Second time staying at Anna May's properties. Stayed at the Surfside 1 bedroom this time. We enjoyed the extra room. Everything was clean and comfortable. Views were beautiful. We had a flight delay due to weather and could not get to St John til the next day. Anna May took the time from her family vacation to come to our room to make sure everything was ok and generously refunded our first night. Darren was very responsive and patient while we were delayed. He picked us up promptly and gave us great information. Location is a short 2-10 min walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Even though we didn't use a car, option with 1 bedroom to rent with parking spot is a great perk as well I would definitely choose Anna May's properties again.

We have been coming to St John for years. Always love staying in this unit. Laurie and Craig do such a wonderful job taking care of every detail. The owner is wonderful and always helpful.

I spent the week with my 13-year-old grandson and this condo was fantastic for us! Close to town, the view overlooking Cruz Bay was fantastic!! Many thanks and we will definitely be back next year!!

Grande Bay Resort has fantastic location - easy to walk to restaurants & drive to beaches. Unit was well furnished & had everything we might want. Very clean & well furnished.

What an incredible stay my wife and I had with our three young children! The space was clean and open and what a view of Cruz Bay. We absolutely loved it. We had everything we needed and more!! The communication from everyone was fantastic. We were greeted upon arrival which made things so easy and quick to get checked into the unit. I would highly recommend this space and will 100% be staying again!

The property is amazing and management communication was fast/accurate. This condo has wonderful views of Cruz Bay and everything you would need for a great stay is within walking distances. Very nice pool and hot tub and elevator if needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Just 2 of us, looking to try some place new. Loved the unit. Loved the location. Arrival was seamless. We did not rent a car. We walked to the grocery store a couple of times. We walked to restaurants in Cruz Bay and Mongoose Junction. We took a cab out to Trunk Bay and Maho Bay Beaches.
We cannot wait to come back again next year in the same unit!

We had a Wonderful stay! Everything was in Great shape! The washer and dryer was so handy! The rental jeep was Great for visiting the Northshore beaches! Walking to town was easy for dinner and shopping! We will be back!

This condo was in the perfect location - within walking distance to the bars and restaurants and easy to access from the street. The inside was immaculate and exactly as described. The owner was in contact and responded immediately with any questions I had. I will be back and will stay here again

This was our 3rd year in this condo and we love it (and have already booked for next year). We felt like we were coming home. Everything we needed and some things we didn't know we needed were there. We enjoyed grilling on the terrace and watching everything that happens in Cruz Bay. It is so close to the ferry, the shops, and the restaurants. Walk anywhere in town in minutes. I

We loved this place. Very comfortable. Nice to sit and look out on the bay. On the porch you can hear music from the restaurants up the street but we enjoyed that. Very quiet in the bedroom. Great to be in town and have a parking space. This was our second stay at Grand Bay and liked this unit because it looked right out on the bay with no buildings between. Would definitely stay there again.

Third trip to USVI, first time staying on St. John. Cannot beat the location. Easy walk to bars, restaurants, and taxis. King size bed and sleeper sofa were both comfortable. Pool was great for the kids. Rented a jeep for a few days in the middle of our stay and the included parking space was great. Hope to come back again soon!

My husband and i used VRBO several times to stay at Grand Bay and just love this property. Grand Bay is close to walk to everything in Cruz Bay. The property is accessible with a nice workout and pool area. This unit was easy to access through the parkig garage. It was clean and had plenty of towels, linens etc... it is always nice to have a washer and dryer available. We really appreciated being picked up at the ferry dock with all our luggage after a long day of travel, that was a nice touch. We will be back !!

Very nice unit, located a very short walk into town. Perfect location, easy to get to, and has a good view of the harbor. Clean, well-appointed, spacious kitchen. One minor issue with an appliance was handled very quickly by the owner. We plan to book again for next year.

Beautiful condo in the front building of Grande Bay. The unit is modern and super clean. It has a full kitchen and outdoor gas grill on the deck overlooking the water. The upper deck pool and hot tub is enjoyable after a long day on the beach. This is the best location in Cruz Bay. You can walk to all the restaurants, shops and bars. Working with the owner was a pleasure! This is our second time staying at Grande Bay and we will definitely be returning next year!!

We like staying at Grande Bay because of it's great location within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was convenient having a car to rent along with a parking space so we could visit our favorite spots around the island. Enjoyable stay!

This was our second year at the condo and plan to come back next year as well. We just love it. Condo has everything you need and the bed is very comfy. The location cannot be beat. So close to our favorite restaurants and beach bars. Communication with the owner and property management is absolutely the best. Can’t wait till next year!! Thanks for an awesome vacation. Gayle

Beautiful location and property. The property managers called us several times to make sure we were okay as our flight was delayed. So very accommodating and again just a lovely property with everything we needed! We will be back!

The condo was very clean and well kept. The bathroom had been updated based on the previous condo we rented here a year ago which was nice. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had most everything we needed. My 20 year old son said the pull out couch wasn’t too bad. It’s directly across the street from the ocean and has a nice little view. We liked the convenience of being in the front building . It’s walking distance to everything in Cruz Bay. It has a spot if you rent a car but we didn’t on this trip.. we would definitely stay here again.

The location of this property was perfect and the view was spectacular. The property itself was very tired. The number of towels were few, no washcloths and some towels had bleach spots. The sheets also had a few bleach spots. The light over the stove was out. I would chose a more updated property for our next visit!!!

Great Property
The location and amenities at Grande Bay are great. The property is perfectly located to walk to all the Cruz Bay shops and restaurants. This unit was beautiful. Its nice that the bedroom is on the back side of the building so its very quiet. I definitely want to come back and stay in this exact unit.
