My family travel down the west coast. This house was exactly what we needed after 8 nights in hotels. The house was perfect! Everything you could possibly need was provided! I would highly recommend this house!

Everything was as advertised and the communication was great. Lots of rules to follow in Anaheim, but they kept us well informed and signs posted so no problems.

We loved the house, especially the pool & hot tub in the backyard. It was very spacious with lots of places to sleep and hangout. The property manager was very responsive & helpful the whole time we were there!

We are repeat customers & business partners who stay in this house during a trade show at the convention center. the house is clean and well laid out. the management company is easy to work with. the house is a quick walk to the convention center. all-in-all a great option.

Lots of family restaurants and services close by. Nice pool and hot tub. We were 6 adults and 2 preschoolers and had plenty of space.

This house is in a great location if you’re attending an event at the convention center! We enjoyed the private pool area and all the space provided. The host was very responsive when we had questions. Would 100% recommend.

Beautiful property with ample space and all accommodations for everyone to have space to sleep. Plenty of dishes and cookware! So nice to to be able to cook while traveling. The only downside was we were very hot while sleeping. The restriction on turning down the AC below 72 is restrictive for us Texans, especially during a hot summer in Southern California. Unfortunately couldn’t sleep well while sweating. We did contribute an additional large fan to the house for future guest use! Otherwise, a beautiful and well thought out home! Thank you!

We had a wonderful visit. The house was perfect for six adults and two small children. Everything we needed was right there. The neighborhood was quiet and we had no problem with the quiet hours. The stroller was great for the Disney days. The pool and hot tub were a hit and the little kids loved the floaties. Plenty of hot water, towels and the shampoo, body wash and makeup remover cloths were a very nice touch. Very comfortable beds and the AC was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was easy to get more coffee when we needed it.
I would rent this home again.

Great house! Lots of space in every room weather you are outside or eating or chillin. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of towels including pool towels. Neighborhood is quiet and nice. Fun playroom for adults and kids. The one thing that was weird was 2 days before our trip we were asked to sign a adobe document that i believe they also use for when they use something other than vrbo. It was like a rental contract that i had to sign and it also wanted me to include my cc number. I thought that was weird. I've never had to do that before. I've never used vrbo before but I've done other full home rental companies many times and have never had to do that. A little more notice on that would've been nice

Property served as an excellent location with walking distance access to the convention center. Our entire traveling party felt very comfortable in the home and surrounding area. I would definitely utilize this property again.

The house was everything we needed, with plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 children. The pool and spa were wonderful. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Great time had by all!

Our stay was absolutely perfect !!! The property was exactly as promised ~ Well maintained, comfortable, quiet, easily accessible, within walking distance to convert toon center and Disneyland. The pool and hot tub were fabulous ~~ Seriously EVERYTHING about this property was amazing. Communication with the property hosts was easy. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the Anaheim area ~~ Seriously 5 STAR ⭐️ all the way around.

This property is roomy, comfortable, and beautifully equipped. It makes a trip away from home with a large group very easy, because the supplies (including plentiful bath and pool towels) have been thoughtfully chosen. The garage is set up as a children's playroom (for children of all ages, as there is a pool table) and the piece de resistance??? The hot tub and pool were in practically continuous use. The only drawback is that the pool cannot be heated overnight, so it is never really warm enough. The spa did get nice and toasty. A wonderful time was had by all.

Perfect place to stay!
We were absolutely thrilled staying so close to Disneyland and the house was simply perfect for our family of 7! The pool and spa/hot tub were amazing, and having the house fully stocked with bathroom and kitchen items was a plus! Pool table and lots of games to play were added bonuses. Definitely would stay here again!

Family trip to Disneyland
Comfortable, clean house in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the Disney parks, restaurants, convention center, and Target. We had a great time taking our granddaughter to the Magic Kingdom and meeting up with extended family. The pool was nice…wish we had had the time to use it more! House managers were attentive and easy to work with. The Anaheim “quiet hours” didn’t interfere with anything we wanted to do. Beds comfortable, hot water plentiful for a group. We would definitely recommend staying in this lovely California home.

Amazing Location, Great House!
This house is everything the listing says and more. Great spacious rooms, a ton of activities and games for the kids and a very short Uber ride to the Disneyland drop-off location. If you are so inclined, it's a doable 1-mile walk to Disneyland as well.
The pool and hot tub were both very nice and the communication with the owners to get assistance was very prompt.
I highly recommend this place. We will stay here again on our next trip to DIsneyland!

Nice house, shady location
The house was well-equipped, clean, and nicely laid out for the 7 of us, but it smelled bad (moldy/musty with a heavy cleaning smell to try to mask it) and the neighborhood didn’t feel safe. We were only there for 3 nights, but the police arrived to break up a fight between two women in the street from a house a couple of doors down and there were often people sitting in cars in front of the house. It was really creepy to be coming back from Disney at 11:00pm and having people hanging out in vehicles.
On the other hand, the kitchen was well stocked, there were lots of towels and nice soaps and shampoo, the Wi was great for teen dance off, and the furniture was comfy.

Great Place - Convenient, Clean & Lovely
We were in town for an event at the convention center. we wanted a convenient location away from the hubbub that let us work remotely when needed and bond as a team when needed. the house fit the bill - the lay out was super conducive to having space to work and socialize. the house was comfy and clean. the owners even left us snacks. great house all around!

Wheelchair friendly!
The house was clean, spacious, lots of seating, dishes and towels for our group. Kathy was amazing when we requested a little ramp for a power wheelchair. Beds were very comfortable. If we are back here, we would definitely see if the house was available!!

Location and house is great. The pool water is a little cold for swimming in 50 to 70 degrees weather, the spa was great.

Extra special family vacation
Our Disneyland family vacation was made extra special when we splurged to rent this VRBO. The house was in the perfect location, was well maintained and the pool was used almost everyday except the days we went to the parks. We all could easily see this as a home away from home as it had all the luxuries of home. Would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend to families.

Great place!
I planned a girls' trip with a few friends and we had a great stay! The house is very clean and put together. The kitchen has a good variety of basic cooking tools. The pool and hot tub were excellent. Pool table in the garage was a nice bonus. It is very close to all of the Disney action, if that's what you're looking for. I've rented a lot of houses and this is by far the nicest and it is exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend it!

December get-away
We had our house tented, so this rental property was our escape. Our granddaughter really enjoyed the pool, the games and the game room. We had a great mini vacation. Property management was very helpful and quick to respond. Thanks for a great stay.

The different quirks that impacted this are the following: There was a note on the thermostat to not go below 74 degrees. At night it gets incredibly hot in the house. I had to ask the property manager the next day if I can lower the AC because we were so miserable the first night. There are fans in the closets too so make sure you use them if you need them. They allowed me to turn down the thermostat so that helped.The Anaheim City Ordinance for not being in the backyard after 10pm is ridulous. The paperwork for this rental states we can't be out after 930pm. That first night, ironically, I was kept up until 1230am by neighbors cursing and fighting. Since they are home owners I was told by the property manager, there is nothing to be done, The ordinance is just for the short term rentals. It did not happen the other two nights though. We were a very small group (4 of us) and it would have been nice to relax in the hot tub at night. Also, in the checkin paperwork we were asked to not play music on speakers in the backyard and no screaming (kids I would imagine) or the neighbors will complain. The paperwork states this property has been complained on and could lose permit to rent if further issues arise and we found we were always anxious when we were outside. Another issue that was odd is that we never were told about the two cameras in the backyard. Who is watching that footage? Felt super creepy.The house was beautiful, the pool and hot tub incredibly enjoyable. Location was fine (would be great if Disneyland was open). Uber eats had not problem finding it. Close to a Super Target. Pleasant experience overall!

If you are a late nighter and want to be outside past 10 then Anaheim is not for you.
