Love the area. The floors were absolutely filthy. We made calls to service for help with a bed that was literally broken down. That was remedied on the last day of our stay. The price was way too high for what we hoped for. VRBO especially did absolutely nothing but charge us a large service fee with no real support. We will no longer be using VRBO or Southern Home Rentals to assist with bookings due to outrageous fees (excluding stay price) and substandard service.

Second visit
We have stayed here for a month stay the past two years. It’s perfect distance from beach, shops, and large enough to accommodate friends and family who drop by during the month. Highly recommend, but just as the listing states, parking extremely limited, though not a big problem for us in the off season.

Labor Day 2021
Great location with a short walk to the beach. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby. House was clean a well equipped. Host may want to update kitchen skillets. Ran out of propane. Most found beds to be on the firm side. On site Parking is limited but additional parking within the property's made up for it. Overall we had a great experience would probably stay here again.

Family vacation
Loved the property the only downside was the kids didn’t have a lot of space to run around in. The backyard was super small , the patio had no shading , not alot of privacy. Overall if nice neighborhood and would rent again if it was just an adult trip

Much Needed Vacation
The house was nice size for our family. The multiple rooms and beds were excellent for our group. Location was perfect! Beach is walking distance. Nice clean bathrooms by pool area! We enjoyed our stay and the location to restaurants and other beaches is great.

Great location
The house fit our family very comfortably we had11 people. The neighborhood and location to the beach was perfect a very short walk to beach. The only negatives would be the parking and check out should be later 9 o'clock is way too early.

Worst property managers ever
They rented us a house that held 16 people and didn’t clarify it had only two parking spots. We asked if it was ok to park at the house until they figured out separate parking. They said yes. We got a ticket from the HOA that same day that they would not cover. The common area toilet backed up with sewage the first day and they told us that no one would be coming to fix it. We had to turn the water off the stench was so bad. I called to ask them for some type of refund and their customer service rep ended up hanging up on me. Do not rent from them if you expect any kind of customer service.

No parking
House was fine great space but there is no room to park we had three vehicles and they would not fit so if you have more that two small SUVs they won't fit in this parking area so that's something to think about also never got a parking pass

Beautiful property and community! Short walk to the beach!
The house was just enough size for the entire family and very well taken care of! We definitely will be choosing to stay here from now on when we vacation to Florida every year! The four free bikes were a huge hit for the kids and the two free chairs with an umbrella we’re amazing on the front row of the beach! Southern vacation rentals were always amazing. The check in process was so easy and they even let us get in the house almost 4 hours earlier than normal check in time! The pool and hot tub area was very large and nice! They were so accommodating! Can’t wait to visit again!

l loved that it was one story. It was just the right size for my family. It is close to the pool and not far from the beach. Quiet neighborhood. House was clean and cute. Looks small from outside, but don't let it fool you. We had a great time, and we were comfortable while we were there !!😉�💚�💛�💜�💙�❤️

Great Rental in Destin-Miramar Beach!
This is an awesome place for single or multi family vacations. Comfortable, clean, cute and convenient to beach and all activities in Destin. The community has 2 pool areas and the walkway to the beach is only a 5 minute walk. Plan your trip now and you will not be disappointed.

Wow what an amazing place!
This place is immaculate! Completely new and beautiful. I wish we could go back every year! Just a short stroll to the beach-pristine! Great food within walking distance. Room for family and friends.

Happy Times at the "The Beach is Our Happy Place"
This is a charming beach town home. We stayed for a week in October and it was delightful. The house had an accommodating open floor plan. Whether you need its full capacity of bedrooms or not, the common areas work well for any gathering, whatever the size. Loved the super-sized meal table and the option of sitting a few people at the kitchen island. A private backyard with patio set was perfect for morning coffee and a paper. Bedrooms accommodate children and adults alike. Locations of bathrooms are well laid out. Being a ranch, it is great for grandparents. Also, we were satisfied with the cleanliness of the house.
Perhaps what I liked the best was that the house is nestled on a quiet street close to the beach. About an 8-minute walk through the neighborhood found us at the beautiful private beach in no time. Within a healthy walking distance is a good beach restaurant…delicious food, live music and its deck is a terrific vantage point to watch the sunset!
This quiet street in Miramar made me feel like I was on a relaxing get-away, however, when I wanted to get out, the house is extremely close by car to Destin and other towns that have a lot of activities to offer such as restaurants, shopping, children’s activities and nightlife.
The neighborhood clubhouse w/workout equipment and pool is located close to the house also… just a few minute walk (on the way to the beach). I enjoyed several relaxing soaks in the hot tub when there was an evening chill in the air.
All these advantages make renting this house a value! I would definitely come back again.
