This property was brilliant, brilliant location, brilliant staff. Ruby and Susan were brilliant at accomodating to our needs. Susan was great at helping us with our 2 year old for some smoothies and a special egg coffee for us, so brilliant.

Room with no view no real window

Location, service, cleanliness and that it is just a wonderful place to stay. Susan, Ruby, Tom, Mike and all other service staff were excellent.

We loved the location. The staff were incredibly capable and helpful. The restaurant has a lovely view and serves many good food choices. Kylie, our hotel contact and hostess made our trip to and from the airport and our room reservations seamless. In the restaurant Susan and staff were gracious and helpful during all our meals.

We have been in this are for third time in different hotels and this was the best for far in cleaning, security, breakfast and top afternoon tea and the view is amazing!!!! The staff was outstanding from beginning to end. They welcomed with tea, and explain us all the amenities that the hotel has plus they gave us a map form the city and explain everything we needed to know plus our own questions. From all the hotels I could tell this one is taking a step ahead from security in who is coming in the hotel.

Personnel efficace, très agréable et sympathique, Jolies décorations et figurines au bar du 11è. Chambres super confortables, climatisation efficace et discrète, insonorisation, excellente literie. Très belle vue de la salle à manger sur le lac au 10è étage, buffet du matin plutôt à l'européenne avec présence de sushis également. Goûter l'après midi .

Pas de fauteuils relax à la terrasse sur le toit. Les deux fauteuils présents sont abîmés.

- Dusche (Temperatur wechselte ständig zwischen heiß und kalt) - Hinweis, dass Handtücher nur gewechselt werden, wenn sie am Boden liegen wurde nicht beachtet (es wurden jeden Tag die Handtücher getauscht) Weiterer Verbesserungsvorschlag: Statt jeden Tag neue Plastik-Wasserflaschen zu bekommen, könnte man einfach Wasser zum Nachfüllen bereitstellen (spart eine Menge Plastikmüll)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a delightful accommodation that exceeded my expectations in every way. Ruby, the lovely host, ensured that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the room, it was clear that meticulous attention had been given to every detail. First and foremost, the room was incredibly spacious. It provided a sense of openness and tranquility, allowing me to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring the city.

Great staff and location. Right in middle of tourist attraction and great food and coffee 2 minutes away. Hotel also provide good breakfast and afternoon tea.

Hotel is at fantastic location if one wants to stay in old quarters in Hanoi. Hotel has excellent breakfast and good view of the lake. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help and advise. Ruby at reception was always helpful and ready with smile.

We wish rooms were little bigger for stay of few days.

Hotel położony w maleńkiej uliczce w świetnej lokalizacji na Old Quarter, blisko ulic handlowych, jeziora i teatru wodnych lalek. Obsługa najwyższej jakości że szczególnym uwzględnieniem ms Kylie Tran która dbała abyśmy mieli wszystko czego potrzebujemy. Tak pomocnej obsługi nie spotkałem chyba w żadnym hotelu. Czujecie się tutaj na prawdę zaopiejowani.

We felt very welcomed the moment we entered the hotel. The staff were super lovely, the sweetest ever in our traveling experience. The hotel should be proud to have the team working there. We enjoyed the welcome drink and the local sweets. In the room, we got some free water, little local munchies, wow, so delicious and we received some too when leaving. Amazing ! The location was perfect in the old town, many good restaurants, cafes, shops, street food everywhere. The room was clean, quiet and had good WIFI. Breakfast was super amazing, the freshly cut fruits, yogurts, lots of savoury food and the coffee !! The roof top bar was perfect for a drink. We really enjoyed our stay, BIG THANKS to the staff members we met : Sweet LISA helped us to look for a tour to Halong Bay. and Bun Cha restaurant recommendations Lovely MIA helped us with many things (calling taxi, how to get about the old town etc) and recommended to see special tea plantations next time when we come back. DAVID, the soft spoken man who shared the YINYANG philosophy and Bun Cha, is related to YIN YANG concepts. AMAZING.   Pearl man LEO who shared his pearl knowledge. Bravo The beautiful smiling RUBY reassured that Hanoi is indeed a fantastic place to come back to again. BIG BIG THANK YOU to all the lovely staff, not forgetting the lovely men at the door entrance and the roof top staff. We will be back !

Great service and care, lovely hosts, thank you Kylie, Lea. Also the front desk staff were amazing. Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Always asking you if you need anything. The offer of afternoon tea which was just a nice extra bonus. Location is in the middle of the historic old quarter - noisy, busy but really interesting! Only a couple of minutes walk from the lake.

Excellent Hotel choice in crazy busy Hanoi. Our room was cozy, comfortable and quiet with excellent bed, blackouts cutrains, good AC and lovely bathroom with great hot water. Location is perfect on side street but walk to everything. Kylie & Ruby were very helpful both before and during our visit with excellent communication and tips. The sky bar overlooking the lake was nice to come back to back to in the evenings. Breakfasts were also very good with plenty of options and helpful staff. We will stay here again for sure on our next visit to Hanoi.
