Bedroom windows open to back alley , fairly noisy early in am with trash pick up , deliveries if windows left open

Super easy location in town!

We had a wonderful visit at this condo . Check in was very smooth and simple . Location , location , location !! This unit is perfectly located . Walked to gondola everyday - walked to dinner every night - what a perfect location . The unit is very comfortable . Kitchen is fully equipped - bedrooms were comfortable . It was lovely waking up every morning - putting on the gas fireplace - and watching the sun come up . We will definitely be back !!

We had a wonderful time at this property and it was exactly as advertised! Walking distance to all shops, restaurants, and skiing. Highly recommend as the full kitchen was amazing for our Thanksgiving dinner ( the supermarket was kiddy corner ! ) management company was excellent and always available

Location is the main reason for staying at this condo. The bathrooms are small and there is no air conditioning. The portable units in the rooms are kind of awkward and loud. Other than that, place is great!

We loved the condo and the location. The property management team was really amazing as well. They went out of their way to help make my wife's birthday very special. We would definitely stay here again. Many thanks, David

This apartment is the perfect downtown location. It was very easy to communicate with the property managers. The apartment is comfortable and sweet. My only complaint is that the bathrooms were a little tight/small. All in all our time there was terrific !

Such an amazing apartment! Great for a family or two couples. Big open concept family room and kitchen, 2 big couches, and location is perfect!!! Loved everything about it!!

This is a very well-managed condominium. Clean, bright, and roomy. It has all of the amenities of home. You can't beat the location - across the street from the Central Market and easy walking distance to all of the attractions in Aspen.

THE BEST location...close to everything in town. Apartment was good...furniture was a worn, small lavatories in bathrooms and there's no AC...yikes...it was hot between 2-5PM...(I believe this is common in CO...we're from Texas) Great space for our family.

We are two senior couples who have traveled to Aspen six times in the summer. We agreed it was the nicest unit we have rented together. The kitchen was very well equipped with new appliances and good quality kitchen ware. It was much darker than the ad photo. A switch to LED bulbs would probably make it cooler and brighter. It is up one flight of stairs which we would have appreciated knowing in the overview. We needed one repair and very much enjoyed our pleasant and efficient interaction with Bill. We would be very happy to stay in this property again.

Place was clean, nicely decorated, good water pressure and AMAZING Location. The process to rent it was super easy and I would highly recommend.

Wonderful property and experience in Aspen!

Chateau Aspen 10 was a wonderful condo and it easily accommodated 6 girls. It was centrally located to everything.

The condo we rented was perfect for out stay in Aspen. It was clean and attractively decorated. It location was great as well. We had an amazing time.

This condo is absolutely amazing! It is in the perfect location. Walking distance to everything. I will definitely stay here next time I come to aspen!!!!

The property was nicely maintained, the property management was quick to respond to every inquiry, and the view of skiers on the mountain while sitting on the couch drinking coffee was relaxing. The location is fantastic. Everything was within walking distance (and I wore heels the whole time). Ski rentals, shuttle stops, shops, bars, and restaurants were all within a 3 block radius. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were small, but efficient and nicely decorated. The beds and bedding were so comfortable! For the price, this property is a steal! We loved Mezzaluna, The Wild Fig, Meat & Cheese, and smores in the St. Regis lobby!

We stayed at Chateau 10 for Thanksgiving vacation and had a wonderful stay. I cooked a full traditional thanksgiving dinner and had all of the tools I needed. The kitchen is great. Washer and dryer was so nice to have in unit as well. The finish out of the unit is great, all of the comforts of home, granite, wolf range, deep bath tub and soft linens. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for some minor issues that I think could all be very easily resolved. 1) This is a condo, so there will be neighbor noises. We have two little babies and the unit above us was so loud and we could hear them gathering their ski gear every morning 7 AM and yelling at each other. Not exactly how you want to wake up on vacation, and of course our littles being disturbed wasn't fun either. 2) There could have been a few more bath towels, not a huge deal. 3) The heating/air conditioning was a bit fussy. It's not a traditional unit where you can set the temperature, you have to choose between "low", "comfort", "high" or "off". We kept it at the comfort level and it would fluctuate from super cold to super hot. I wish it were just a regular thermostat, that would have been easier to maintain a steady temp. 4) The "king" bed in the master is two twin beds pushed together. Because of this you have a lump in the middle where they are bumped up next to each other. If we wanted to snuggle, we had to pick a side or be separated by this lump. It was just odd and uncomfortable. Again, an easy fix though. Despite these small inconveniences we would absolutely stay here again. It's perfect for a small family who is skiing several mountains during their stay in Aspen, and you can walk to shopping and dining!

Chateau Aspen 10 was in an outstanding location with great amenities. I have oven envy. On our final night at the property we realised that there was a supermarket across the road - doh. House keeping prior to our arrival was a bit lack lustre as we had only a single roll of partially used toilet paper for 5 people and a three night stay. There was also two cakes of used soap left in the shower and nothing to use to start the fire (but logs of wood). Toilet paper and fire lighters were supplied however upon request (the next day), disappointing though considering the price point. We also found a broken iPad wedged into the fold out sofa in the lounge room. Unlike other apartment rentals during our stay - Chateau Aspen did have any panty items such as salt/pepper shakers etc. All that being said we would stay here again.
