The pools kept shutting down

I didn't know about extra fees were included until I payed then was told about $30 fee for each 2 people and extra deposit for parking pass

It was so clean, and right in the beach! very family friendly.

location is perfect … beach is a little unkept by property which is no fault to the rental owner

stains on all the towels and bed linens. there were little crawly bugs all in the kitchen and bathroom coming from the sinks. not complete deal breakers because I travel with my own linens but if I did not travel that way it might be.

The apartment itself is beautiful, fairly new and very well equipped. But most of all it’s extremely clean, a priority these days. The price does not uncle 20 dollars to activate the resort fob but it does include the right to have a pair of chairs and umbrella at the beach every day, which is lovely and 35 dollars a day. The beach is right next and there is a very nice outdoor pool.

My host was Sandra and she was terrible as a host. I did the check in at the resort by myself while everyone asked me where she was. Then she explained things as if one had the obligation to know how things work in the building. No suggestions are we’re to get food, or move around the building, etc. The same when I checked out my fob got diss activated before check out and if it weren’t for other people in the building I would not have made it to pick up my suitcase. She was both my host and the cleaner. As a cleaner she is indeed great, but not as a host. What saves her is that the test of the staff in the building helps her own clients. I see that other customers in the reviews had problems as well. Also in the middle of the stay the fire alarm of the building rang at midnight and there was indeed lots of smoke in my floor (8) because apparently someone misused the kitchen. Everyone evacuated without masks and what is more worrisome the building staff vanished during the episode. Everyone then rushed back after the firemen resolved the issue— there was no one from the building to inform residents of what happened and to sequenced timing of the re-entry or controls ( ie that elevators could be used again) It felt unsafe.

The location was great. The pool and lounge area was very large, clean, and the landscaping was beautiful, with easy access to the beach. The condo was spacious and clean, and everything was provided (towels, pots, pans, dishes, etc.) The view of the ocean and grounds from our balcony was very nice.

The only television was in the living room. There were none in the bedrooms
