Great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings of the river and property. There are some general maintenance issues that should be taken care before they become a problem but minor at this point. Huge yard and deck. Great for our pet. Would recommend it.

This was the second time we rented a property from Vacation Rental 365. Our initial experience was truly amazing, and I have since recommended this company to all of my friends.
However, this time, I want to highlight my unfortunate experience over three nights in this house.
1. The hot tub wasn’t clean and warm when we have arrived at first night. Next morning we tried to turn it on but we discovered that the water was noticeably unfiltered and dirty in the daylight. So, I contacted the company's customer service, and they promptly sent their maintenance personnel, whom I truly appreciate. Despite the snowy conditions he showed up by 2 hours and replaced the entirely clogged hot tub filter with a new one and cleaned all the dirts from the water. Anyway, unfortunately, the water didn't warm up until 10:00 pm.
2. The second night we figured out that dryer also not working due to a filter error which didn’t get fixed even we cleaned the filter (Which is a maintenance job). So we ended up to dry our clothes and towels on a drying rack.
3. Dishwasher lower basket is not the original one so it’s not fit properly and wash arm get stuck and machine getting off frequently. So we had to just using upper basket and handwashing most dishes.
Overall, I believe this cabin is a very attractive and enjoyable place which need having some improvements in maintenance and controlling process. Despite this, I appreciate Vacation Rental 365 for their helpful service.

This property far exceeded our expectations. The home itself was beautiful and was perfect for a ski trip to Snoqualmie. The team was very communicative in making sure we had everything we need to have a wonderful weekend. 10/10 would recommend

House was not as clean as last time with lots of inappropriate for children findings in downstairs bedrooms
Downstairs also had strong pet urine smell
Microwave wasn’t heating and master bathtub also was not able to fill with hot water and the master bath is very very cold as the room is unheated
The oven door glass is shattered. Dishes weren’t clean but were put away. We kept wondering if a huge New Year’s Eve party had happened before our stay.
Not the fault of home but our power went out a few times so we were really appreciative for the feeestanding propane fireplace where we could boil water (and pop our popcorn that we didn’t have a microwave for) Management company was responsive.
We stayed in this house 2 years ago and can see it hasn’t been as well maintained. Still a lovely older house in a good area with room for a lot of people

This is truly a home away from home. We love coming here every is just off the freeway but it feels like you are deep in the woods. There is enough space for all 10 of us and room for more. Our older kids love the big game room. The property management is always easy to get ahold of, easy to work with, and quick to help resolve any issues that we have had. We will be back in 2024.

Cool place but had issues:* Dining room chandelier lights were too dim to see anything properly, we wound up moving the table into the family room area which meant we essentially lost a room* Kitchen cabinet drawer wouldn't close so it stuck out into the cooking area getting in the way* Range light was out which made it hard to see while cooking (range fan was also out)* Found a dirty diaper in the bushes presumably left by previous guests* Piano keys had some kind of dried red substance on them (maybe blood?)* Game room fridge had mold in it* Game room Pop-A-Shot electronics were malfunctioningThe cabin is also very close to I90 so be prepared to hear cars and trucks outside 24/7 instead of quiet and nature sounds. (The inside of the cabin is acceptably well sound-insulated though.)

This cabin was very spacious for my family and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and they gave a new towels for the hot tub. It was like a home away from home. We were so comfortable we didn't even get a chance to explore outside much. They kids loved the game room and the master bathroom was my piece of heaven with the jacuzzi bath every morning. It was clean and management was always available and helpful when needed. Definitely recommend and will return for a longer stay next time.

The home is exactly as shown, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, the non-stick pans are peeling though, so bring your own. Comfy outdoor furniture, full view of the backyard. The river is only accessible via a small path to one part of it, not really 200ft accessibility, overgrown vegetation blocks most of it, we still enjoyed wading in it. Overall, would return.

Our family had a wonderful time here. Our kids loved the game room in the two car garage. While us adults loved taking the folding chairs down to the river and siting in the chairs while our feet stayed in the water on a hot summer day. We even enjoyed watching the locals fly fishing the river. It would be a great place to have a two family/friend gathering.

Family Christmas
We love staying here to celebrate Christmas with our family. It has been our number one choice for the area. Tucked away in the trees, but close to the store. We also really like working with the rental company VR 365. Very attentive and helpful.

Thanksgiving week with our Family
This property worked perfect for our group of seven and 3 dogs! The house was very comfortable for us! We cooked our traditional Thanksgiving dinner! Watched our favorite college football rivalries, played games and took long walks everyday! I would recommend this home to anyone who loves being up in the woods!

Peace & Tranquilty
This home was warm & inviting sitting close to the riverbank. Plenty of room for 8. Close to amenities and historic town of Roslynn. The snowfall the day before our arrival added to the beauty of the surroundings & tall pine trees. This was a great getaway for my family to escape the hustle & bustle of city noise.

Such an amazing location on the river, tons of outdoor space to lounge and enjoy the start of summer in the PNW. House was set up perfectly to enjoy group dinners and relaxing.

We had a great time at the cabin. Well appointed kitchen and spacious. We had a problem with the fireplace being out of propane on the first night, but the property management fixed it on the next morning.

Also, microwave was straight out of the 80’s and didn’t work great. We tried to pop popcorn and it didn’t go great. Maybe half of the bag popped. Again, not a deal breaker, just good info to be aware of. Last was the spiders in the basement. We had to do daily sweeps to kill the spiders or else the kids refused to sleep down there, especially after one fell off of the ceiling onto one of the kids!!

What a wonderful place to wake up to on Christmas morning. With a delightful tree that was prepared for us and a lot of little touches that made our time special.
