Family Beach Get-a-Way Just 4 Houses from the Ocean!
Questa è una grande casa di famiglia fatta nel tradizionale stile sottosopra usato per sfruttare la vista sulla spiaggia. Il ponte nord ha un tavolo da picnic ottagonale per ospitare tutta la famiglia e un tavolo alto con sedie e sgabelli per vedere meglio l'oceano e assistere il cuoco! È un ottimo posto per controllare le onde del mattino sorseggiando quella prima tazza di caffè, o per godersi una cena in casa alla griglia (attenzione però per quei gabbiani, sono veloci!) Il ponte est è coperto e un bel posto per sfuggire al sole di mezzogiorno. È ventilato e accogliente tutto in una volta !. Entrambi i ponti sono luoghi ideali per guardare il mondo che passa per aria, terra o mare.
La sala da pranzo ha un enorme tavolo storico che ospita tutti gli ospiti contemporaneamente. C'è anche un bar per 2 persone e un frigorifero per bevande per liberare spazio nel frigorifero principale per gli alimenti. Il soggiorno ha una zona bar unica completa di frigo weg / keg e Margaritaville Blender. È fantastico per gli adulti, ma i nostri bambini adorano l'area del bar come snack e giochi. L'ultimo piano ha anche un bagno completo e ripostiglio. C'è un sacco di spazio in cucina in cucina per tutti i tuoi gadget..e forniamo due produttori di caffè a goccia quindi non c'è attesa al mattino per quella tazza successiva cruciale!
C'è un bagno padronale recentemente rinnovato. e l'altro bagno al piano di sotto è separato in due stanze, una con due zone distinte del lavandino e l'altra che comprende il bagno e la vasca / doccia. Questa configurazione è particolarmente utile nelle ore di punta! Per me la migliore doccia si trova all'esterno, dove tutta la sabbia e il sale possono essere lavati sotto il sole o le stelle ... a seconda di quanto sei in ritardo. C'è anche un ponte al piano di sotto, dove si possono trovare giocattoli e sedie da spiaggia, e nel cortile laterale c'è anche una bella linea di vestiti vecchio stile per asciugamani di sabbia e mute. Quasi tutti i letti sono nuovi materassi in spugna, ideali per dormire sonni tranquilli! Il vialetto ha un parcheggio per quattro persone, o usa la strada e lascia che i bambini usino la strada per i giochi e la bicicletta.

My family stayed at the property while attending my cousin's wedding in Stone Harbor/Avalon. The property was in a fantastic location, right near the beach to facilitate quick walks and trips in-between wedding festivities. The house itself is lovely and stands out from many of the cookie-cutter properties around it. The first-floor bedrooms were perfect for my parents, who aren't getting around quite as well as they used to. While we mostly drove around for the wedding activities, everything that we needed was within a reasonable walking distance. We had a wonderful time, and will look into staying there again if we are ever going to be spending time in the Stone Harbor area again!

I booked Bayberry for a group of men to visit Stone Harbor to play golf. The owner was super responsive and allowed us to check in as early as 9AM.
We found the house to be very clean and well equipped. There was plenty of local information prepared for us along with a nice welcome bottle of wine! In particular, we enjoyed the bar, the covered deck and the sound system! The kitchen had everything we needed to put on a high end dinner and really appreciated the commercial stove and wide range of pots/pans.
The Beds were comfortable and although we had to bring our own linens and towels, we found the overall experience to be excellent. A few items were left behind on checkout and again the Owner was supper helpful in getting the items back. Well done!
Highly recommend for a larger group/family that wants to spend some time in Stone Harbor.

Our two families of 10 people had a wonderful stay at this beach haven home that offered two great outdoor patios with a spacious dining and living area inside. We were able to host a barbecue for my father’s 80th birthday and everyone commented on how great the home was. Bedrooms were conveniently arranged on the first floor. Beautiful beach was just one block away. Highly recommend.

We rented this house as lodgings for the groomsmen and associated guests at my wedding and as a staging area for me to get ready the night before. It had spacious areas for us to meet and handle the business of preparing for the wedding. The location (about 2 minutes' drive/15 minutes' walk from the venue, near the commercial area centered on 96th St) was also great for us.

We loved our stay! A small group of couples stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. Plenty of space and proximity to the beach and downtown Stone Harbor made for a perfect weekend. Check-in was easy and the house was filled with all necessary appliances, cookware, and materials. I highly recommend this home!

This home was in wonderful condition and very clean. The owner was responsive and went the extra mile to make our trip more enjoyable. The entire experience was amazing. Starting with the host-who was incredibly accommodating, the house was large, roomy and comfy!!! HUGE covered porch right outside the huge living room! Huge dining table for eating or playing games. Great location -just a few houses from the beach! Everything was very clean!!! Had a great wine fridge, separate ice maker, new appliances! Great house with a great host!!

The house was in a perfect location a few houses from the beach and in excellent condition, with plenty of room for our extended family of 10. Two of the three decks offered a view of the ocean, and they also provided lots of extra space for gathering or privacy. The house is clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, roomy and very well stocked. There are lots of beach toys and chairs and the outside shower is very convenient. The bar in the living room was the scene of a running "pretend" game for the kids.
We really appreciate the welcome and all of the extra attention to comfort and convenience from our hosts. I can't recommend this house highly enough.

Listing was accurate…property manager was very helpful and easy to communicate with….kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some…plenty of plates, cups and glassware…bathrooms were stocked with name brand shampoo, conditioner and soap….house was well kept and very clean…plenty of space and lots of sitting areas, both indoors and out…highly recommended this rental…..conveniently located one block from the beach…

Bayberry: Room for the family
We were pleased to enjoy comfort and the extras. NO POOL. but that's ok one block to the beach. Outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. Lots of gathering spaces, people can "get there own space" or chill with many loved ones. Loved they had hangers and tremendous sound system. We choreographed a family line dance-SO FUN! Don't forget your own linens and towels. room for parking 4 cars in the driveway. The homeowners are keeping the home up todate, renovating along the way!. Trek furniture on the outdoor porch is beautiful! Have a GREAT time-We did!!

Wonderful house and location
We stayed here for a much- needed week away. There were 8 of us ranging in age from 24 to 85. The house is so comfortable and easily accommodated our group. We loved the covered porch on the second floor and the dining room with the big table and windows. Felicia was a fantastic host and went above and beyond in assuring that our stay was as good as it could be. The beach is beautiful and literally just a few steps from the house. Kitchen is well equipped and more than adequate, despite being small.

This home, although not new, is very well maintained; it is an excellent vacation home for a large family. Location is the best - a short less-than-one block walk to a protected beach, and a short walk to the center of Stone Harbor with its restaurants and shops. The neighborhood - all private homes. In short - and excellent vacation rental!

Great Deck Space!
Great spot close to the beach. Plenty of space and seating for our big group. The covered porch is a great place to hang out, just wish we had better weather to get more use out of it. Checking in and out was very easy, and the owner was always quick to respond. We will definitely look to book this place again.

We loved everything about our stay. The location, the house, the very well-equipped kitchen (chef's dream!), and the owners. Everything about this experience was lovely. Thanksgiving 2020
What a wonderful time we had getting together at this property over Thanksgiving! Felicia was a gracious host and so accommodating with our different arrival and departure times. The large covered deck was perfect for eating and social distancing for our different family pods. The proximity to the ocean and downtown made it easy for our gang to get out and enjoy Stone Harbor without ever having to get in a car. We look forward to coming back next year!

Most Enjoyable Stone Harbor House yet!
We have stayed in a variety of homes in Stone Harbor, all of which were fabulous. There is something special about Bayberry, however - a cozy, welcoming, vibe that says "welcome to the beach!" Both the property managers and the owners were excellent communicators. After signing the agreement, the owners were in touch right away with extra details on the house and updates on the additional cleaning measures they were taking due to Covid. The house itself is so inviting - we practically lived on the large covered deck, loved the bar and the family room area, and the huge table let us all spread out at mealtimes! The kitchen is very well stocked, and the owners provide all those small amenities we always forget such as soap in each bathroom, toilet paper, and paper towels. And you can hardly beat the location - so close to the beach! Loved every minute of our stay & we will definitely be back.

Very cozy shore house just a few houses from the beach and within walking distance to downtown Stone Harbor. It was refreshing to stay in a beach house with such charm that it was clear it has been loved for generations. We hope to return next year.

An amazing house with lots of room for our families to enjoy. Living room, porch and dining table.
This was the first year for our families in this house. We all loved it! Lots of space for gathering all together and be comfortable. The covered porch was our favorite. The living room was spacious as was the large dining table. No one had to feel left out. The bedrooms and beds were all comfortable. We appreciated having a third shower inside. The kitchen was well furnished. The built in bar was great to hold all our beverages.
We also loved the location so close to the beach so that walking back and forth was easy.
The owners were very helpful and available when needed.
Overall we loved this house and will rent again!

Ideal!
My siblings and cousins spent a wonderful weekend here. Every year since our parents passed away we have met somewhere to stay connected and have a good time together. This house was perfect for us in the amount of space it provided - both personal space in the bedrooms and together space in the living areas. We could (and did) sit on the deck and talk for hours. We could (and did) sit inside and watch football games. We could (and did) sit up late in small groups and raid the fridge. It's close enough to town to walk. It's close enough to the beach - one block! - to go over and over again. The house isn't brand new and shiny, but rather exudes the love from family and good care. The contact with the owners was prompt, easy, and very accurate. Would highly recommend.

Everything You Would Want
We had a wonderful stay in this very clean well kept home Stone Harbor - all the little touches were there for a weeks stay! Your right on the beach in less than 2 minutes! You can spread out in this place from large bedrooms to the great common areas including a covered deck. You have great space from neighbors so that you don't feel like you have to keep it to a minimum - highly recommended for family's and friends.

Wonderful vacation house for family and fun
This large home is fantastic for a family beach vacation. It offers private and quiet bedrooms with excellent mattresses on the first floor and a huge open second floor for family gatherings. There is extra off-street parking and plenty of open lot space. The kitchen is very large and very well equipped. The living room has comfortable seating for many ....but the best part is the second floor covered deck facing the water. It is very large, has comfy furniture, rocking chairs and an amazing view of the beach. The owners are very friendly, very helpful and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this home for a real beach vacation.

Best Vacation House Ever!!!
My family just checked out of this house a week ago and we absolutely LOVED it and miss it!! It is the perfect vacation house. It is extremely child friendly, but has so many features that adults love!! It has everything you would want and/or need. It is a charming house with so many practical amenities that allow renters to just go there and enjoy. The covered deck is by far the best deck I saw in Stone Harbor and adds so much more living space. The owners are great to work with and come highly recommended. We are renting again next year and can't wait to go back. So grateful to find this gem! We look forward to spending many more summer vacations there!!
