Il grande salone è anche al primo piano con accesso diretto al portico coperto con posti a sedere per 8. Goditi un posto rilassante al bancone alto integrato nel ponte posteriore sorseggiando il caffè del mattino e godendoti le splendide albe della Florida. Questo ponte dispone anche di mobili in vimini e antichi.

This is a perfect property and house for a large group or family looking to enjoy the Emerald Coast. The management company has concise communication, is very helpful, and provide an efficient experience. The property is in a private HOA that controls the beach front giving you a unique and premium beach experience without overcrowding or having to share your comfort zone with undesirable parties. The proximity to food and grocery is perfect.

Location is fabulous for beach access! The house was a big disappointment from others I have rented in past years. Home details: living room and patio furniture dirty and stained with one patio chair broken seat, wood floors are destroyed, towel racks and toilet paper holders were falling off the wall, one tv was broken and had to be replaced and tv streaming service continually kicked us off, freezer door would not open more than a few inches, multiple window panes are foggy and need replacing, and there was no mention that very noisy a/c or swamp coolers in bedrooms were needed to keep it cool. Some minor problems were taken care of in a timely manner, but this rental attention.

The house is beautiful and spacious. We loved the location right on the beach. The pool was great for our grandkids after a long day at the beach. The management was very friendly & helpful. We would definitely recommend this rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Surfin Sea. The beach house is beautiful and accommodated our family of 15 very well. The location and views are absolutely gorgeous. The living room furnishings are a little tired and need updating but overall we had a wonderful experience.

We stayed at this rental a year or so ago and enjoyed it then, but the renovations are absolutely stunning. All of the furniture is new, clean and comfortable. Mattresses were very comfortable as well. Excellent beachfront location as well as secluded private pool. 10/10 We will definitely book this location again.

Nice large house and close to most everything. Neighborhood seems mostly rentals and most of the houses are rented to families; one wasn't! Overall great property.

Everything about the house... location, beach access, amenities...was beyond expectations. Unfortunately the owner was installing new roof shingles, and debris, including nails were around the property and a few in the pool as well. Manager was quick to respond about it though. Really a gem of a beach property.

Location is perfect . It is steps away from the ocean . Everything needed for cooking is in the house . They also have All the stuff you need for cleaning 🧹. Owner is nice and reponsive to text messages . The house is clean . The house needs a lot of updates . May need extra bedding for pulled out bed .

I have waited a week to write this review to make sure my perspective wasn’t affected by emotion. We rented this property for a vacation with kids and grandkids as a “bucket list” item for my wife. The cost of the rental was a little high for us but we wanted to have a house on the beach. First, Beach Reunion is a top flight host and I couldn’t ask for better communication and assistance. There is a lot of good with this property, but also major drawbacks for this price range of property. When we arrived, we noticed the cooktop on the stove was hot although the controls were all set to off. On some occasions, the cooktop wouldn’t work. We called for assistance and when the maintenance man inspected the stove, he said the control panel was faulty and he would have to see if the owner wanted to replace or not. He suggested we unplug the stove when unused and plug in when in use - of course that was not convenient. My wife and I stayed in the Carriage House and it had a moldy, musty smell our entire stay. The toilet in our room had to be plunged regularly as it clogged often. All bathrooms are in major need of an update as is the kitchen. The refrigerator was much too small for our group of 14. During our stay, there was a hard rain one day that resulted in a major roof leak that left puddles of water in the hallways. Lastly, the pool had no cleaning sweep and no one came to clean it so leaves and berries from overhanging bushes fell in the pool. The good news is the location of the property is incredible. Beautiful views and great access to the beach. My review of this property would not be so harsh but for the price of this rental. When you pay the cost of a small car for one week, you expect the rental unit to be top notch - this property is far from that - but the location and views can’t be beat.

It was a great location and a great layout for our family.
However, the kitchen is in need of an update. It was well stocked but the appliances need to be replaced.

Family vacation
Beautiful property and great location! I would stay here again if I was back in the area. There were a couple little issues that arose while I was there but the property manager was extremely helpful and kind and tried to resolve them very quickly, even offering to come by herself after hours if need be. We just stopped by their office instead because it was only a couple blocks away. But she texted to keep in touch so I really appreciated the great communication. The beach here was amazing. It wasn’t too crowded like the more public beaches and the deck from the top two stories of the home gave great opportunities for watching the sunsets and sunrises. Plenty of dishes and cookware to be able to make meals at the house, though we ate out the majority of the time. The gated community felt extremely safe and was beautiful on top of that.

Destin trip
We had a great time but the property was very dated and needs a lot of work. 3rd floor balcony door would not open. Lamp side table was stripped of plug. Faucets in third floor bathroom broken. Washing machine leaked water to outside. Breakers kept flipping. Patio furniture dated or broken. Even with all that it was a great location And we had room galore. Overall it was a great vacation and much needed for our group.

Perfect location!
We had a great time at this property and everyone really enjoyed our stay. The location being right on the beach was very convenient to just walk right out the back tot he beautiful white sand beach. We had plenty of room and the older boys really enjoyed having thier own little house and the adults actually enjoyed being able to sleep without hearing them at night. :) Only negative and it really didn't bother us was the house needs to have someoIn the end we had a great time. Overall a good stay!
We had some issues with a leaking ceiling but other than that, we had an amazing trip and you just can’t beat this location for the price.

Very dated
I did not mind the property being somewhat dated in appearance, however, The kitchen was unacceptable! We had to go buy a couple of pans because I did not want to use their scratched Teflon pans. Not only did food stick to them but that is extremely unhealthy! Basic things, such as a cutting board, we’re missing. That being said, it is the best location on the beach, with direct access! We had a wonderful time!

Great Location, but needs to be upgraded
The location is fantastic, easy access to the beach, grocery store, restaurants... However, we paid $2,000 a night which is OK, but would have expected a upgraded house. The listing says it will sleep 22 which is a real stretch - refrigerator was too small for even 12. Pots and pans are old, bent and "peeling". Beautiful of the gulf and private beach for 14- 16 houses in the gated community.

DIsappointing
This was our first rental with VRBO, and it probably will be our last. Upon arriving at the house, we walked up to the front door with a tag on it that the gas had been shut off that day. WHAT?????? So much for the gas fireplace, which was so rusted out it was ridiculous, among other things.
Everything after that ran downhill. We paid extra for the pool to be heated, on the 3rd day the pool was finally heated.
The house next door was being renovated, when I say next door, I mean I could touch the men working on the house from one of our balconies. We heard every word that was spoken, saw everything been done and were woken up continually from the 'renovation sounds'.
The house was not maintained very well.
So much for the view and the serenity.
We made the best of a very disappointing situation.

Great Location But Aging Property
We enjoyed our time at this property. The location was excellent with beach views and easy access to the beach. Views from the back porch and balconies proved outstanding. The house layout met the needs our group well. The maintenance team was responsive when we had some minor issues and questions about the property. The beach service was good after some initial communication issues. We suggest the owner consider performing some normal maintenance repairs to the property such as updating shower tile, toilet seats and painting some areas both inside and outside. The only real negative was the traffic congestion in the Miramar Beach area.

Our best vacation yet was at Surfin'Sea!
Surfin'Sea was everything we expected and much more. The property was perfect for our 10 young grandchildren and six adults. It was clean and well-maintained. We experienced no problems. We loved the location, it was ideal for beach access and so close for everything we needed just outside the gates of the community. Customer Service was exceptional. We had questions about parasailing, golf, and pontoon rental. All were answered immediately. I would love to return to this property and would recommend it to family and friends. We created memories with our grandchildren that we will never forget.

Awesome... Could not have been better!
Very Impressed! The house and gated community made the vacation. We had 18 people and never once did we feel cramped. Concierge (Carrie Monroe) helped a great deal in planning and set us up with a nice golf course. She responded to all our questions promptly. I would go back in a second.

Well Located, But Dated
Our family agreed that we cannot imagine a better located beach property than this. Beach access is easy, gated community provides security, grocery and beverage stores within a half mile and shopping another half mile from there. The property itself is in need of a carpenter to repair back porch and fence as well as the need of a paint refresh inside and out. Caulking in the showers needs immediate attention. Garage had old carpet and a discarded washer and dryer, making it unusable for our two vehicles. Had some issues with arrival mix-up, heated pool, and lack of blankets, but Emily at Beach Reunion was amazingly responsive to lessen the impact. Though we had some disappointment in the overall condition of the property that carried a premium price tag (presentation much better on computer screen), Thanksgiving 2017 was a memory-maker for us, our kids and grand kids.

Great location! Literally steps from the beach.
You couldn't find a better location to the beaches or shopping & dinning. Located right off Old 98 & the Emerald Coast Hwy. Getting to Silver Sands Outlet, Sandestin & Grand Blvd couldn't be any easier. Great 3 story house with lots of room. This place even has a pool. The house is steps from one of the prettiest beaches in the country. Will definitely be back again!!!

Great location, enough rooms and great stay.
We had a family reunion of 8 children and 7 adults. Great location on the beach and very nice pool which the kids really enjoyed. Everyone enjoyed the great location and we had a great time and would come back to this property. Location was great for things for kids to do as Destin is so very crowded. Glad we found Miramar Beach. Beach Reunion was great as rental agent. Would rent again and recommend to others.

Senior Trip 2017
We had an awesome time at this house. There were 21 in our party. The view from the house is great. I loved the fact that the house is in a gated community. The house is located next to the access to the beach. The parking at the house is limited especially for large SUV, but we were able to park 3 vehicles there. Other reviews had comments about the fridge being small. We had no issues and there is a second fridge in the garage. I loved the fact that the pool is enclosed and secluded. The lounge chairs in the back yard are very nice, especially if you are tired of being on the beach in the sand. Just come back up to the house and lay on the chairs. The only negative things I would say about this property is that there is not enough seating in the living room for a large party. There is a large dining table and a smaller one in the breakfast nook, but it only accommodates 13 people. There is a small table, fridge and microwave in the carriage house though. The mattress for the pull out couch in the carriage house is worn out and if an adult was planning on sleeping on it you would want to get a mattress pad. Loved the location, loved the house and would definitely rent it again. If you are bringing a trailer with luggage,etc it is not allowed in the community. We unloaded ours and went a parked it at the Winn Dixie right up the road.

Amazing location on the beach
This home is in a fantastic location- can't be beat with the beach access- directly on the beach with easy and just a few stairs away from the sand. We stayed a year ago for my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary and we loved that we could ride bikes to the Catholic church just around the corner too. However biking to the outlets- while it was close- the traffic was just too heavy and the pedestrian walkways take forever to switch lights, and often times just skip the walking man light so you just have to wait forever and ever. There is a nail salon we found that was nice and a grocery store across the street. The driveway is in a small gated neighborhood which was nice for keeping the kids safe getting in and out of the house and for getting started on the bikes.
The home needs bit of updating- but I'm sure any updating will increase the price to out of our price range. Even if they just switched out all the carpeting- it would make an enormous improvement. Carpet was clean looking, but carpet just shouldn't be in a bathroom. We are very sensitive to the musty carpet smells that build up over time and it was definitely present- although it surely wasn't stinky and was well maintained as best as possible. The Shower needed some grout work done as well. The kitchen was fine- smallish- but open to the eating area and even the living area was visible. The pool is small, but met our needs and we were able to heat it in November and it worked out great. For the cost- it was definitely perfect and perfect location. I don't chose places that have carpet so I wouldn't come back unless the carpet was switched out to a hard floor.

Family Reunion
We stayed at this wonderful beach home for 9 days and we had the best time ever! My children, are now spread out in the US since they have grown up and started their own careers, we so we were thankful all could make this wonderful trip. The Beach Home is spacious, and so perfect for many families staying together...with just the right amount of areas for private time, and large enough areas for group time. I never thought the heated pool would be such a high point, but so glad we had it as it became the place to continue the fun away from the beach. The beach was beautiful and so great, and so many prior staying families had left a few things behind in the garage, just as we did, like extra beach chairs, some pool toys, etc., that we didn't have to go out and purchase so many of those larger things you just cant pack and bring along with you. Best vacation place ever, and would highly recommend this to anyone who wants comfort and great proximity to the beach and surrounding areas.

surf n sea beachfront
We had a wonderful vacation in this wonderful home next to the ocean! It was a blessing to wake up each morning and feel like you were just right there! We loved and created many wonderful "precious memories". The pool was also a good size and refreshing after being in the salty water of the ocean. There was room for us all and we had our own space also. Balconies on every level too to enjoy the ocean. The carriage house was a big plus so that the granddaughters boyfriend was able to come with us. Carrie at beach reunion was wonderful and helpful with all of our needs. We look forward to another wonderful time there in the future.

Family friendly
We had a memorable time in this cozy, clean house. This is the closest beach front property I've ever stayed in- 30 second walk and easy to go in and out all day to grab drinks or check on a napping baby. Was perfect layout for our family- 2 couples and 2 families with young children (2 toddlers and 2 infants). Loved that courtyard pool was gated off from beachside yard so kids were perfectly safe running in and out all day.
They had a couple cruiser bikes to ride around town and some beach chairs and toys which were helpful too. Also loved the complimentary beach chair and umbrella set up.
Constructive criticism (only meant to make it better for next guests): consider offering to warm pool thru may since pool is shaded most of day it was still very cold even when it was warm out, also for how many people this sleeps, refrigerator was a bit tight on space-we struggled to fit our food for week. Overall- highly recommend the management company as they are responsive to all requests and property was better than expected!

Pure Perfection!
What a wonderful home on a beautiful beach. Everything about the house was just lovely. We had plenty of room to spread out, cook, watch tv, set out on the porch or deck and not feel like we were cramped for space. The heated pool was fantastic as were the views of the surf and dolphins from the back porch. Carrie, our concierge, stopped by to check on us and just so happened that the blender had went out - she promptly returned with a new one. Oh and we all thought the mattresses were the most comfortable that we had slept on outside of our own beds....several times I thought about pulling the sheets up to check on the brand but just never got around to it. We really had a great week and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
