We had a wedding across the street at The Casino. The location of this home to the venue was perfect. The use of the garage was nice and there was plenty of beach toys and beach chairs available. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice quality.

This is our 2nd time staying here. The house is clean, nicely decorated, the beds are so comfortable and it's within walking distance to the beach. It's also conveniently located near restaurants, shops and downtown. Our family loved it and we would highly recommend this home.

Stayed at this location with 3 Marine buddies. Comfortable quarters, great location (less than 2 min walk to the beach). Bbq needs help. Management was responsive. Owners were nearby and were very friendly and respectful of our space. I would choose this location again.

This place was a great condo to stay at. It was a short distance walking to the beach and only a couple of miles from the downtown area with lots of restaurants and shops. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated with a cute beachy vibe. Perfect for a family, girls weekend or bachelorette party. I would highly recommend this place.

This beautifully maintained townhouse located just 500 feet from the ocean is an exceptional property. Extremely comfortable, clean and spacious. We enjoyed cooking our holiday meals, barbecuing and relaxing on the outdoor patio. The nearby Beach Trail which will take you to the Pier is a must. We enjoyed our Christmas vacation and would definitely rent again.

Good: Great location, space to spread out
Bad: Dishes and pans dirty, floors so dirty had to keep socks on and now all of our socks are black. They charge an insane cleaning fee and then require you to do your dishes, towels, and take all garbage out. Upstairs resident was parked in our space the entire second day and night. Leftover soap and hairs in shower. Couldn't use filters fridge water as the filter was expired.
Ugly: Black mold in washer, extremely dirty unusable coffee pot.

We were a party of 4 adults with 2 kids and this was the perfect house to stay at for the weekend. Great location - walkable to the beach, restaurants, parks, coffee shops, etc.

This house is the in the perfect location if you have an event at Ole Hanson’s or visiting family in San Clemente.
The house has a large kitchen and big eating area. The family room was very spacious, with lots of room for everyone to watch tv.
The beds were amazing!!! We were in town to design florals for a wedding, and after each day, we slept like babies!
Great water pressure in the showers, and parking was great! We had a large SUV, and we fit it in the driveway perfectly!
The outside shower was a nice perk, after being the beach, as well as the washer and dryer.
We will stay here again!!

The condo was nice. Having people above you is kind of loud. Because this property is run by Vacasa getting in contact with someone is a little more difficult than with the direct owner.

Convenient location with a few minor inconveniences
We’ve stayed here twice now and will in the future. Great location with just a short walk to the beach! Good shopping nearby too.
The kitchen pots/pans and some silverware had not been throughly cleaned, with food remnants still left on them, so we had to wash things before we used them.
We also had to unclog the upstairs bathroom sink drain, as it wouldn’t even drain properly. Could have used a good dusting/vacuuming as there were crumbs and food on the kitchen floors, and the ceiling fans were very dusty. Bathrooms were clean and bedrooms were clean. Loved using the grill on the porch. Just a quick note- the hot water heater does not accommodate 6 people. Only 3 could shower, and the rest would have cold water. Keep your showers quick!!

Ole Hanson Wedding Getaway
This property is not only the perfect beach front location but it is even better for the bride and her bridesmaids getting married at Ole Hanson, which is quite literally right across the street! The home is beautiful with updated appliances, extremely comfortable furniture and beds and a large patio balcony! Loved this stay and the convenience of the location!!

We loved the proximity to the nearby trail with beach access and swing set and slide for the kids. There are also public bathrooms. All are easy walking distance from the unit. We did not need a car. We Ubered from airport, had groceries delivered through Instacart and walked everywhere we needed to go, including Ole Hansen where our wedding was we were attending.

Very well appointed townhouse with good space. Extremely close to Casino and Ole Hansen Beach Club for events. We had 10 ladies getting ready for a wedding in the main room with room to spare! Met the owners; great people who live above the rental condo!

Our niece got married at Ole Hanson Beach club and this was the perfect spot for us to stay along with my daughter and her partner. Nice kitchen, clean and comfortable beds. Downstairs bathroom with separated shower was a nice feature.
