Beautiful Log Cabin Retreat. Access Kenai River/Bings Landing State Park
Benvenuti nella famosa penisola di Kenai. Questa bella baita con portico anteriore e vista sul vulcano Redoubt si trova nel cuore della penisola. 7 posti letto. 2 camere da letto più soppalco. 2 bagni Wi-Fi. Ambiente molto privato. Un sacco di alberi sul lotto. Molta fauna selvatica in zona e proprietà. Alci, orsi e aquile frequentano la zona. Situato alla fine di un vicolo cieco - c'è molto poco traffico stradale nella zona. Il fiume Kenai è dall'altra parte della strada. L'accesso al fiume è vicino al Bings Landing State Park (la migliore buca per la pesca sul fiume), nota anche come Rapide di Naptowne. Dalla cabina è possibile raggiungere a piedi il parco statale. In questa zona è possibile pescare salmoni e trote per gran parte dell'estate. Un sacco di spazio per pescare ea pochi passi dalla città di Sterling. Sterling si trova a 10 miglia a nord di Soldotna e 2. 5 ore a sud di Anchorage. Sterling è il cuore della penisola. Vicino a Kenai, Seward e Homer. A Soldotna puoi trovare molti negozi e ristoranti.

We were a family of 6 adults. Room in beds for everyone. Kitchen had all we needed to make meals. This cabin is clean, cozy, and well stocked. It is very close to Bings Landing for fishing. I would absolutely stay here again in the future. Five stars.

This was just what we needed and so much more! The host and neighbor were so kind and welcomed us. The property was extremely well equipped, clean, and SO comfortable for all of us! They made it like a home away from home but even better!

Excellent spot to explore the Kenai Peninsula. Centrally located to Anchorage, Homer, and Seward, all of which have things to keep you busy during your stay. The cabin is on the edge of the Kenai River and spots to fish are all close by. If you are planning to salmon fish, we learned mid July to mid August is the time to come

This cabin was very comfortable for the 4 of us. It was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. We arrived late and let Niki (neighbor and property mgr with her husband) know we had arrived. They sent over some eggs and bread for the next days breakfast which was very nice. We took a fishing excursion on the Kenai River. A lot of charters leave from Bing's Landing which is right down the road. We did a number of hikes and went to Homer for the day. Would recommend this cabin!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The cabin was so clean and comfortable. It was very well stocked, and we really felt at home. So close to fishing, but also quiet and private. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Alaska.

Nice quite place
Cabin is in great location and well equipped. Front porch is awesome! No TV so bring your Ipad/tablet if you must, WIFI access was good. Would definitely re-book when the time comes.

Amazing cabin
The property was beautiful, sitting on the front porch u can hear the Kenai River and its a short walk to fishing. Stocked kitchen all you need to bring is food to cook. Cabin was spotless,Beds are very comfortable. Mgr of property is very informative about local fishing. Definitely a 10++

Great cabin, good location. We were 1st guests of the season, the wifi didn't work, not that big a deal, be outside! I'm sure that it's operational now. Nice place!

This cabin was immaculately clean and was fully stocked with anything and everything we needed.
This cabin was just perfect for our stay. Centrally located on the Peninsula and such easy access to all towns and attractions in all directions. Immaculately clean and decorated. Private yet so close to amenities. Fully stocked kitchen and extra ice chests to use for day trips and fishing. A freezer to keep fish to take home. It was just perfect. Niki who takes care of the property was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and fishing places. Great WiFi and cell service. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location
We stayed 9 nights with 4 adults and had plenty of room. House is in a great neighborhood and close to the river for fishing. Only minor complaint would be upstairs bed was firm and pillows could use updating. I would definitely return again.

Lovely cabin on Kenai peninsula
Cabin was perfect! The central location just north of Soldotna, privacy of the property, proximity to the river, amenities and furnishings in the cabin and the property managers! We had a wonderful weeklong stay and hope to return one day soon! The owner was very responsive and complete with all communications. We highly recommend this property.

Kenai fishing trip
Beautiful cabin with everything you need supplied(except your food). Very comfortable beds, plenty of towels and even had nice little baskets of "in case you forgot" items for the taking. Property manager lives close by and was there when we arrived to greet us and answer any questions we had. Steep driveway leading to property made it very difficult to park 2 pickups and boats on trailers, no room to turn around so trailers had to be backed up the steep drive to park them by property. River is across road from cabin but no access there its all private property. Property owner answered all our questions very quickly by email. All in all it was the perfect place to stay for 4 guys on a fishing trip but wouldn't hesitate to bring the family to this gem in the woods.

Great Place for Kenai Fishing Trip
This was a perfect place for our annual Kenai fishing trip. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and Nikki restarted the internet for us so we had WiFi for our stay. The freezer was an added bonus for us to store our fish that had been processed and frozen in Soldotna. We plan to be back and rent this house again. My only complaint was that the comforters on the bed were too heavy for us to use. Nikki brought us lightweight blankets for us to use from her house—much appreciated!

Great Stay at Cozy Cabin in Sterling
We had such a great stay at the cabin! Very convenient to Bings Landing for fishing. End a long day on the river back at the house grilling out on the porch and relaxing by the fireplace inside. Cabin is tucked away in beautiful surroundings which makes it very peaceful. Very clean and the property managers, Niki and Robert, were so helpful and welcoming. Thank you for hosting us! We hope to come back again soon!

Great cabin close to fishing
What a wonderful find! Beautiful cabin fully outfitted with “new” everything. Moose in the yard with two babies. Kenai river about 100 yards away. State park has great fishing and is 5 minutes away. Manager Niki very responsive. Great Place, Great people .

Best in Bings
This cabin is hands down one of the best we’ve stayed at. We been fishing the Kenai for over 10 years and this will now be our top pick for lodging. The cabin is wonderfully laid out for both families and or a crew of fishermen. The beds are comfortable and the showers are roomy with great water pressure. The blackout shades and being able to hear the river across the way make for a good nights sleep. The best part is you are only about 5 minutes from being able to put in at Bings Landing or Moose Creek. This cabin was perfect and we can’t wait to book our stay here next summer.

Perfect Hideaway!
We had a great trip! They had everything we needed. We had Moose guests several nights of our visit. Nice Hideaway but still close enough to Soldotna to pick up anything you need or grab a bite. We found the games and enjoyed time around the table in the evenings.

Excellent location within 30 mins to much of what the Kenai river has to offer. The cabin itself was very nice with great space. Would certainly stay here again if in the area.

Great stay at the cabin
The cabin was just about perfect. There was everything we needed to prepare meals with. The cabin was spotless when we arrived and we were greeted by the property manager who was very helpful even helping us with a great meal of fresh salmon. A beautiful place on the best fishery in the world.
