Location and communication with property manager were fantastic. Beds were very comfortable. The property could use deep cleaning in one bathroom especially the shower and some furniture was a bit worn.

Convenient stay looking out over the Cumberland River, easy & safe walk to Broadway, The Ryman, Nissan Stadium, German Town with great restaurants & plenty of music venues. The three of us are age 60-72 and our unit was on the 3rd floor, we were able to comfortably climb the stairs with luggage, there are no elevators, if that is a concern for mobility issues. Tommy was great to communicate with. Would like to stay here again on our Next 5 day visit to Nashville!

2nd year staying here. Perfect size for our party of 4 women. Owner is great to work with and responds promptly. Close to the pool which we did make use of. The only issue we had was using the oven (we set off the smoke detector every time). No big deal. I think it just needs a good cleaning. Since I’ve already stayed here twice, it goes without saying I would definitely stay here again.

This was a cute little condo for a long weekend. Not ridiculously far from downtown. Unfortunately, I had to contact the property manager since I was not given an access code to enter. Overall, the place was somewhat clean however, the bedding (of all things) was filthy. We didn't realize the quilt was upside down on the bed. Not sure if that was to hide something but the edge of the quilt was black. The carpet also had several black spots. Not a bad place but it needs paint and a thorough cleaning.

This was our first time in Nashville and we wanted to be close enough to Broadway to walk there but far enough away that we could enjoy the sights an sounds of the river in our own quiet and secluded space.
The condo was as advertised, it was clean, and in good condition, the location was exactly where we wanted it to be with a great river view!
We had a few questions about how some things worked in the condo when we first arrived.
We contacted our point of contact for the condo Tommy and he answered all of our condo questions and even some about the surrounding area.
I want to be clear, Tommy was great! He was easy to contact, responded promptly and knowing that we had someone we could count on if we did have issues with the condo during our first visit to a new city helped us feel very comfortable during our stay in Nashville.
We would absolutely consider staying in this condo again!

This property is the perfect location everything, easy to get to and from Broadway and all the action. Some great restaurants within a block or two, great pool! Host Tommy was very quick and responsive! Could use some "deep" cleaning and some other kichen amenities like pots/pans. Would definitely stay here again!

Not sure if it was stated that condo on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Also perhaps the spreads and blankets should be cleaned. They were not clean.

This property was located close to all the action on North Broadway. It was easy to get to and find. The property was clean and we had no issue with parking either! The pool was great too. We had only one dishwasher pod on the first day and we were staying for 4, so I emailed property manager and there were more in the condo the next time I looked! We would stay here again! Had a great time in Nashville!

Nice condo
The condo was nice, parking is covered and shaded. It was clean and ready to stay when we arrived. Suggestion: black out curtains will help keep the bright early morning sun from coming in the rooms.

Great location and place to stay!
The place was just as advertised, clean with plenty of room for the 5 of us. Easy to access and work with the owner and the location was a 5 minute Uber ride to Broadway!

Nothing fancy but good and convenient
The property overall was pretty decent. It wasn’t spectacular but it was extremely convenient, clean and worked well for what are stay was. Being on the river was pretty cool. The deck is very small but a nice view of the river. The rooms were good size and so were the bathrooms. Decent overall and very close to downtown.

Girls Week
Property was as described and clean. The only thing missing that was part of the amenities was a blender. Our host responded quickly and one was delivered by 8am the following morning.. Quiet location considering the trains nearby. Plenty of room for 4 women (2 full baths helped). A 1 mile walk to Broadway and all the downtown action. We did not feel uncomfortable or unsafe at any time. Will definitely stay here again!!

Loved it!
Very clean, easily accessible. There is mo elevator so you will be going up and down two flights of stairs. Location downtown was great for using Uber. Can do was perfect size for 4 people. Owner wa great to work with. Would definitely recommend this space.

Great Place!
This place was great! The view from the balcony was beautiful. It was clean and had the basics there for us. Everything was a short walk or Uber ride away. Tommy was amazing at communicating with me before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great experience - about a mile from downtown. Walking down during the day was fine, but would suggest a ride home. Clean condo. Quiet.

Nashville Rocks
Great being able to find a 2BR condo where we could enjoy a relaxing breakfast and coffee with a small deck and riverfront view before venturing out to Broadway or other area attractions. Also pleasantly surprised to find some great restaurants in the nearby neighborhood. Mostly walked to/from Broadway (about a mile) and only ended up grabbing an Uber once when we hit The Listening Room cafe. Wished the Nashville Sound had been in town, since the stadium was so close.

Spring break with the family
Beautiful view of the river, great communication with property manager, convenient location. If your stay will require doing laundry, be prepared for a hike and don’t forget your detergent and quarters (or download the app!)

Expensive for lack of quality
The owner was responsive and helpful and it was stocked with useful items (shampoo, salt-pepper-oil) but for the price, it had a lot of deferred maintenance (or perhaps cheap materials. Needs paint and new floors for the price). The neighborhood is under redevelopment and in order to get to restaurants, we had to go through some questionable areas. The women did not feel comfortable walking in the area after the sun went down.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and as described. We liked the location and my kids enjoyed watching the barges and boats on the river. We would definitely stay here again.

Spotless, comfortable, convenient
Although the weather derailed our visit a little (snow closed most restaurants and tourist sites the first day, the condo was excellent. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient to downtown. Plenty of covered, free parking and a great view of the Tennessee River in this end-unit. Definitely recommend!

Fun Stay in Nashville

Great Location and View
Great Location with a beautiful view of the river in a quiet neighborhood. We had a car rental and the access to downtown and the highway were great. Tommy was very responsive to my questions and always available.
