"Life Is Swell" Duplex - Walking Distance To Beach & Downtown!
Nizza 4 letto / 2 bagni fondo duplex piano (8 posti letto), al centro di tutto in Stone Harbor. Letteralmente, è possibile parcheggiare l'auto e lasciarla per tutto il soggiorno e camminare ovunque. Due isolati dalla spiaggia, isolato e mezzo dal centro di negozi e ristoranti, attraversare la strada per la scuola e il parco, 1 isolato dalla biblioteca e yoga studio. Ristrutturato cucina, bagni e mudroom sono praticamente nuovo di zecca. Cucina è stupendo e tavolo da pranzo detiene 8 persone. Bella vasca profonda in un bagno. La nostra nuova lavanderia / fango vi aiuterà a mantenere organizzato e pulito. La nostra veranda con affaccio sulla strada e la scuola 94 ° è un'oasi ombreggiato con tende, comodi mobili da giardino e zona pranzo. Il nostro grande ponte cortile posteriore, circondata da un bellissimo giardino con doccia esterna, grill a gas e un sacco di spazio per tutti di godere. Buon divertimento con swing all'aperto, amaca, e gioco biminy (gioco gancio).
Siamo felici di condividere le nostre cose divertenti - abbiamo un sacco di giochi da spiaggia e boogie boards, giochi, giocattoli, DVD, CD, libri, ecc Approfitta degli eventi di Stone Harbor settimanali familiari e le attività che sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi: Lunedi notte famiglia presso la caserma dei pompieri, film Mercoledì sera nel cortile della scuola, visite giovedì alla caserma dei pompieri, e il mercato Domenica mattina del contadino. Per gli adulti, c'è un sacco di ottimi ristoranti, bar e grandi classi di allenamento. Stone Harbor Rec Center offre anche tonnellate di programmi per bambini e adulti.

This property is spacious and very clean. Multi-generational fanily stayed and had lots of room to spread out. Just got home and already booked for next year.

We had a great time at the house. It was clean and stocked with everything you could need for your visit. The kitchen has literally anything you could need, there are games and books, beach chairs, an umbrella and a cart. The location could not be better! We barely used our car while we were there. The back patio and outdoor shower is lovely and the front porch was nice extra space with tons of seating and a table for meals. The layout of the place is great with 2 bedrooms on either side of the house and a nice size living room in the middle for TV watching and hanging out. The mudroom is also super convenient and spacious. Thanks for a great visit.

Location was ideal for our family. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils and basics for nice family dinners after a day at the beach, playing tennis, or just hanging around town.
Would definitely rent again.

My family stayed which consists of 3 couples and a 6 month old. This property has everything you need and spacious enough for all of us including all the stuff a 6 month old requires. We never moved our cars except for one day we drove to the OC boardwalk. You can walk to everything. The beach is a short and pleasant walk. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

Excellent proximity to the beach, very comfortable and well-configured living space, and outstanding outdoor space (front porch and back deck/ garden/ outdoor shower) make this an excellent setup for a family to enjoy time together at the beach. Location is central to everything. Kitchen is well equipped and pleasant to cook in. Marilyn (upstairs neighbor) is available and very helpful with any incidentals. One note to clarify the parking situation: two cars can fit in the driveway, but there are no restrictions on on-street parking, so you should have no trouble finding spots for additional vehicles. We parked our third car right outside on the street and didn't touch it all week.

Property was very clean and just as described in posting. Near to all shops and 2 blocks walk to the beach. Front porch was used for every meal at the house and perfect for a cocktail after the beach. Perfect house for a family beach getaway. Highly recommend.

House is in a perfect location. Easy to walk out the backyard to the main drag. Was a meeting place for my daughter's wedding at the 95th Street pavilion. Was a wonderful house for my elderly mother as well (one floor, easy access in and out [house and shower!]). And lovely neighbors next door!

This was the perfect place to enjoy a week with family. My niece was married in Cape May Courthouse on Friday and we made a whole beach vacation week out of it. The house was clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for a great week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Life is Swell home. The well equipped kitchen made cooking very convenient. The beautiful backyard garden with quick access to town were just two of the many bonuses we found in this home. We have stayed in many homes during our 50 plus years of coming to Stone Harbor and this home is among our favorites!

The location of this house to the Main Street and the beach is absolutely perfect. We turned our car on one time the entire week. Relaxing and quiet street. Easy check in and out. We already booked next year! Cant wait to go back!

Leave even after a bad weather weekend. Only thing we would change was access to the deck was off a kids bedroom since that has bunk beds. But we made it work! We will absolutely love to stay here again no doubt!!

Great location. Plenty of space for family to gather. Loved the front porch and the back deck. It was clean and well supplied too. They are very generous with games, toys and beach chairs and wagon. It was so easy to just move in and start enjoying the shore.
