Cozy property.

Overall, I’d really give this rental a 4.5 but that wasn’t an option. Nancy the owner was exceptional and very responsive. Upon arrival we had a slight misunderstanding with room # but she called me personally and very quickly had the problem solved. We also only had 2 washcloths on arrival and she personally delivered to our unit as she was using another unit she own for a couple days. The elevators and valet service were fine during our stay, not slow at all. The main issues we had were with the resort itself and the staff who work here. They were very rude at times and made us feel unwelcome. We are from the South and generally friendly people who like to talk to people but here everyone seemed unfriendly. The unit itself was very clean and plenty of storage for whatever you might bring. The unit had many of things for your use such as pans, soap, utensils, etc. The only things missing in our opinions were an oven mitt, Dishtowels and dishrags if you like to cook some yourself. The appliances were top of the line.

The property owner was very responsive and helpful. We had a logistics issue with our check out and she quickly contacted the building manager and it was promptly resolved to my satisfaction making our final day at the beach much more enjoyable. I’d highly recommend staying in this unit

Very nice apartment. Clean, spacious, wonderful views, great kitchen and very pretty pool. Having the valet service was an inconvenience since we needed a car often because not much is a walkable distance. Went to the boardwalk twice and would recommend doing that. Great for people watching, drinks and dinner. Had no problem getting chairs at the pool or beach. The home is very well stocked. Balcony is big and we spent a lot of time out there (even when it was raining) Thank YOU for a relaxing week.

Fantastic place to stay with sensational views, a modern kitchen and great facilities. Unit was well situated given slow building elevators as you could take the stairs down to the pool. I have stayed at the Hyde several times and this unit was perfect for me.

We just arrived home from 4 days at this lovely property. On arrival we were shown to a dressing room/bathroom where we could change into swimwear, then left our luggage in storage. We grabbed a bite at the onsite restaurant in the pool area. The food was very good but(ouch)the cocktails and wine were 20/per drink, so keep that in mind(beer was 10 bucks, I believe)! We ordered an Instacart for some essentials and beer/wine to save some $. We met the shopper in the valet area. Easy peasy. There is also a Walmart nearby(did not shop there) and a 7-11 directly across the street that has a limited selection of beer and wine. Once in the unit, we were pleasantly surprised with the spaciousness of the rooms and the amazing view from the veranda and through the bedroom doors. Beautiful! The unit had everything we needed, plenty of towels and linens, lots of dishware and 3 coffeemakers (be sure to pick up either k-cups, large nespresso pods or ground coffee with filters). We did not cook during this trip but there were plenty of pots and pans, etc had we decided to! In the bedroom there is a ton of hanging space and hangers and a good amount of drawer space as well. The main bed is comfy and I didn't hear any complaints about the fold-outs in the living room. The pool area at the property is pretty and comfortable. Our friends stayed at the Doubletree across the street and we found that pool area to be pretty run-down when we visited. Hyde for the win on ambience! Getting towels for the pool and beach was quick and easy with the towel card. Note that the beach chairs did fill up on our sunniest day. Some folks did have to wait for chairs, so get there early! The unit also has some nice folding chairs and an umbrella that you can bring down for extra seating. We couldn't find a recycling drop-off (just trash/linen chutes in the hall). Check out was a breeze.

The unit, view, amenities were fantastic. The communication was prompt and easy. Clean and you feel at home! The resort had a few issues. The key cards are not reliable and elevators are slow. If this unit- with these owners- was in a different resort- 10 stars

The property was just as it was listed. Great view of the ocean, pool and town from the balcony of this condo. Clean and ready for us when we arrived. We found everything we needed and never had to contact the property managers. We really enjoyed our stay and will consider a return visit.

Relaxing holiday
We really enjoyed are stay at this unit. Everything was impecable and the unit was very functional. They provided a pack and play which was very convenient, as we were traveling with our 23mo. Very nice view.
Elevator waits were reasonable except at peak hours (check in-check out times).
We were disappointed to see that only was Pool was available however didn’t have any issues finding sitting in the pool area and didn’t feel super crowded.

Five stars isn’t enough. From the gorgeous property, the million dollar views and the management staff, this was an absolute treat.
We were planning on sight-seeing and traveling around the coast but honestly had no reason to leave the property. The beach, the pool, the spa the restaurant, all amazing. We would highly recommend this to any friends and family.

Great and relaxing time !!!!
Could not have been better, the location of this property is almost unbeatable, this property is right on the beach. My best part was to get up and while on bed, I felt like I was in a cruise with water views. The condo was very clean, AC worked, bed was big and very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything that you may possibly need. To conclude, Nancy and Garrett are top hosts, my stay got cut due to work reasons, definitely will be back to this condo to stay longer or their other vrbo listing #2314604

Couples getaway
The unit was as advertised. The views were awesome. The staff on site was friendly. I would recommend more toilet paper & some Kleenex’s. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks for the hospitality!

First of all I was disappointed because I feel like I was mislead by the sleeping type. I was led to believe the sleeping capacity was suitable for 4 adults not 2 adults and 2 children. I showed 4 adults on the initial application and nothing was said about it being for children.
Second of all, I feel like the bathroom is unsafe with the water leaking badly from the shower and the rugs provided on the floor.
I also think I was mislead by the picture shown for the "amazing " views. All it showed was the ocean which is what I went for, and the view was not ocean front as it said, it was ocean view and it did not show or specify that you had more of the traffic and city view.
The noise from the traffic was horrendous !!! You could not stand to have the doors open because of the noise.
For the money I paid, it was a big disappointment.
Oh, and there was not an easy way to get to the beach. You had to walk out the front door and all the way back to the beach. Not suitable for older people.
I will not be booking another vacation with Hyde.

Post-Pandemic Getaway
We just spent nine days of pure bliss in this beautiful condo right on Hallandale Beach. The unit itself is top notch with an extremely comfy bed and a shower that I think I could stand under forever. Furnishings are very tasteful and contemporary and best of all, the unit was clean as a pin when we arrived. Kitchen was magnificent with high-end appliances (Bosch and Sub-Zero) and very well equipped with all the utensils and tools most cooks would expect. The condo is in the Hyde Resort and Hotel so you get the best of both worlds here - all the trimmings you would expect of a high end resort hotel with the size and multiple rooms of a condo. The pool on the 9th floor is huge and is right next to a full service restaurant (very good by the way) and spa. My favorite part of the condo is the large deck which provides a stunning view of both the beach/ocean and A1A (Collins Avenue). Between the exotic cars and the beach and sand you'll have all the eye candy you could ever want. Also, there is so much to do so close to this condo. We embarked on an international culinary tour and ate at some very memorable restaurants including Italian, Peruvian, Cuban, Mexican and Argentinian. Horse racing at Gulfstream Park is just a few blocks away. Our weather was perfect for the entire stay and the ocean water was so clear you could see all the way to the bottom. The owners of this condo are also very nice people who genuinely want you to enjoy their property. I would encourage anyone to reach out to them with any questions you may have as they helped us tremendously.

Beachfront property with hotel amenities
We spent 6 days at this property. It is residential and hotel property with units mixed in. I guess the hotel guests get daily housekeeping but other than that we had everything and did not miss anything. The place is sparkling clean with top of the line fittings, furniture and linens. We were also quite happy with the pool and the beach. There is valet parking in the building which is about 20-35 per day based on length of the stay. The restaurant is a good casual dining place with good cocktails, food and service. Did not try the spa. The gym was ok! The place is very centrally located and we explored FLL, Palm Beach, Everglades, Miami and even Naples from here.

Beautiful rental property!
The oceanfront condo is exactly as the pictures show. It is brand new, very clean and very well maintained. Both the bed and pull out sofa bed are very comfortable. It has a spacious terrace with beautiful ocean views on one side and a city view on the other side. The beautiful beach is easily accessible. The owner is very accommodating and responsive during the whole rental process. We would definetly rent from them again.

Absolute Perfection!
We had the most amazing experience renting from Garrett and staying at the Hyde. The building is brand new, with contemporary, modern decor and furniture. The service here is unmatched. They go out of their way to make sure you have an amazing stay. The photos are of the exact unit, but they do it no justice. This unit is exquisite. From the moment you walk in, it feels like home! The kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art Bosch appliances, and plenty of dishes and utensils! The living room is equipped with a couch, that rolls out to queen size bed, 2 very comfortable leather chairs, and a nice flat screen tv. The fullsize stackable washer and dryer was an added bonus for me, considering I was traveling with 2 teenage girls. The bathroom was very spacious, and comes with an oversized shower! There are plenty of towels and linens provided. The bedroom has the most comfortable king size bed with down filled comforter! It also has a nice flatscreen tv, plenty of closet space, a dresser, and a nice oversized chair. This unit also comes with a roomba (automatic vacuum) that you can use as necessary or just dock it if you dont want to use it! The terrace has enough seating and table space for up to 8 people, and plenty of beach toys provided, if you have small children. And the views are magnificent. During the day you can enjoy the direct ocean view and pool deck, and at night you have an amazing view of the city. Garrett was always available and very kind and accommodating! There really are no words to accurately describe the experience we had. We will most definitely be back VERY soon! I wish I could add some of our photos! Thanks again, Garrett...for everything!

Take me back to paradise...
First let me start off by saying I am not easy to please (my husband will definitely agree.) This place is fabulous. I booked this unit for 3 nights out of my week long stay in Florida and after an awful experience at another "highly rated" hotel residence I texted Garrett at 10 pm hoping he had vacancy in his unit and fortunately since this place is brand new he did. We ended up staying at Hyde for 7 nights and it was great. The property just opened its doors approximately 3 weeks ago and this unit is a luxurious home away from home. The southern ocean and intercostal views from the large balcony are spectacular. The condo is appointed with a full high end kitchen with Bosch appliances, living room with convertible couch that turns into queen sized bed perfect for my 2 girls, and a super comfortable king sized bed in the master bedroom. The restaurant and pools were gorgeous with a South Beach high end feel, and the restaurant was also great. Although they are working out kinks with the hotel service since they are so new, everything else about this place is great. I can't wait to visit again. (Something I don't say often.) Thanks Garrett for being so responsive and willing to help make our stay so wonderful. We can't wait to return.
