We hebben geen ontbijt gepakt. Dus daar kunnen we niet over oordelen. Het Hotel lag midden in het centrum. Vanuit de luchthaven was het met de taxi zo'n 20 tot 25 minuten. Goed verzorgd hotel en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Did not have breakfast included, but looked very nice (buffet). Room met all expectations. Very nice. Location fantastic in the best part of Old town.

Breakfast was a bit expensive, at bit cheaper and we would have gone for it. Hotel is very new and business-like. if you like more authentic/rustic it may not be for you.

Śniadanie bardzo pyszne ,bogaty wybór dań,świeże owoce,jogurty,nabiał,pieczywo. Pokoje czyste ,ciche, elegancko wyposażone. Personel grzeczny i bardzo pomocny,miła atmosfera na recepcji,wszystkie formalności związane z meldunkiem odbyły się błyskawicznie.

Emplacement parfait pour sillonner tout Cracovie.Tram à proximité et tout faisable à Pied. Quartier très vivant Chambres hyper confortables spacieuses ,très propres:thé ,café à disposition.Personnel accueillant dès notre arrivée.Une serveuse blonde au petit-déjeuner a été Adorable,serviable . Petit-déjeuner copieux ,à volonté. Seul petit bémol les chambres,comme la notre donnant sur la cour sont très bruyantes jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. Et à rajouter que nous sommes arrivés à midi l'avion est arrivé très tôt et notre chambre était prête on a adoré .

All good. Nothing much to complain about. Staff was kind enough.

Only issue being no available car parking in the property or on the nearby streets. You need to park your couple of streets away. The hotel already mentions this while booking and will give you a map to the street where you can park you car.

Great location for exploring the Jewish Quarter and only a short stroll to the old town. Comfy beds. Very helpful staff.

Bathroom was more than serviceable but definitely needs a good deep clean, the shower and tiles were a bit grimey.

Great location in the best area of Krakow, Kazimierz - lot of restaurants (many of them with top quality), shops and markets close to the hotel and only about 15 min walk to old down and main square. Hotel was small, very comfortable and clean. We had 4 rooms in total, one of them was for 3 persons which meant that one was sleeping on the folding armchair. But still, it was very good to sleep on it and room was big enough to move around and feel comfortable in it. We suggest to ask a room on the Kupa street side, very quiet when windows closed. Another side there can be loud music during weekends as there is a bar in the next building. We loved breakfast in this hotel - very good choice, unusual dishes tasting so good and some differences every morning as well. Great coffee!

Very nice and pleasant hotel in an excellent location near the city center.

Small hotel and in a good location with easy access to the centre of the city. Good restaurants within walking distance. Room was very well presented. Clean. Modern. Spacious. Very good air conditioning....the weather at the end of September was approx 25 degrees.

Breakfast was disappointing. Eggs, bacon etc were tepid and little choice. As was the rest of the hams, cheese, etc. The bar/restaurant was not in use in the evenings, even though it appears to feature on website (?)

The hotel is really perfect. Beautiful. Was nice to stay there.

It was only impossible to get a taxi. But only 3 minutes away walking to a destination where taxi could pic you up.

Clean hotel, kindly and helpfull staff. Hotel have a good location.
