The house was large enough to accommodate our extended family easily. It was immaculate and had everything we needed from appliances to parking passes. The pool was a short walk away and the beach a short drive. Shopping and dining were nearby. It was a great location and all had a wonderful time together!

Home was beautiful. Owners were very good at communicating and answering all my questions. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay!!!

We had 15 people in our group (ages 5 - 78) and it was great for all of us. The house was big enough for us to have some space. It had lots of areas to play games. We loved the location and the pool! The owner was very prompt in response and had the AC fixed immediately when we told him about the problem when we got there.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is spacious and clean. It was a short drive to the beach and centrally located to most of the things we planned to do. We would definitely stay here again.

This luxurious spacious 6-bedroom house was a fantastic place to stay. Just a bit further away from the beach and the boardwalk than we anticipated. And the traffic was so heavy we had to walk our bikes to cross major Route 1 intersections to get to bike trail. Aside from that, a significant infestation of sugar ants in the kitchen had to be handled daily. Ant traps were not enough. They were using them as club houses!

It could not be better

The home was just perfect for our three families (10 people). There was one, minor problem and it was fixed within a hour or so after we contacted the owners. Easy to get around from the location AND a nice quiet neighborhood. Even spoke with a neighbor who was very nice. Highly recommend.

Plenty of room. Nice bedrooms to suit many guests. Close to shopping, restaurants and water park. 10 minute drive to the beach. Owner is very helpful.

This is a large and well designed home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are several spaces to hang out, and the sunroom became the play room (we removed the decorations for their protection) and that was really good for us all. There are lots of tvs in the house. One thing that would have helped in planning would have been to know the layout of the bedrooms. It turns out that there are three 'separate' areas, making it even better for multi generational guests like us (each family had a space with bedrooms/bathrooms) and multiple families. We were pleasantly surprised. The house is great, there are many shops nearby to stock up on things you might need; there are several Tangers Outlets right nearby...traffic is difficult but there are shortcuts (thanks, WAZE!) and the beach area is fun. The water park is so close, you could even go home for lunch (we didn't). We did have one issue but Greg was super helpful and it all worked out.

Our family of 3 grands, 6 adult children and a toddler had an absolutely wonderful stay. If you are looking for a large home that is well maintained and immaculate, then this is the house for you. There is lots os space on the first floor so that we never felt cramped. All of the bedrooms and the 2 common area TVs are flat screen which was great for viewing individually and together. We plan to make a return visit. It was one of my best vacations!

The house is well laid out and comfortable. The bicycle brigade in the garage was impressive and the loaner beach parking passes and chairs very helpful! The proximity of the neighborhood tennis court and pool worked well in addition to being able to walk to the water park and mini golf nearby. Thanks for the gracious hospitality Greg and Sherri!

Great Thanksgiving weekend getaway with the family! Plenty of room for our 14 family members + 1 munchkin to enjoy our Thanksgiving dinner. Spent a lot of quality time shopping, playing games, watching tv and catching up.

My family of 15, ranging in age from 1 - 71, stayed here the week of 8/19-8/25/18. The house is enormous and the layout is perfect for being together as well as having privacy. The kitchen is large and has a lot of seating so everyone was able to gather around the table together for meals and socializing. The bedrooms are large and the 4.5 bathrooms worked out great for us. I called Greg upon our arrival to ask him a question and he was VERY responsive and helpful. The Keys of Marsh Harbor is a beautiful, quiet community. The house is located in a circle so we were able to play kick ball with the kids without having to worry about traffic. We used the pool several times and really enjoyed it. We had easy access to the nearby beaches and loved the convenience of using the provided parking passes. The garage is filled with bikes, pool noodles, beach chairs and other miscellaneous items that we enjoyed using. This was not the original house we booked for our vacation, but the owner of the other home cancelled on us stating he double booked the house for the week we were traveling. Sometimes things happen for a reason and I believe this home worked out perfectly for my family and that it was meant to be that we stayed here. I would highly recommend large families, multiple-families and large groups to take advantage of this great home. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Greg!

Our family had a wonderful vacation this summer at the Keys of Marsh Harbor. The house is in a great location, is clean, nicely furnished and close to the community pool. The six bedrooms, layout, and type of beds suited our family. The homeowners timely responded to our questions. We especially enjoyed the bicycles, available beach chairs, and two parking passes for Rehoboth Beach. The only thing missing is outdoor seating.
