Vieni a goderti questa confortevole camera da letto con due bagni e due bagni con favolose viste sull'oceano da uno dei balconi più grandi della spiaggia! Con un arredamento unico questo condominio ha un'atmosfera molto calda e accogliente, potresti non voler andartene!
Abbiamo due camere da letto, una con letto king size nuovo e confortevole (acquisto marzo 2012), la seconda con due beb completi. I bagni hanno aggiornato il box doccia WALK-IN (2016). Questo condominio include tutto per una fantastica vacanza al mare.
Le principali zone giorno e le camere da letto sono piastrellate in modo da poter vedere la pulizia delle stanze.
Le magnifiche viste sull'oceano possono essere viste facilmente dal soggiorno e dalla camera da letto principale con accesso al balcone da entrambe le stanze.
Stiamo anche fornendo un comodo letto matrimoniale nella zona soggiorno. Questo non è un dormiente normale. Ti regalerà una lussuosa esperienza di sonno senza molle, senza bar scomodi e senza cedimenti. È realizzato con il sistema di sonno Tiffany 24/7 ™ con fondamenta in legno massiccio e schiuma ad alta densità. (vedi foto)
La cucina è completamente attrezzata per lo chef della casa. Ripiani in granito con armadi spaziosi. Una sala da pranzo confortevole per una cena in famiglia o divertente. Per le vostre esigenze di intrattenimento ci sono tre TV con DVD, schermo piatto in tutte le camere.

Il nostro condominio si trova proprio nel mezzo di un edificio di 23 piani che include una grande piscina riscaldata, jacuzzi, piscina interna / esterna, un bagno turco con sauna e una palestra. La sabbia è la migliore di tutta la Florida, bianca morbida e pura! Puoi vedere i delfini migrare verso est lungo il banco di sabbia, guardarli dal tuo balcone o nuotare con loro.
Spiacente, non sono ammessi animali e non fumare.

Wonderful location with huge balcony! Perfect area to watch the fireworks or just relax and watch the beach activities. Mike was a gracious host, quick to respond to any needs or questions. The condo met our needs.

Enjoyed our stay. Perfect location right on beach and lots of close dining options and shopping. I it very spacious and comfortable for 4 of us. Beds were nice as well. All the basics you need for a pleasant vacation. Only wish the elevators moved a little more efficiently but we would happily stay here again. Liked the regular communication with the owner about checkin and checkout.

The unit was excellent. It was clean and comfortable. Our beach side view and patio was so awesome. The construction noise was loud but we tried to ignore it and enjoy our stay. Mission accomplished. The property manager was accessible when needed. I look forward to a future stay. My cousin and I had a great time.

Great views, huge balcony, and lots to do. This was a gem of a find. It’s is everything you want for a stay on the beach. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. I would highly recommend a stay here!

As a new family of 3, this condo met our needs. It had all the amenities we needed during our stay and all clean. The balcony is very large and had a amazing view of the ocean.
Manager of the condo responded to texts quickly and was informative.

Loved this condo and everything it had to offer. Clean with comfortable beds. The balcony is fantastic and loved sitting out there in the mornings with my coffee. Great location with lots for the older teen kids to have fun. Would highly recommend!

This property had spectacular views of the ocean, the beach and dolphins. Sitting on the beach in the unit's provided beach chairs, under the umbrella was so relaxing. The best beach ever! The unit itself had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation stay. The owner was wonderful to work with and he answered our questions promptly. Thank you Mike for a spectacular vacation.

We had 2 adults, 3 teens, and an 11 year old. We stayed on the 14th floor. The elevators were very timely (3 of them), the pool and hot tub were nice. Our balcony was HUGE. Large table on it, 6 sturdy chairs with cushions, and 2 lounge chairs with cushions. The master bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water and shower pressure. The place (14th floor unit) is actually nicer looking in person! The owner, Mike, was extremely timely with communication! Plenty of pots, pans, dishes. Salt and pepper and a few others seasonings were already there. Starter items, bar soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods were there as well. Chair rental was included and always a treasure to have. Really really loved this place and hope to come back!

Our stay was awesome, great view from the 11th floor. Property manager communicated very well, we will definitely consider staying here again. Parking was super easy, elevators were great. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked well. Zero negatives!

This is by far my favorite Vrbo! Check in process was outstanding…. The condo was very clean with a very adequately furnished kitchen. Bed was extremely comfortable, views to die for, and the beach access literally 2 mins from the door! Would go back tomorrow! Do not pass this one up!

We stayed the first three weeks in February at this condo. Everything was very clean and well kept. Mike was very responsive when we had a fire alarm battery going bad and was fixed within the hour or so. We enjoyed the amenities of the heated pool and hot tub.

We stayed on the 14th floor, it was an amazing view. Property was just the right size for our group of five and was very clean. The pools were heated and the kids enjoyed them. Mike was amazing to work with and was always available for questions. Loved our little getaway.

Had everything we needed to get by for a few days without having to go to the store. Property is excellent location. Right on beach, close to dining and shopping. Property managers and everyone onsite was kind and helpful. Condo was clean and comfy. We loved the large beach front deck.
