We were spending a few days in Gatlinburg before heading to NC for a family wedding event. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

This was a great place to stay. Close enough to the attractions in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and The Island. I think my husband was ready to make an offer on the place and move!!

It was fantastic. Would loved to have stayed longer!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed there during Thanksgiving. The condos are clean and also in a great location.

Great location. We had 2 elderly parents with us and it was a struggle to climb 5 floors. The elevator was out of order and we were notified the day we arrived. No fault of the owners. If we had someone in a wheelchair or walker / crutches …. Etc. we would have had to find a new place to stay. It all worked out, we planned our days with limited stair use. The owner also waived the cleaning fee

This place is so convienient to get back and forth from Dollywood and never having to deal with parkway traffic!

Great location, would be nice if there was a cart to help with luggage. The condo had extra paper towels & toilet paper, which was nice.

This condo is situated in a wonderful location providing a beautiful view and easy access to shows, shopping etc. Condo was updated and very clean. Owners were very easy to work with and we will definetly be going back!

The condo was easy distance from fun and necessities. Close to hiking in the Smokies, a reasonable distance to the Sevierville Conference Center and super close to Walmart. The condo is as very clean and well stocked. The elevator made it easy access for our son in a wheelchair. The balcony overlooks a stream and you can watch the ducks while you relax with your morning coffee. We thought the condo was really quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this condo to someone and we would stay there again.

Another ***** stay @ River Crossing--we LOVED the fifth floor/corner unit. It's a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with new flooring and a wonderful balcony/view! The location is perfect--quiet area overlooking a creek/parkway and mountains. It also has easy access to get to Walmart and the parkway. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay here, location and size was perfect for our family of 4. Only suggestion would be if they could add a few more kitchen cooking items (ie pizza pan or a cookie sheet, table trivet for hot items) and better hand soap/or dispensers (depending on which one...either came out like water or had to use two hands to get it out) certainly will add to my next packing list. No major issues, great communication with owner.

It was the perfect location. We loved everything about it. The owners were very responsive quickly when needed. We will be back!!

We loved this location for our Ripken tournament this week. Kids had a great time

THIS WAS A GREAT STAY WE ALL HAD A GOOD TIME AND THE CONDO IS NEAR ALL OF THE THINGS THE KIDS WANTED TO DO.

What an beautiful, safe place to stay. It was just like the pictures only better. 1 slight issue and it was resolved while we were out having dinner. Perfect location, close to all the Outlet Mall, the Island, easy shopping for groceries. Even seen a baby bear. We will stay here again and again. 10 star experience

Beautiful condo, not a crowded area but located close to everything.

This condo was very clean. We loved having the laundry in the unit. There are so many restaurants and shopping nearby. We took a day trip to The Great Smokies National Park. We enjoyed hiking up to the waterfalls. Just breath taking views everywhere. Anytime I had a question about anything the owner was just a email away. Very quick responses. I would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect. So convenient to everything. Thanks for a great stay!

Doug and Connie have always been excellent hosts! I love staying in this condo and just recently found out they have 2 more units in this building! I will certainly be back soon!

Nice area, close to main road with easy access. Unit was well stocked and comfortable. Owner was great and easy to work with.

Very convenient to the strip & Tanger. My 2 best friends & I have been shopping Tanger each Christmas for over 25 years. We’ve stayed in the mountains, hotel rooms & condos. This floor plan was perfect for us, and would have had one more person easily with plenty of space for everyone. Communication with the owner was easy, and the condo was in good shape. We had everything we needed. Enjoyed it so much!

Property description was very accurate. We had stayed in this building before so knew we loved the location. Close to the outlets and some of our favorite dining locations. Our previous stay was the same layout but frankly was at a higher rate and a significantly higher cleaning fee. We were a party of 3 generations, with my wife & I (in our 50s,) daughter & son-in-law (in their 30s), and 2 grandkids (4 & 18M). We took the master suite, the grandkids took the smallest bedroom and the daughter/SIL took the remaining bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and included a coffee maker that could use Kcups. The day before departure, I contacted the owners about our checkout since I could not find the typical checklist. He responded quickly that we should just enjoy ourself and the housekeeper would take care of everything. Such a difference from many of the properties we have rented in the past. We still emptied all the garbage and took it to the dumpster and left all of the dirty towels in the laundry room. Just common courtesy. Will happily return to this property.

The location was perfect for what we needed. Close to all activities and not high in the Mountains. Condo was nice and we will definitely rent again.

The location was great, the property had everything we needed, and the beds very comfortable. It was the perfect place to spend a week!

Great get away

We loved everything about the condo. There were only a few minor things that need to be addressed, The floors looked clean, but were extremely dirty. When were went barefoot or had white socks on, our feet & socks were black. The kitchen garbage can had something dried on the outside that wasn't cleaned off from that last tenants. The ceiling fan/light in the living room did not work and the jacuzzi did not have a plug & did not work.

Perfect location. Close to everything. Unit was surprisingly nicer than I expected. I will definitely book again on next trip to pigeon forge. 10/10.

The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was ample amount of supplies and dishes. The pool and hot tub are awesome. Even though the condo is close to the parkway it’s very quiet. I highly recommend this condo.

Great location and views Easy parking Owners were great to communicate with Only problems- lots of lightbulbs were out and missing remote to tv in one bedroom.

Very close to everything we wanted to do. That being said Walmart lights at night shine into Master Bedroom. Kitchen does not have enough pots and pans nor enough plates/silverware for 8 adults (the condo can sleep 8). All issues got resoled fast and owner was super helpful. Cleaning people and property manager went above and beyond to help with one major issue with a bed being broken in condo on our arrival.
