Would have been great if there was a pool but there are so many natural swimming spots nearby you don’t miss it too much!!

There was building work on the room / tent next to us. Work from approx 0700 in the morning till 1800 in evening. They were using power tools. Did not expect this. Only negative really as it woke us up.

Absolutely stunning and beautiful view, which changes depending on weather. Everything is just thought till smallest details, the room/tent was glamorous, and the bed, I wish I could take that mattress with me, it’s like you would sleep on a cloud. The team who runs the hotel absolutely amazing, so helpful and in general the best service we ever experienced.

The road noise was the only downside.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location. And the staff is very friendly. I can say that we really felt welcome . Excellent coffee and a large selection of desserts for the sweet tooth.

The tent did not close tightly, not only the main entrance, but also the place where the fan was started, all the cracks plugged with things. We even had a couple of lizards, they were quite large. The roof of the tent is also covered in mold. During the day, all this seemed tolerable, but when it got dark, the number of Beetles and huge insects beating against the awning exceeded a hundred. There are also a lot of insects in bed. It was very unpleasant. There are also mosquitoes that carry dengue and other fevers, we came with insect sprays, but they didn't really save. The territory is not cultivated and fumigator is not provided, we were with our own, but we were bitten quite hard in a dream. We've been to other campsites and even budget campsites, but we haven't met so many insects. Just be prepared.

I don't know where to start. Staying at Tanoshi would be enough justification for us to do a 4h journey from Krabi. This was such a wonderful experience. The service was absolutely impeccable, we felt at home from the start. Staff was so attentive, humble, and hospitable. The nicest we found in Thailand. You stay in a very cosy tent with all the amenities. Outside your tent you have a private area with a breathtaking view, where you can see the sun go up on a foggy morning or see it set in beautiful colors. For those concerned, there's a bathroom downstairs with a door you can close. The place has Japanese roots, so for dinner you can ask for Hot Pot. We did and was incredible. The price is around 500 THB for 2 people. Breakfast is included and amazing too. Final note: even though you need to be comfortable with bugs and whatsoever (you're staying in middle of the jungle after all), it's totally okay. You have a net in the tent you can close, so that you don't have other guests entering in your room. Strongly recommended! You won't be disappointed.

Tanoshi Glamping was an amazing experience and we loved the tent/space! We were in the tent with the bath tub and the space was very private, quite and clean. The staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed the breakfast. I would really recommend staying here if you are visiting Khao Sok because it felt that you were in the jungle and made the experience even more exciting! The sunset views are breathtaking, especially from the bath tub!

There are a few small things to be aware of before coming here but this shouldn’t put you off. The tent has a few small gaps meaning that bugs can come in, for example the tent zips don’t close completely and there is space around the tube for the aircon. If there was a mosquito net around the bed it would be better but we stuffed the holes with clothes and didn’t have any issues. The aircon works well but is quite noisy so I would recommend ear plugs. Finally, just to note that there are a lot of geckos and bugs but this is just part of the experience.
