This was an absolute gem - perfect spot for our couples getaway. Beautiful sunrises in the morning and nice pleasant breezes at night. The broadwalk made getting around easy. Brenda, the owner, was super helpful and communicative and provided wonderful retaurantr recommendations. We ended up eating in Hollywood area as well as in Ft Lauderdale so we could try all her favorites. My wife and I are pretty picky about beds and pillows. This was fantastic. Great mattress and decent pillows. The A/C worked very well. The only comment there is that is can get a little loud as it kicks on in the middle of the night. Access to the beach was as simple as walking across the broadwalk; didn't even need shoes. Although I had heard it could be noisy at night, that is not the case for our stay. It was very quiet and peaceful at night. Brenda has just about everything you could want for a beach stay. She used to have bikes available but one finally bit the dust. She has beach chairs, umbrella, lots of towels and there was sunscreen too. We ended up eating out for all of our meals but Brenda has everything you need in the kitchen and good quality too (we looked at it even though we didn't use it).
The Keurig does both pods and pots of coffee. The bathroom is very nice - tile everywhere - rocks on the shower floor. Plenty of space for us and we can't say enough good things about it. Thank you Brenda for offering such a lovely beach getaway!!

Brenda and Jake have done an amazing job of creating a space that is welcoming and relaxing from the moment you step in. Everything you need is right there. The condo is easy to find, great parking and the location can’t be beat. We love the condo and our time on the Broadwalk. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property has amazing beach views right on the boardwalk! We enjoyed the super comfortable bed and the dead quiet nights sleep. Quick easy access to the beach and many restaurants/ things to do. Loved everything about the property!

We just finished staying 2 weeks and our vacation was fantastic. Our host Brenda was an absolute pleasure to get to know. Her unit was immaculate and was furnished with everything you would need. Brenda was very responsive whenever we had any questions. We have stayed in numerous places in Hollywood beach and this was our favourite. We are looking forward to our stay next year.

The place was in a great location with great view of the beach. The boardwalk was just outside take long walks on and people watch. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities were well done.

This property is fantastic. It’s a perfect sized condo a perfect sized building and perfect location. You can’t get any closer to the beach, and the condo is stocked with every thing you’ll ever need and very clean. The owner, Brenda, is so nice and helpful…she feels like a friend. We got so lucky finding this place, we walked everywhere while we were there and I honestly didn’t see one other place that I thought “hmm maybe we will try that one next time” - nope we will be back here time and again. Thanks for everything Brenda!

You cannot get any closer to the beach. Incredible views of the beach and Broadwalk especially since this apartment is on the 2nd floor. Safe, clean and comfortable with every “extra” you can think of provided. This is our second time staying here and we hope to return in the near future

Brenda's place is awesome! The ocean is literally steps away. It's down on the quieter end of Hollywood Beach. Although there's the occasional passerby late at night, for the most part it's quiet. There are several really nice restaurants all within walking distance so once you're there you need not get back in your car until it's time to depart. The place itself is VERY clean, has ice cold A/C, and a really nice kitchen with just about anything you'd need.

Great communication, and a Brenda is wonderful, You are within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, the local culture, and live outdoor entertainment with just a five minute walk. We have traveled several places and never had an ocean view quite like this.

Perfect condo right on the beach! The view of the sunrise and sunsets is breathtakingly beautiful! As soon as you walk through the door you feel right at home! I loved all the fun decor and the bed was so very comfy. With the beach only steps away and so many fun things to do within walking distance we never turned on the TV. The condo is right on the Broadwalk. There is no need to rent a car unless you want to, you can Instacart your groceries. Brenda has everything you could possibly need already at the condo. Just bring your swimsuit and be ready to relax and have fun Brenda is very kind and knowledgeable of the area! She can give give you lots of recommendations of the best places to eat and fun things to do! I’m already looking at my calendar to see when I can book again!

Hollywood Beach is a frequent landing place for us. We love the convenience of the Broadwalk the restaurants and the beach. Morning runs and views of the ocean as we eat our breakfast make this one of our favorite spots. Brenda is helpful and accomodating and her place is top notch. She has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable--from beach chairs to a magnifying mirror! We will definitely stay here again...and again.

Absolutely AMAZING condo & location. Brenda our hostess was in touch to make certain everything was perfect, which it was! Excellently furnished unit (especially bed) with everything we could possibly need. (Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, small beach cooler). Since we flew, this was a very accommodating property.

This was our first time to Hollywood and I was very fortunate to have discovered this gem! This condo was perfect. The decor is a beachy home feel, very clean, neat and well stocked. Brenda, the owner, was very personable and friendly. She thought of everything you could possibly need from coffee and tea, spices, condiments, sunscreens, laundry detergent, beach chairs and umbrella and even 2 beach bikes. We especially enjoying taking the bikes out every day on the boardwalk. The location was perfect, close to dining and entertainment and right on the beach for those beautiful ocean views. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We can't wait to come back and are already planning our next trip.

My husband and I stayed here when visiting our daughter. We found the condo to be clean, well maintained and cute decorations. This is not the location if you want a quiet getaway. The condo is on the beach/broad walk. Many people come to this area to enjoy the beach. It’s high energy and great people watching. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to friends

We began looking for a vacation property 6 months ago and one of the requirements was staying on Hollywood Beach and definitely not staying in some corporate monstrosity. We ran across a condo for rent that filled every single possible need that we wanted at the Sandpiper and was offered by Brenda the owner. From the minute that we booked the stay Brenda was in constant contact with us up until check in and once we checked in we were blown away by how amazing the property was. The pictures and description are only a fraction of what is offered here, every amenity that you could need has been thought of ahead of time and stocked. There is no need to go to the beach everyday because you were literally on the beach from either the living room or the second floor porch. We met Brenda in person a few days after we checked in and sat down and talked like we were lifelong friends for a few hours, something not many places offer anymore and that is human interaction. This place is a Hidden Gem in the middle of Hollywood Beach with 80 years worth of charm and soul that the corporate hotels cannot offer. We are already looking to book for next year and we're not even off the plane yet. Thank you again Brenda!

Great property right on the Broadwalk. Very clean and well appointed. Had everything we needed and then some. Plenty of beach accessories like chairs, towels etc. so you don’t have to bring that stuff with you. Walking distance to terrific restaurants, bars, entertainment etc. Great communications from host. My 27 year old daughter and I spent out annual beach vacation in unit 5 and we totally enjoyed it! From start to finish, Brenda, the host, was professional, friendly, generous, fun to chat with, and maintained a beautiful unit! It was furnished with everything we needed...and then some! You won't find a closer, cleaner unit to the sands of Hollywood Beach. Gotta try it!!

We were lucky to find this property on VRBO, the owner treated us very well, the property is in front of the sea, they have umbrellas and chairs and even 2 bicycles! We had an amazing time. The kitchen has everything you need, the air conditioning works perfectly and the boulevard has restaurants and bars, we had a spectacular weekend, we hope to return.

Perfect location
My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights during our trip from Key West to Orlando. The property is located right on the beach. The accommodations were clean and well-stocked. The view is something we will remember forever. A perfect choice.
