The listing looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The owner was very accommodating and even went out of her way to ship me something important when we forgot it at the house! The house was clean, very close to 7 springs, and provided everything we needed for our trip. Thank you for everything Joyce!

The house was nicely appointed and had everything we needed for our family ski trip. The location was perfect (and actually closer to the slope access point on the north lot than some of the rental places on the actual seven springs property). The property manager was very helpful and we would definitely stay here again! 10/10

We thoroughly enjoyed our family weekend here. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, etc. The layout was great for our family. We had a wonderful evening at the firepit, cooking hotdogs over the fire. Very close to 7 Springs.

This place was prefect for our group of friends! Bedrooms/bathrooms just right, kitchen well stocked. Very quick drive over to the Seven Springs Lodge.

The property is in a great location for local attractions. The house was nice and roomy for 11 of us

This property has a beautiful setting. The owner left plenty of toilet paper, clean towels and had all amenities you souls need. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure was not great so if showers make or break your stay, be warned. Also, the great room is pretty but only has comfortable seating for 4-5. There were discarded whole pieces of food in the yard when we arrived (green beans and oranges). We wish we had known the North Gate entrance to Seven Springs near this property was only open on Saturdays and Sundays so we had a little further drive on Thursday and Friday. These don't reflect the owner but just a heads up.

The property was well maintained…loads of space for our party of 7…young adults loved the basement..had everything you need for meals in. Loved the firepit in the yard better..you could use more logs..smaller chimney outside fireplace looks good but harder to use…especially for s’mores. Would highly recommend.

Our group of 6 single adults were very comfortable in this beautiful property! The kitchen was well stocked with the basic essentials, and the bedrooms were quiet enough not to hear anything else happening in the house if you wanted to take a rest. The deck was perfect for morning coffee. The property felt secluded and serene, but was within 15 minutes of a great restaurant (recommended by the owner) and gorgeous hiking trails. The owner was attentive and easy to reach, but we had no issues to report. The second floor bedrooms were a little warm in the July heat, but the box fans provided kept the air moving. Highly recommend this great property!

This house is absolutely beautiful! Due to chilly weather, we didn't get to experience the outdoor fireplace or firepit. We were very glad to have the large indoor fireplace however! We had only four in our party, but this house could easily accommodate 10. Beautiful decks with views from every room.

We were a group of 3 families with 7 kids, aged 10-14. The homes was exactly as described and provided plenty of space for our group to spread out. The kids used the bottom floor exclusively and it was the most perfect set up. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We were minutes from the slopes with a beautiful view. We would absolutely rent here again!

Great place to stay! Plenty of room for all 10 of us! Very clean and loved the fireplace in living room! Very cozy!

The property exceeded our expectations. The location is literally across the street from North Face. The kitchen/den area was large enough to have our entire family (party of 12) in the same area. The property even has plow service so we didn’t have to be concerned about shoveling. We had a question about the property and Joyce got back to us within 15 mins. We will be renting this property next year!

The home is absolutely beautiful, enough space for everyone to have their privacy, but intimate enough to enjoy each other’s company. We vacationed over Christmas and because the restaurants were not open for in person dining, we prepared all our own meals. Joyce has the kitchen stocked with all the comforts of home which made it very easy to prepare meals!! And the large kitchen provided much needed space for all our groceries!! If you’re looking for a beautiful home, located steps away from the slopes, with all the comforts necessary for a favorable stay, I highly recommend this home for your next get away!!!

We had a great break away from home and close to the ski slopes. We were lucky to have a big snowstorm hit while we were there. The driveway was plowed for us multiple times. Communication with Joyce was fast and friendly.

Overall the property was excellent- very cozy and spacious. Joyce was exceptionally fantastic to work with. If we had a question she provided a response within minutes. The location was convenient. The setting was very nice- secluded and quiet.

This home was all that's advertised and even better in person. My family visited for 3 days and everyone had a great time. The location is excellent and very close to Seven Springs, Caddy Shack and living treasures. We were also able to get to the market in minutes. There was enough room for 6 adults and 5 children and we only had to bring food and activities for the little ones. Joyce responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. We would definitely visit again

House was perfect. Spacious with great common spaces as well as plenty of room to get some alone time. Location is right across from 7Springs so easy access to a lot of great outdoor activity. Joyce was a great host and very responsive. Outdoor fire pit was excellent with firewood avail. Kitchen has tons of plates, pots, and pans so can definitely handle a crowd. Don’t hesitate to jump on this house if you can get it!!!

We travel every year with 2 other families for a ski trip. This house was perfect for our first trip to seven springs! The property is very neat and clean...and close to the slopes as advertised. The views are picture perfect from all sides of the house. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely property, responsive and accommodating owner. It's a quick drive to the slopes, and has plenty of room. We had 12 people and were very comfortable. Would definitely go back.
