Clean and affordable family cottage
Abbiamo acquisito questa casa nel 2006 e abbiamo aggiornato la cucina e il bagno. È dipinto di recente, moquette e finestre nuove. Ampio cortile. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Una località turistica per famiglie su un'isola barriera che comprende Stone Harbor e Avalon. NJ. Breve distanza in auto da Cape May, Wildwood, Ocean City. Circa 45 minuti a sud di Atlantic City.
1a camera da letto ha un letto king size seconda camera da letto ha due letti singoli, 1 bagno e doccia esterna, famiglia di 4-6 posti letto, soggiorno e sala da sole, televisori in entrambe le camere. Barbecue e mobili da giardino sul patio posteriore che si collega a un grande cortile in ERBA, ideale per far giocare i bambini. Wifi gratis.

Cozy beach house in Stone Harbor, NJ.
Great restaurants and shopping just a few blocks away. We enjoyed the opportunity to easily walk to the beach, downtown, and Avalon.
Helpful tips: Before arrival, confirm with the owner the need to bring/rent linens as well as cleaning service scheduling process and cost to work into your vacation budget.

Old-fashion in the best sense
We had a great vacation - grandkids used the yard, breakfasts outside, two living rooms - one for games, one for democratic Convention on tv.

House was great and location was fabulous! Richard was a very response host.
Our only concern was with the inconsistency of the wi-fi. Even though we followed Richard’s suggestion to unplug/replug, occasionally outages caused some minor issues.
Everything else was fine and we will consider returning next year.

We enjoyed our one week stay. It is a very basic home as described, excellent location, and easy communication with the owner. What wasn’t ideal was the rusted and chipping electric baseboards and the one bathroom needs an overhaul. It was professionally cleaned and we were satisfied with the overall value for the price.

A quick walk to the beach and a quick walk to town, this house was in a great location. We loved our time here and would rent here again in a second. Owner was very accessible and nice to have beach tags and chairs available. Thank you!

Great property.
The entire stay was great. We have stayed here for 12 years plus. I highly recommend the property and the owner is great. The only compliant is the cleaning lady is really expensive and does a sub - standard job. Do not recommend using her.

Not very clean. Was not told dryer was in the garage.
Outside was lovely. very well manicured. Inside was another story. Dirt, hair and rust on heating vents. Lampshades covered in dust and dirt. The only nice room was the living room. Could not reach the dishes in the top shelf. No wine glasses.

Cute cottage at Stone Harbor
The house was just the right size. It was very charming. We did have problem with ants on the kitchen counters. The kitchen floor was very sticky until we washed it. There was mold on some of the closet doors. We tried our best to wipe them clean. The neighbors were very nice. It sits in a nice area.

One Story Hideaway
This was my third year staying at this property. I particularly like the neighborhood . It’s quiet and the neighbors are always friendly. I always use the outside shower and was pleasantly surprised that a newly constructed one awaited me.

Beautiful town, sweet cottage
I love staying in this sweet home, perfect for my family of four. With 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a small kitchen, it’s perfect for a vacation stay. My daughter loves the grass back yard to practice soccer and my son loves the spare living space. I love that there’s a laundry line to hang out towels and wet items after our day at the beach, but by far my favorite thing is the outdoor shower. And the garage is stocked in case you forget a beach chair or umbrella.

My family and I have stayed here for a few years now and it is the perfect location, just a couple blocks from the beach, and a short 10 min walk to town. Has all the essentials you need for a week at the Jersey Shore. Will definitely be back

This is our 4th or 5th year staying at the perfect bungalow in Stone Harbor. Always clean and ready to go at check in time. Richard is available but we’ve never needed anything from him. Kids are growing but we will definitely be back!!

Great place and value for small family
short walk to the beach, has all of the amenities and accommodations you need. They let you use their beach chairs and beach toys. Owners are wonderful to work with and communication is great. Perfect stay for a small family.
