This property we have stayed twice and its so close to the beach, great location and I will agree that this living room needs a L shape couch so more people can sit down as the current couch that is there now only sits 3 but overall we were pleased with the place and the garage is a bonus to park your cars in!

Nice Condo, lots of stairs, which was good, needed the exercise. Everything was great, only two things to report for best reviews... We really needed to check in early because of a wedding rehearsal, and I asked Breana two times to please have our unit cleaned 1st, she said sorry no can do, so I stopped into their office about 1pm +-, and was then told the unit was ready. I hate to be a pain, but sometimes need some extra consideration. 2nd, the couch only seats 3 and 1 chair, but the unit is for 6 people, so an 'L' -shaped couch would sure make things more comfortable for watching a late night movie.

We stayed at this condo for about three weeks. As advertised, it is close to the beach and within easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The condo was outfitted with much more in the way of towels, beach items and kitchenware than most places we’ve stayed. The only downside was the noise. The noise was not mentioned in other reviews we saw before scheduling. The end of the block has a turnaround used by trash trucks, street sweepers, large delivery trucks and weekend party trucks, which create a lot of noise in the unit. During the week is not so bad, but on the weekends there are also trucks with loud radios and folks who have walked to and from the bars late into the night. We enjoyed everything else about the condo but the noise.

The property is in a wonderful location 3/4 block from the beach with many nearby shops and restaurants. The garage, bikes, boogie boards etc. were nice conveniences. The unit was very clean and well stocked. The only potential drawback is the two sets of stairs for the elderly or very young children. Overall a great experience.

Only suggestions I left was that they really need an updated coffee pot that doesn’t take 40 minutes tip make and/or maybe just a good cleaning of machine like vinegar or something ran through it. Also, a bath mat would be nice to step on when out of shower. The condo is within walking distance to downtown area and beach area. Due to family emergency we had to leave one day earlier than expected. I do recommend staying here and hope the rental company takes the suggestions we left and consider them.

Located walking distance to the pier, beach, and downtown. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. We were going to and from SLO visiting our daughter attending Cal Poly. Only a 15 minute drive.

Stayed while in town for a family wedding. Unit was clean and well supplied. Garage was a very nice amenity along with bikes, beach chairs, laundry and 2 bathrooms. It is lots of stairs if that's an issue for anyone. The BRs are on top floor and 1 bathroom is on main floor but worked well. No issues with anything other than warm temps when we arrived and no A/C but opening windows cooled it down overnight. Enjoyed our stay!

This property is accurately described in the listing. It is very close to Pismo Beach and the pier. There are 2 flights of stairs to the bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a 2-car garage and the property seemed safe and secure. The property was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

It was great to be able to walk down to the beach and the downtown. I am not sure if their was a cat or if there was a build up of dust, but my family and I could not stop sneezing when at the home. The covers on the beds appeared to be the very dusty and we had to remove them. After a deep cleaning it would be a great place to stay.

Loved the location and the amenities! I probably overlooked the part about stairs but we had a family member with limited mobility and had to negotiate stairs. It was super helpful to have full bathrooms on both levels. We'd love to stay here again!

Convenient location near both beach and downtown, but still a bit noisy at night with traffic and pedestrians. Price was right though for what you get. I'd suggest sleeps 6 comfortably and after that you have a small pullout or airbed, which would be fine for kids.

Furniture items were obviously in disrepair, certain burners on the stove did not work, Couch bed did not pull out or work. I have rented homes from Coastal Vacation before and always was happy - this was my first - certain furniture is dangerously in disrepair (one chairs roller was broken before we rented the property and apparently someone tried to fix it by tieing a plastic bag around the wood part holding the roller)- it almost collasped as a guest sat in the chair.
