Questa casa sempre più popolare ha una posizione davvero fantastica con Rehoboth Avenue praticamente fuori dalla porta di casa. Grande cucina abitabile completamente attrezzata con isola in granito, alzatina in piastrelle, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile di qualità superiore, fornello a gas e panca integrata con tavolo da fattoria su misura. Patio esterno al largo della cucina con tavolo da giardino, sedie e ombrellone con grill a gas per grigliate.
La camera da letto principale dispone di un bellissimo letto king size, soffitto con vassoio con splendido pino intrecciato, 55 TV con lettore DVD, pavimenti in legno, persiane e un bagno padronale da morire che include un'enorme doccia piastrellata con due soffioni, attrezzata per disabili, doppio lavabo con granito e gabinetto separato.

Stayed with my adult kids and one friend. The house is beautiful, spotless, and completely well-stocked. Very nice quiet community, great location just off the main road and convenient to other spots like Lewes. Monica is a FABULOUS host; very responsive and attentive. Completely smooth check-in process. Boardwalk is walkable but you'll get your steps in! Good for exploring. Wonderful restaurants close by. We found the boardwalk beaches too crazy but enjoyed ourselves at Deauville, a quick 5-min drive. Fantastic vacation! We'll be back!

Home was as advertised and was exceptionally well furnished and had all the supplies and then some one would expect in a rental. Nice quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to the beach as well as Rt 1 shopping. While the 20+ minute walk to the beach was a bit much for the older generation, it was a very easy bike ride.

Good stay overall. Back patio area to small for kids. Walk to beach to long for kids 5 and under. Kids enjoyed the loft on third level. Shower in main bedroom was spacious and amazing. Balcony floor made feet black, so did not use.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The check-in was easy and Monica was very responsive answering our questions prior to our stay. The house is located a short walk from some of our favorite spots on Rehoboth Ave. There was plenty of space for our group of 8. The kids were safe and comfortable in the loft (ages 5-7). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for a large group. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for multiple families or large friend groups.

Rehoboth family vacation
Spacious, Clean, convenient to the beach and local activities. Just a walk across the parking lot to get to the pool. Would definitely recommend this and stay there again.

Perfect location; Beautiful house!
Don't let the townhouse aspect fool you; this home is spacious, beautifully decorated, and could easily accommodate a large group. It's a perfect walking distance to town, shops and restaurants but not in the area where parking or crowds are a problem. The community pool is wonderful, and the check in/out process seamless. The owner even provides beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas for guest use. We will definitely rent this wonderful home again the next time we are in Rehoboth.

Great Layout and Experience
We had two families of 5 in the house for a week and everyone was still able to stay on peaceful terms and there were no squabbles between the siblings/friends. The top floor loft room was perfect for a group with 4 teenage girls.

Great Condo & Location
We had a small group of friends stay at Monica's condo. Monica was very responsive when the code initially didn't work, and was able to reset it immediately so we could check in. The condo was extremely clean, and we enjoyed the home and community pool. You can't beat the walkable location to bars, restaurants, and the downtown area. We utilized Monica's beach chairs and drove to the beach (parking was always extremely plentiful for the beach). The only thing to be mindful of, is the condo community itself had limited parking, and we parked our party's 3rd car in a non-metered nearby neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

Pool is just right outside the door which made it super easy. I love the location because we are close enough to walk down Rehobeth Ave but far enough away from the bar scene. It's a bit of a hike to walk to the beach with all of your beach gear - but that was ok with us as we drive to the beach.
The owner is awesome and was super helpful. SHe was quick to answer any and all of our questions / concerns.

We enjoyed our stay and everything was perfect... the location to everything and the home! We enjoyed our coffee on the patio in the mornings and the neighbors were very nice! We had a great time and the owner was helpful with all the information needed for our stay. We would recommend this awesome home to all!
