Even better than the photos -- this home is sparkling clean, impeccably renovated, and absolutely massive. It's definitely designed for three couples, so if you fit that bill, don't hesitate... if this Vrbo is available, jump on it.

Family enjoyed the house. There was 6 of us and our dog and we were able to have family time and alone time under the same roof. Neighborhood is very nice, house is nicely decorated with plenty of kitchen items. We would definitely stay again.

My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful home. It was extremely clean and in a great location near city park, the lake front, and a short ride to the French quarter. The kids loved the pool table and watching movies on the projector. We will definitely stay again.

No accommodation for tropical storm warning.
We were driving for a family vacation and there was a tropical storm warning the entire weekend. We expected to be compensated somehow but there were unfortunately no exceptions made.

Nice house
Aside from the little issue checking in there is nothing bad I have to say about the house. The master bathroom jacuzzi is the perfect way to whine down after a long day of shopping, eating and drinking! The bean bags chairs in the theatre room are good for napping and the patio with the TV add a nice touch.

Bachelor party
Inside nice - beds not as comfortable as home but that is expected . Property manager was polite and saved me a few bucks for extra visitors. Would recommend.

I ended up having to miss this trip. But my girls got to go and still enjoyed themselves. We will be booking this house again in the future for our trips. They were great with responding to our messages and the girls enjoyed their stay. I highly recommend booking!

Fantastic trip!!
The house was amazing. Clean beautiful, nicely decorated. Nice quiet neighborhood easy travel into the sites. Do you wish they would’ve been some pots and pans so we could’ve fixed a couple meals there. And the booking said four bedroom three bath and there was only three bedrooms. Overall a five-star vacation

Amazing home and time spent!
This place was so great to stay at. Very spacious. Accommodated everyone. Central to everything. 15-20 minutes away from anywhere you want to go. Would definitely stay here again in the future but will highly recommended.

House was clean and sized appropriate for our property with needed amenities. Floor plan flowed well. House includes movie theatre but difficult to navigate controls.

Great House
Highly recommend this property. Only two things are pulling into the driveway, you will bottom out as you pull in, and no garbages, (per other reviews went in knowing these things so wasn't a surprise). Other than that would definitely book again!!! The place is fantastic!!!

This house was very open and spacious. Theater room was great watching a movie or football game. Careful pulling into the driveway if your loaded down. Only about 10$-15$ Uber ride to bourbon st.

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood.
We enjoyed our stay. There were four of us, and I liked that we weren't on top of each other and we had a good amount of privacy. The bedrooms were all nice, as were the bathrooms. The theater room looked cool, too. It was also great to have access to a washer and dryer.
The only changes I would recommend are more trash cans throughout the house (especially in the bathrooms) and better communication through the app. (I had a question about pricing and no one responded.) But the entry directions are easy and we had no problem getting in and out.
Overall, it was a very nice property. Would recommend, especially for a smaller group of friends.

Nice Spacious home with great features and minimal amenities 15 mins from French Quarter
One story home with THREE bedrooms and a sofa bed (red couch) in the living room and minimal amenities. Small staircase next to the kitchen leads to the movie room loft. We had 6 adults stay for this weekend trip and we all enjoyed the home. The only issues I have were the property manager was a little hard to get a hold of, make sure you give plenty of time (i.e. at least a few days) for a response. Also, which has already been mentioned in other reviews, there are no blankets or throws around the home and there are no trash cans in any of the rooms or bathrooms. We had to use plastic bags for discarding personal hygiene products which is ridiculous. As much as we paid per night you can buy cheap trashcans to put in the rooms. Lastly, trying to keep an even temp throughout the house is impossible, but very bearable. The home is about 15 mins from dowtown and we paid anywhere from $13 - $20 (each way) depending on the time and day for ubers from the house.

Really enjoyed the movie room! It really came in handy on those rainy days. The house was very clean and I would definitely recommend for future guests.

Lovely home, perfect for a large family getaway.
We enjoyed our stay very much. Master bedroom and bath was beautiful and the house was impressive all around. The bed in the second master was said to be very worn out and uncomfortable but overall we enjoyed our stay. One bar stool was broken and we didn't find any blankets to use in the upstairs movie area but we loved it anyway! My only real complaint was not having any trashcans in the bathrooms or bedrooms. That was very inconvenient and almost seems thoughtless especially for personal products. I also thought the front of the house could have a more welcoming look. A simple plant, or sign, anything to make it look less bleak and so stark white. It was odd to pull up to but once inside it quickly didn't matter I suppose. We tried for a late checkout but didn't hear back in time. I should have used the cell phone number instead of the app so that was my mistake. Thank you for a great stay. If we ever need a house this large again we will very likely return to this one!

Good Stay, would have been great if cable box worked first day....
The house was a great experience, the only thing that went wrong the entire stay was in master bedroom no television the first couple days. Other than that it was everything as advertised.Would definitely rent again.

Best place for a family to stay while visiting NO
My family ranges from ages 3-38 and we all loved it. The pictures of the house are great but it’s even better in person. The house is equipped with updated technology. It’s close to everything that you need and all the main attractions yet far enough that you can sleep at night. This was our first time renting a house instead of a hotel and we won’t be doing hotels anymore!!!! We will be back. Hopefully soon!

Beautiful house - responsive owner
House is in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes from the French Quarter. Plenty of room in the living area to relax before heading out to tour NOLA for the day. Kitchen is well stocked, as are the bathroom closets with plenty of towels. Chris was super easy to work with and responded promptly to all my inquiries. Would be a five star property but for a few small issues - no trash cans in the bedrooms or bathrooms, no bedside lamps, the master bathroom has no vanity lighting (but that jetted tub was a joy!).
