The view was amazing! The pool is nice and clean and the location is great, they offer free bicycles for you to use and it’s like a 10 minute cycle to all of the restaurants and shops

The only small thing is the shower. The bathroom is a wet room so after you shower everything is wet, but it’s really not a big deal. The room has slippers you can use so you don’t get your feet wet.

Prachtige views over de rijstvelden vanuit je eigen bungalow. Het complex is kleinschalig opgezet met een prachtig zwembad om af te koelen. De eigenaar is geweldig & relaxed. Niets is teveel: gratis fietsen en brommer te leen, helpt om een tour te kiezen, verzorgt een prima ontbijt. Top plek om het gebied een paar dagen goed te verkennen!

Perfecto!! Habitación con todo lo necesario, cama súper cómoda, vistas a campos de arroz y montañas, zona tranquila nada de ruido, el anfitrión es maravilloso!! Nos ayudó mucho en todo, era súper súper simpático, alquilamos las motos y súper geniales

The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating to our needs, ordered us bus tickets to our next destination and drove us personally to the bus station. The food in the morning was delicious and he gave us options to choose from

The bathrooms in the bungalows are quite small so I’d recommend taking all your items out of the bathroom when you want to have a shower (including the toilet paper) so nothing gets wet!

The bungalow was very nice. The room was spacious and clean. You have your own dining area and hammock below the bungalow which was very nice for breakfast. Breakfast was good! The owner is incredibly nice, he picked us up from the bus station and helped us with everything we needed. He gave us very helpful advice regarding activities and we enjoyed our stay very much. Can definitely recommend! Great value for the money.

De todos los alojamientos en Vietnam ha sido uno de mis favoritos. El bus llegó a eso de las 3am a diferencia de lo que decía mi ticket y el dueño se contactó conmigo y me fue a buscar a dicha hora al bus. Asimismo me permitió me levante tarde al día siguiente con mi desayuno para que pudiera descansar . El servicio es genial se preocupan de ofrecerte todo para que no te preocupes por nada. Las Camas cómodas, el desayuno exquisito y me fueron a dejar gratis al bus a mi salida.

Ik had gekozen voor deze accommodatie omdat ik had gelezen dat de eigenaar je midden in de nacht van het busstation ophaalt. Dat klopte inderdaad want nadat ik belde, stond hij vijf minuten later bij de bus. Daarvoor was overigens de communicatie met de eigenaar al erg goed en pro actief. Toen ik de volgende ochtend wakker werd, serveerde hij een heerlijk ontbijt aan de tafel onder de bungalow met uitzicht op het rijstveld en daarna relaxen in de hangmat. Wat ook leuk is dat er een klein balkon aan je kamer zit waar je lekker kunt genieten van de ochtendzon. De eigenaar geeft goede tips en heeft scooters te leen. Kortom, ik zou volgende keer hier zeker weer boeken!

De badkamer is klein maar qua prijs-kwaliteit verhouding prima. Elke dag schone handdoeken.

Está en un buen sitio ya que los vietnamitas son muy ruidosos y allí se está apartado en un sitio más tranquilo pero tiene bicicletas gratis para ir al pueblo en 10 minutos,un recorrido muy agradable. La cama es súper cómoda,el a/a funciona muy bien,la ducha está bien para el poco espacio que hay.La piscina muy agradable y los dueños excepcionales,te ayudan ha cualquier cosa:información turística,organizar excursiones,etc.

Het uitzicht was prachtig. Maar de eigenaar was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mochten de scooter gratis lenen om verderop wat te kunnen eten. Heeft al onze spullen naar de busstop gebracht zonder kosten.

The owners are an amazing and super kind family. They were very hospitable and helpful. This is one of our best stays in Vietnam so far.

The owner is a really lovely man with a kind heart. Nothing is too much trouble for him to help with. We had a very comfortable happy stay here and would stay again in a heartbeat.

one of our favourite stays in Vietnam! beautiful rooms! we got upgraded to a bungalow as there was a spare one and he let us have a late check out when we had a night bus on day of departure. owner organized us the kayaking tour which was epic! pool lovely. he couldn’t do enough for us we loved our stay here to much

We booked in advance for Quadruple bungalow with Mountain View, for 5 nights. The owner gave us a tiny little room, on top of his kitchen with no mountain view. He promised to give us discount when we were not happy. It is not about money, it is about having a good credit of doing business. Obviously he overbooked or let someone else had our room. He did tried to be nice, but our expectation and trust were completely ruined by his way of doing business. Also, there is a road and fence between those bungalows and mountains. So it looks different from the posted pictures. We switched to a different place after 2 nights.

It was an amazing experience, thanks so much for everything. I’d love to come back one day! The views, breakfast and peace are a highlight, as well as the kindness of the staff.

Nothing, everything perfect.

Hung Phat Bungalow is the perfect place to stay in Phong Nha. The hostess will help you in everything, his recommendations are really great (even the restaurants) and makes everything very easy. The room is very clean and the location is not far from centre, you can rent motorbikes there but also is in a quiet place to relax. The breakfast is also reaaally good. If we come back to Vietnam, we'll be back for sure!!

Great bungalow with an amazing view. Comfortable bed & good air con! Good breakfast. The owner is super friendly & helpful, he picked us up from the bus when we arrived. Good scooter hire available & they will lend you one for free in the evening to run into town for dinner. We had a night bus on the day of checkout & the owner looked after our bags whilst we did more exploring in the day & had facilities for us to have a shower before the bus. He even gave us a lift & a free big bottle of water for the bus.

Our room wasn’t ready on the first night due to the previous guest being sick, so that was disappointing but we were moved the next day to the bungalow room we had booked. Because we didn’t book our jungle tour through the owner, he was very negative about the tour guides we booked saying it wasn’t as good. Just not needed really.

Super helpful owner with extremely clean property

What an amazing place to stay! Under each treehouse there was your own hammock, swing and picnic table - to use as an area to relax and eat. We arrived late at night, and they even ordered food for us. Son was a great host. We rented scooters our first day and explored the Bong Lai Valley (Crazy Swing and Monkey Bridge). We stayed here before our Hang En cave trek with Oxalis Adventures. It was a wonderful place to stay and would recommend it as a fun, romantic and magical getaway.

Bathrooms are basic and could use an upgrade - but for the cost of the accommodation this wasn't a big deal for us. Location is great if you want a peaceful out-of-town getaway - but you need to bike, taxi or rent a scooter to get to the main town area.

Great host and great location! The host thought us how to drive a scooter and was very helpful with planing our trip

This is the best place ever! The owner is the kindest most helpful host we have ever had. He was waiting to pick us up at 4:00am when we arrived (for free) and dropped us off at our bus for free when we left. He helped us plan our activities and let us check in at 4:00am even though he only charged us for 1 night. He also rented us a scooter for free and recommended where to go riding and have dinner! The accommodation itself is fantastic, very comfortable bed and room, and clean with strong air conditioning as well as a cute atmosphere and nice view. They fed us a fantastic breakfast every morning included as well. Also great to have a pool in the heat. Highly recommend anyone visiting Phong Nha to stay at Hung Phat, it is the best!

The stay at Hung Phat Bungalow was truly one of the best I’ve had yet in Vietnam, and wished I could have stayed longer. Son is truly the most caring host, who will go above and beyond for you to have a pleasant stay, helped me organise an adventure in the caves, advised on where to go in town, dropped to the bus station etc. Beyond that, the rooms are very cosy, and waking up and taking your breakfast with a spectacular view on the mountains alone is worth the detour by Phong Nha. Without a doubt, I would recommend

The room was very nice with a view on the mountains such a nice way to wake up in the morning. The host was also incredible giving us free acces to motorbikes and recommending us the best tours and places to eat. I would definitely recommend staying here.
