Owner was extremely rude, no way to reach the resort due to terrible road conditions. Had no sense of urgency to help us. all the customers were stuck on road but owner was more worried about working the kitchen. The owner did not offer to help anyone in the house and the resort did not make you feel welcomed when walking in felt very uncomfortable.

No restaurant open. The owners son was the only person attending the facility. Ill-equipped to handle the snow in a snow area.

The lady at front desk was very helpful and responsive. It's a family run business so dont expect fancy dressed multiple people running around. Liked the pretzel we ordered. Even though it was not in the menu, the lady accepted our custom order and served us mashed potato. Bunch of german beers to choose from. room was big and neat. Not sure why people have put in bad reviews.

It was difficult to reach a staff member. The poor girl working the restaurant seemed to have to do everything.

The place was beautiful and comfortable. Just as you'd want to feel in the middle of the forest! The restaurant there was absolutely 💯 Great! The Staff was awesome!! We were well taken care of!

The only reason my stay was not a 10 for everything. Is because the ceiling fan was not operable in our room. Nor could we leave the window open because there was no screen and bugs could get in with the window open. And it was in September. The staff did give us portable fans, which helped with the circulation. But the room was still to warm to sleep well in. Once they have the maintenance person, come in and fix the fan and the wi dow screen for the next person. I'd say this place would be a 10!

mountains and scenery was beautiful

rooms smelled. beds were hard and old. manager was unprofessional and not welcoming and rude. rooms smelled so bad had to get febreeze. they already had plugins which didn’t help. someone was in our room when we left things were moved and no it was not cleaned. night clerk said we were overcharged and reduced prices and then manager later added extra charges.
