Absolutely perfect!!

We like the easy access to:the beach and central location to favorites; Acme Oyster House, Pepito's, Fat Clemenza's, the outlet plazas.

We had a wonderful week right on the beach!! Couldn’t have asked for a better location or view!!!!

We stayed 8 days over Easter and it wasn't close to long enough!! Al and Pam were amazing and so welcoming! The view can not even be described! I would have been completely content doing nothing but sitting on the balcony every morning and evening soaking in the view. I was hoping to see dolphins and was so excited we saw them at least 3 days we were there! The house was perfect for our group of 8 and they aren't kidding when they say you couldn't be any closer to the beach! Trip #2 is already in the works!!

We just got back from Spring Break week at Al and Pam's place on Miramar Beach and couldn't be happier!! The house is clean and well cared for, Al and Pam were very responsive when we needed anything, the location is fantastic, and the views were just what we needed! When searching we noticed a couple of negatives that people had pointed out and I thought I might address them: 1. The parking was too close: I can only imagine that they were referring to the parking spots being to narrow. They may be slightly narrow, but we took a fairly large minivan and were able to fit just fine. A couple of days in the property next-door was rented and so we decided to park in the middle of the two spaces that are available for each unit only to give them more room. This is no deal breaker. 2. A couple of people pointed out that the decor is outdated. In my opinion, if you are concerned about the furniture being out of date you are looking in the wrong direction. I spent most of my time staring out at the beautiful beach and crystal clear water perfectly content. There is nothing wrong with the furniture and I am guessing that is not why you went to Destin in the first place. The beach is private and even though it was Spring Break week we only had a couple of stragglers show up and it was never an issue to plant chairs right in front of the townhouse. Overall this is a great property with great owners. They want to take care of their guest as well as their house and to me that is a great combination! I believe that my wife and I will be definitely coming back!

Great rental right on the beach. 4 out of 5 cause the parking is really close. Not many shells on the beach, great for day or night time walks. We had to cancel a previous rental at Laguna Beach due to hurricane Michael. We found this place on short term and the owners went out of their way to make our vacation plans happen. A big thank you to Al and Pam.

Always a pleasure to return to C7 in Miramar Beach. Friends & I have stayed here several times; a tradition. So nice to walk out the back door & be right on the beach. The location is perfect; close to everything, yet not heavily populated. Al & Pam are wonderful hosts!!!

Perfect set up; right on the beach. We really enjoyed sitting in the swing downstairs in the morning with our coffee; best part of the day!
