Bella modernizzato 3 letto 1 bagno anni '30 casa colonica minuti dal centro. Servizi completi, tra cui Internet, Wifi, Ethernet, TV via cavo, grande cucina con fornello a gas, sala da pranzo in stile familiare, ampio soggiorno, lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata, riscaldamento centralizzato, pavimenti in legno originali. Excellent property. Large rooms, great location and delightful owner. We were a group of 3 seniors in town to see family and fiends and the house was in the perfect location to make our travels as easy as possible. Christina, the property owner, was easy to work with and provided more than we expected. She was a delight to work with.

The Farmhouse was everything it was advertised to be: clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Because we were visiting family members in Salem, we didn't spend much time here (other than while we were sleeping), but it would have been a wonderful place to rest and relax, had we needed it. The only real problem we had was finding the house initially, as it wasn't possible to see the house number from the street, and we drove past it twice before parking our car and walking down the street to locate it (I know this is not the fault of the property owners). All in all, we highly recommend this as a great place to stay!

This was our first time with a Vrbo and it was wonderful. The host met us when we got there and the house was great and had everything that we would need. Enjoyed our stay a lot!!!!

Wonderful location and near plenty of places to eat, grocery shop, etc. The house is just the right size for what I was looking for and it's close to my son's home. I would definitely recommend this place and Christina the host is very nice and we thanked her for such a nice place to stay.

We rented the Farmhouse for my in-laws, who were traveling from Pennsylvania to meet their great-grandchildren for the first time. The location was conveniently accessible for all of us in the Salem, OR, area. The home is absolutely wonderful, offering plenty of space and a comfortable environment. My in-laws, in their 80s, felt safe and well-accommodated here. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a stay in Salem.

This has been our second time staying here as my daughter attends Willamette University. The kitchen is huge and I was able to prepare snacks for my daughter’s tennis team. The house is warm, cozy and spacious! Christina is very friendly and gracious. Check-out is also easy as Christina doesn’t require you to do a load of laundry upon check-out as compared to other rentals. We love staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at the Farmhouse. The owner was very responsive and friendly. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and BBQ was large and worked well. We would definitely stay here again!

We came to Salem to deal with some family issues and were looking for a hotel with two rooms. I decided to look at VRBO and found this gem. Christina was awesome and the place has every comfort of home. The fit and finish of this property is done very tastefully. Close to downtown with lots of good restaurants. Next time we are in town, this will be my go to!

Christina is very kind and pays attention to detail. The Farmhouse is a place that is very spacious, clean, quiet and updated. I will recommend and stay there again if and when I ever have to return to Salem.

Our daughter is attending Willamette University and couldn't make it home for Thanksgiving, so we went to her. This property was perfect for a holiday getaway. This 1930's farmhouse has been beautifully updated. The meticulous attention to detail gives you all the modern comforts you need while maintaining its farmhouse charm. The property is convenient to everything in Salem and comes with two of the most amazing hosts - Christina & Pepe - who went above & beyond to make this a great stay for my family. I will definitely be staying here again and I highly recommend it to others.

We loved this house! It was spacious and had everything you would need. The beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets if you needed them. The kitchen had everything to cook a meal. There was a great patio for a glass of wine or a fire. Everything in town was close so a great location. The property manager was great, communicated often and greeted us when we arrived. We loved it and recommend it!

Everything was lovely, open and spacious and the owners were nice. There was a beautiful back patio area too, our weather wasn’t the best so we didn’t use it but next time!

My friend and I stayed for a girls trip and the house was a great place to stay. Christina was a great hostess and very considerate. She even left a bottle of wine to help us get our trip started. The house was cute and located in a spot with easy navigation around Salem as well as the wineries we came to visit. We would book here again if we stayed in Salem.

My husband and I came through with our two teens on a vacation to Oregon. After a few nights hotel-hopping during our travels, walking into this house was a warm welcome. The property was spacious and accommodating. My husband and I took our morning coffee in the quiet, secluded courtyard each day, and cooked meals for the family in the open kitchen. I was also happy to learn it was very close to a main grocery store to get all the food and snacks we needed.

From the first communication, to the booking process, to the home, everything was perfect. We chose this home for its central location to our adult children who live in Salem and Keizer. In town to celebrate a birthday, the kitchen was expansive and well-stocked. Everything we needed to bake the birthday cake. The home has been fully redone with all the modern conveniences. And the host, Christina was great. She sent detailed instructions for check in/out and answered all our questions. We had a chance to meet her during our stay and she was gracious in person as well. Truly a lovely home and a wonderful place for us to stay. Looking forward to renting again soon!

You wouldn’t know you were on a busy street as this lovely, comfortable little house is below the level of the road. We loved staying here! It was thoughtfully furnished, the kitchen well equipped, the bedding and towels high quality. It had a hidden patio out back. Ample parking allowed us to have friends over to visit. The owners are great communicators and very attentive. The house was extremely clean. We will definitely stay here again when next in Salem.
