My wife and I took our one year old daughter on her first vacation. We also took our parents to make it a family getaway. We had a very nice time together. Alley was so easy to work with and responded within minutes when I reached out to her. The condo is very nice and in a great vacation. My family would definitely stay there again in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay. It would have been nice to have at least one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms and trash bag in the kitchen to start with. Other than that, we had a reply nice time. Our party was three couples 55+ in age, the location suited us well.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property with friends for a weekend getaway. The home is very clean and cozy. The wrap-around deck offers spectacular views of the ocean and bay. The checking-in and out process was easy as well. I would highly recommend this property and looking forward to staying here in the future.

We had a great stay at Alleys place. The location can't be beat. The beach is right there, a crosswalk, and bus stops all right out the door. Fagers Island is across the street, along with Mini golf, 64th Street Market and a 7-11. Definitely would return.

Our family had a fantastic week!! The condo was exactly as advertised, even better once we saw the wrap around balcony. The walk to the beach was a breeze and we always found close parking for our second vehicle. The location was absolutely perfect. Right on the beach and just a short drive to the boardwalk. We found a ton of great places to walk to as well. We hope to be back in 2024!

Wonderful Place Wonderful Host
There was more than enough of everything needed. The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. Alley was a great host the communication was awesome. She made sure that everything was taken care of. The bedrooms were comfortable the kitchen fully stocked. We are considering Adagio 514 for our stay next year. After not being in OC MD for 2 years it was a great way to return to a place we love so much!

Condition of property
There were areas in the unit that were not dusted at all, ( ceiling fans, slats on door for laundry). Lastly, the floor by the sliding door in the master was buckling up. It looked like was from water damage. Other than these few items the property was great. We had a great time.

There were 3 of us for the week. We found the property as described on line. Great location, furniture comfortable, and the security of the building was exceptional. A few tweaks and I would rate this a 5 star experience. 1-the condo was clean but can tell the cleaners didn't dust very well (washer/dryer door slats, baseboards, etc.) 2-dealing with Coldwell Banker was not a good experience (very short with us during our check in process & when we called about an unexpected fire alarm, our call was never returned -- turns out it was a planned test we didn't see the note telling us about). Overall, I would rent again.

Perfect property for adult family getaway
The property was perfect for our family getaway. My husband and I and both sets of our parents spent the week and we had a great time. The property is perfectly located to be a little ways away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk area, but still easily accessible to all of the things to do. The property was as described and met our needs perfectly and the check in process was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay here again and recommend the property to others.

It’s a really nice place and a great location. Unfortunately, the weather was awful the entire 3 days we were there so it was great having such a nice place to spend time in. Alley did have some suggestions on what to do on a rainy day in the welcome binder located in the condo which was helpful. I would love to come back and would absolutely stay here again with hopefully some better weather next time.

Short stay
We enjoyed our stay very much. Very nice. Lots of room . 3bath was very accommodating for 5 people. Very private an a quite stay. Not much noise from neighborhood or traffic. Felt very private. Also the owner was incredible.. I had an error on the booking date an within 1hr of contacting her she fixed my issue to insure our plans would would out. She was available with any questions I had. Maybe my best stayin ocean city Maryland. Thanks alley.

I didn’t get the original email with the check in information so my arrival and check in was a bit hectic. Once I got the information and walked into the unit I saw a beautiful, bright and clean condo with great views of the bay and ocean. The weather was great so we were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view.The AC unit wasn’t working and it was humid the first day. Alley notified maintenance and it was repaired the next day. We opened the windows and doors which was sufficient to cool things off. It’s a great location, right on the beach and it was the perfect time of year, no crowds. The indoor pool was perfect and we had it all to ourselves which was really nice. We were even able to check out late on Sunday which gave us extra time to enjoy the beach. Thanks Alley, you are a great host!Overall I would give my first experience with VRBO and the property a 9.5 out of 10. It would have been a 10 if it was oceanfront. I would definitely rent again.

Easter Getaway
We decided to get away for the Easter weekend and enjoy the fresh air in OC. The property owner emailed us detailed instructions for check-in, parking, etc. The condo is in the center of OC and ia very neat, clean, and quiet. The unit has a gorgeoua wrap around balcony with views of the Ocean and Bay. There were televisions in each bedroom and a large kitchen. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and hottub on onr of the colder days.

Perfect Quick Spring Break Get-Away
This was the perfect rental property for a little Spring Break/March Birthdays get-away. It was in the perfect location; convenience store and local restaurants within walking distance. Great for hungry teens who want snacks. Alley Ops was also in walking distance; great for rainy day fun. The condo was spacious and clean; enough room for everyone. Great view on the bay and ocean from the balcony (unfortunately it was a little too cold during our stay to utilize it). Condo had all the amenities listed; but didn’t cook because I was on vacation. But the kitchen had everything you needed if you do want to stay in and prepare a meal. Plenty of counter and refrigerator space. The owner was very nice and quick to respond to my questions. Check-in was easy. The property manager had my check-in package ready when I arrived and the actual property is a very short drive from the management office. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Not clean
First, I was disappointed to find out, after booking, that the indoor pool/jacuzzi was closed. It was one of the reasons we chose this location.
We received instructions for check-in about 2 days prior to our stay, which required a pick-up of check-in materials at a different location than the property.
The building was in good shape, most people were wearing masks as required by the property. Upon entry to the condo, the space appeared quite nice. But upon closer inspection, the space was quite dirty. With the current Covid cleaning procedures, I expected a much cleaner space than we found. All of the surfaces (tables, counters, chairs, ect) were "tacky" to the touch. Much of the kitchen items were filthy - coffee pot, utensils, even down to the pot holders in the drawer.
The blankets provided did not appear clean, and were strewn on the floors in the closets. Pillows were also found unkempt. We were glad that we brought our own... And did not use any of the blankets/pillows provided.
Bathrooms were dusty, and significant mold was found in the showers. The bath mats were DIRTY.
Overall, it did not appear that anything had been washed very well or at all.
My family and I left several days early and stayed in a nearby hotel for the remainder of our week. Since it was off-season, the hotel prices were actually much cheaper than the condo. And it was extremely clean (and the indoor pool was open).

This property was exceptional. Perfect location and beautiful view of both the bay and ocean. Owner was such a great help and very friendly. Will definitely stay here again!!! Thanks for making my 40th Birthday memorable in a crazy time.

Beach vacation with great memories!
Very roomy for 5 adults and one teenager. Comfortable and quiet. Many comforts of home already in place for you to use. Very relaxing and beautiful views.

The condo is very spacious and convenient, and the location can't be beat.
Alley was extremely responsive and was a pleasure to work with.
The cleaners could do a better job for the fee being paid - we noticed a couple of things (clothes, etc) left behind by previous tenants and the freezer could use a once over, but this isn't anything major to detract from the whole experience.
All in all, we had a fabulous stay at Alley's place and look forward to coming back next year!
