Port Charlotte è una delle destinazioni preferibili da tutto il mondo. Recentemente abbiamo comprato questa bella casa con l'idea che fosse la nostra casa di riposo; immagina proprio lì in quanto ti innamori della casa e della città. I precedenti proprietari lo possedevano da anni come casa per le vacanze e lo tenevano in ottime condizioni nel corso degli anni. Tuttavia, abbiamo apportato alcuni aggiornamenti e l'abbiamo pronto per farti divertire!
La casa si trova in un'ottima posizione, con facile accesso a Murdock, Punta Gorda e Port Charlotte Harbor. Accesso a ristoranti, cinema, centri commerciali con i principali negozi al dettaglio, tutti i minuti da casa. Pesca, kayak, sport acquatici in generale sono disponibili nella zona per il tuo divertimento. La bellissima spiaggia di Englewood è da 20 a 30 minuti da casa.
Abbiamo un ampio canale di acqua salata che collega al porto di Port Charlotte. O rilassandoti in piscina, o godendoti la giornata sul molo, o guardando la TV o giocando con i nostri giochi forniti, ti promettiamo che ti divertirai davvero.

We loved our stay. We spent most of the time in the pool. But we would definitely stay in this home again. And next time would like to take advantage of the kayaks. Great location.

Might suggest some labels on light switches we never figured out.
While I didn't expect room service and the beds to be made up everyday More than 1 roll of toilet paper for a 10 day stay might of been nice.

We enjoyed staying at this property. Everything was as advertised and more! We spent lots of time relaxing by the pool and loved the close proximity to the airport and any shopping we needed. Would definitely visit again!

Very clean and nice. Pool was wonderful. Only drawback was on busy road for walking dog. Othedwise great. Bottle of wine was a great suprise

My husband and I had a wonderful time. Charlie was an amazing host, communication was superb. The listing accurately describes the home.
Impeccable cleanliness, a treasure trove of amenities, nestled in a serene neighborhood, and close proximity to anything and everything we needed.
We used the beach chairs, beach towels and cooler to visit Venice beach and Siesta Key. We took advantage of the kayaks…the water level was a little low, but were still able to get in and out with ease. The pool was heated, which was completely unexpected since there wasn’t an up-charge for it.
We would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!

We stayed at this property after 4 days of Disney. I couldn't have picked a better place to relax! The home is beautiful and well-equipped with EVERYTHING you need! My kids spent most of their time swimming in the amazing pool and hanging out in the living room. Plenty of room to spread out and have everyone in their own space. We especially loved being able to watch tv and swim at the same time. We enjoyed the bikes and kayaks that were provided. If we ever come back to this area, we will definitely stay here again. I can't say enough about what a lovely experience it was!

Property was as described. We spent two weeks as we had come from Illinois to visit granddaughter. Everything was there to prepare food and enjoyed poolside meals. We also had pool time and game nights. Perfect place to relax and enjoy our family

This was the nicest and most equipped place that I have ever stayed and I use VRBO a lot. Carlos was always ready with any questions that I had. My sister and I absolutely loved it here and did not want to leave this beautiful home. Beds are super comfortable, bikes are top notch, pool is clean and well maintained house is spotless and so many amenities to use. We were so pleased with all the comforts of home and thank you for letting us share it.

We screwed up the reservations and arrived a day early. Our host immediately worked to accommodate us,and arranged to have us checked in and comfortable in mere minutes. This is a great example of how a rental should be run. It all comes down to the people and Carlos is THE MAN!

The property looked just like the online photos. Really enjoyed the kayaks, pool, and all other amenities the property offered (i.e. garage for vehicle, washer and dryer if needed, filtered water on fridge, etc.). The only thing missing for us was sidewalks, since we like to walk around the neighborhoods versus always getting in a vehicle. THANKS for a great stay!!!

House is well located, near to good restaurants & Buffets, near to Gasparilla Beach & Englewood Beach. If you dont want to go outside, you can stay at home and enjoy the pool. If you decide stay and cook kitchen has everything you will need, including a Cuban Coffee Maker!!! Communication with the owner couldn't be better, Carlos is one of the best host I have ever known. Overall, we love Port Charlotte!♥️ Thank you Carlos!!!

The property is as advertised. They even supplied shampoo, conditioner and soap. Welcome gift of wine and snacks. Kayaks, bikes and fishing poles. Great place to stay with a family of an age.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is super clean and stocked well. The view from the back patio/deck is so beautiful. We enjoyed having the TV out by the pool as well. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We had a fabulous time. The place was extremely clean, comfortable and inviting. We stayed with our 5 year old twins who were obsessed with the house as well. We played in the pool non-stop and the dock was a beautiful way to start the day. All of the comfortable touches made the stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay again

My friend and I spent 7 days there and it was awesome. Communication was good, everything you would need is there and furniture and beds we’re comfortable. The home was cozy and clean. A great place to relax.

The house is simple but everything you need. The highlight is the pool and the view of the canal. The only detraction with the backyard was that the lanai screen was not repaired yet from the hurricane so flys were buzzing around when eating. We enjoyed the kayaks and had an alligator swim out from under the dock the first time we went out. We brought our own bikes and spent a lot of time at the Cape Haze Trail. Also we did lots of hiking at the Myakkahatchee Trailhead. We went to Venice Beach, Boca Grande a couple of times and Manasota Key Beach. Also Fisherman’s Village is a fun shop and lunch spot. You will enjoy this property and we are hoping to return.

We were fortunate enough to stay for four weeks….everything about our stay, from arrival to departure, went smoothly. The house was very clean and comfortable, well stocked with necessary supplies, and a thoughtful welcome tray with wine, crackers, etc..
We spent a lot of of time by the heated pool and the canal dock - also made good use of the gas grill. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at this awesome home…we will be back!!

Great communication, quick replies, clean and well-kept property. Quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 on location because it was a bit more of a drive to the beach than I prefer...but the trade off was having a lovely heated pool all to ourselves. Definitely recommend!

We loved the beautiful warm pool right on the canal. We enjoyed all the amenities, including the bikes and being close to lots of stores. This house is a true gem and we are grateful to have found it for our vacation.

Very comfortable clean home in a great quiet area. Close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed fishing, visiting the Babcock ranch, the Fisherman's Village, took a sunset cruise, and enjoyed seeing Manatees in the canal. Owners are great to communicate with you. We had a very relaxing time and look forward to coming back again!

The house is wonderful. Very tastefully decorated, clean and all the amenities of being home. Very clean and special touches. The pool was warm and clean. The owners were outstanding. Any questions were answered quickly. The location is about 20-30 minutes from area beaches. Close to downtown Punta Gorda. We can’t wait to stay again.

We were in the area for a wedding. This property fit our needs perfectly. We used the canal for fishing, the pool and outside area were great to lounge around. Owner was very hospitable and attentive. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this property for a family wedding one month after Hurricane Ian. The surrounding areas were destroyed by the event. This property was clean and available with minimal damage. The host was very easy to communicate with. If we come back to visit, we would try to book the same property if available.

We loved everything about it - Close to everywhere we wanted to go as well as close to the airport. Very clean and the host was very helpful as soon as I would message him. My son and I love to take the kayaks out, my son and husband love to throw the fishing poles in and the grandkids loved the pool. Definately will be back - Thank you for a great stay!!

Owner very communicative and responsive. Home was very clean, great amenities and they took special care of little details. Really nice neighbors. Clean pool. Perfect grilling area. We would go again!
