This place was wonderful. The beds were comfy. Linens and towels were top quality. The house had everything you could need. My family felt at home and comfortable. We would come back in a heartbeat.

We had a great time at this condo. We were 5 adults and there was enough space to convene and also have our own space. The kitchen is VERY well appointment and is clean and new. We loved eating breakfast on the lanai and having drinks watching the sun set. There are many pools to choose from and approx 15 min walk down to the beach. It was quiet and quaint and it was fun to critique golf swings from the lanai! We enjoyed our time very much. Only downfall was parking can be limited (someone was in our “designated” spot the whole and didn't move over the 8 days. Wish there was an EV charging station on site but ultimately none of these deterred from our visit. Thanks!

My family and I are grateful for Perfect stays and the property manager for being so accommodating. Our 3 families enjoyed the unit and appreciated being able to stay together as we travelled together. It was a happy and solemn occasion as we gathered for our father's funeral service. As someone who doesn't venture much on the west side of Maui I am even more forever grateful for the time spent there especially now.

We have stayed in this unit before and thoroughly enjoyed .
However this time our opinion changed .
Positives are good location , 3 bedroom and large updated kitchen and nice balcony.
Negatives are carpets were extremely dirty on first floor .
We had hundreds small white bugs throughout kitchen area @ countertops and pantry - we were serviced two times with service for bugs and did not solve the problem.. (Coming in from ceiling
We kept all food in frig but problem persisted .
Hoping MPS can resolve these issues for future customers!
I'm sure units haven't been used due to Covid but MPS should assess each before customers arrive . And if not up to gold standards customers should receive a credit .
Maui is amazing and we love the Kapalua golf villas unfortunately this unit had issues .

Our first trip to Hawaii.
We were here for 9 nights. The property was beautiful. The bedrooms were spacious. The views are breathtaking! However, the cleanliness was not impressive. The floors were very sticky, the downstairs shower had a huge clump of long black hair on top of the drain, and most of the dishes looked like they had been rinsed but not washed. Dried eggs in the skillet, But other than that, it was a wonderful home.

Great condo with excellent location
Perfect place for 6 adults. Plenty of room for all with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the large lanai. One issue with cleanliness of kitchen floor - not swept or mopped. Sticky and very dirty.

Kapalua at its finest
We had the most amazing stay at the Kapalua Golf Villa. The condo was amazing with views to die for. You truly feel like you are in paradise the moment you enter. The communcation with everyone at My Perfect Stays was great and they were extremely attentive. We will be back!!

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the property and the number of maintenance problems we had. Issues with Fans, TV, water on the kitchen floor, bugs, BBQ was disgusting, 3rd bedroom was like daytime from the outside lights (difficult to sleep), screen doors kept coming off and a few other issues.

Great 3BR condo near the beach!
Nice three bedroom condo on the golf course. Great views and you can walk to the beach!
The sound in the house does travel through the doors and walls, so with three teenagers and two adults in the house it was a little bit loud at times. :)

Five Star Unit
Amazing view unit with upscale fit and finish. Unique 3 bedroom 3 bath en suite unit that has it all. Carpets freshly cleaned, sunset views overlooking the 4th Bay Course hole and directly adjacent to one of the 4 pool & BBQ areas. Can easily walk to the beaches at Kapalua Bay or Napili or go for the run along the coastal trail. Best!!!

Kapalua Golf Villas
I've stayed in multiple units in the Kapalua Golf Villas over the years and this one was by far the best. The three bedrooms fit 4 adults and a child and then some. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the cookware needed. Check in and Check out was a breeze. We look forward to returning in the future.

Great Family Spot
We loved our stay at this condo. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. We loved the big kitchen and that there were three full bathrooms! We also spent a lot of time at the pool right across the parking lot. Plenty of accessible beaches nearby and restaurants to choose from. The Honolua store was also one of our favorite daily stops. Everything was great!

Great kapalua location
Condo is nicely appointed and, with 3 bedrooms, is a great find on the Kapalua property. Communication was timely and effective. The condo itself is updated and in good working order. The bedroom furniture is very simple, minimal and older even, but the mattresses were all very comfortable. The views of kapalua and the course are beautiful. The largest pool with a bathroom is directly across the street. For a 5 star rating I would recommend upgraded patio furniture, some family friendly perks (beach umbrella, sand toys), quality bed linens and better pans/kitchen amenities (full set of silverware, etc).
Overall, we would definitely stay again. If traveling with children Maui on the Fly had rentals delivered and setup before we arrived, a huge plus!

Absolutely perfect condo!
Had the most amazing vacation with our two grown children! This 3 bedroom condo is clean and well appointed. Beautiful view of golf course and bay from the large deck. Within walking distance of Kapalua bay beach and not far from Onelea beach as well. Totally recommend this lovely vacation home. Kudos to My Perfect Stays!!!

This is a great apartment in a great location, if you love golf, and the beach.
It is well stocked and has all the amenities of home. My perfect stays meet us on arrival and showed us through.
The upstairs bed rooms are big and have great views over the golf course and down to the ocean.
Its about a 15 minute walk to the beaches, however is a easy stroll and the scenery along the way is beautiful.
The balcony is large and was a great place to eat breakfast and just relax
The resort pools were clean and a great place to relax
All in all a good clean well stocked apartment.

Outstanding service and great location!
We had the pleasure of a 10 day stay over Thanksgiving. We've stayed in Kapalua 10+ times and this was by far the best unit yet! The pre-arrival messages and having a person meet us to open up the unit was totally unexpected. I was contacted multiple times during our stay to insure everything was going great. We had a box shipped to be delivered and they brought it over to our unit. We had 4 adults and 2 grandkids in our unit, a sister in the next building and more children in another unit up the hill. We used the tremendous amount of space as our home base for all. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to cook. Having the pool directly across from our unit was huge. We used the grills multiple times. 6 Beach chairs and your choice of 3 different coolers were in the outside closet that we used every day. You can call the Kapalua shuttle to take you to/from areas on the property but we did everything by rental car. Unit overlooks the landing area of the old #10 on the Bay Course so you get to watch plenty of golf from the spacious deck. Overall a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

Comfortable Condo for Golfers
The “Golf Villa” condo was renovated in 2016, so the look and feel of the place gave a welcoming impression to our family of first-time Maui visitors (July 2018). It was a great place to return to every day after our visits to the beach (nearby Kapalua Bay and DT Fleming) and days of sightseeing (Lahaina, Haleakala, Road to Hana and Paia). The location is by the golf course and short walking distance to Kapalua Bay and Kapalua Coastal Trail. For those who want to just walk out their door to be on the beach, this is not the condo to select. This condo is on the “second” floor so there is a flight of stairs to walk up to the entrance. The lanai overlooked a spectacular view of Kapalua Golf course and Norfolk Pines.
The 3 BR and 3 Bath condo was spacious enough for our family of 5. We appreciated the convenience of doing many of our breakfasts and lunches in, so we may either splurge for happy hours, dinners at Merriman's nearby or a restaurant in Lahaina. The washer and dryer were often used for washing beach towels and bath towels as well as our clothes, so another convenience we would not have had if we stayed at a hotel.
The king size bed in the master BR was too soft for our liking. The children were fine in the other 2 rooms. We did miss daily maid service for making our beds.
The water temperature was an issue in the condo. It took some time to heat up for showers. We initially tried ataggering our water usage among the kitchen, laundry and showers, but it was still an issue in the 2nd bathroom upstairs. It never heated up and was quite cold (the bathroom itself felt like the coldest room in the condo), so we reported the issue to management. MyPerfectStays rectified the issue that same day.
I was pleased with how responsive My Perfect Stays management was during my trip planning and stay in Kapalua. They arranged for my Amazon delivery of sunblocks, kitchen and bath supplies to be placed at the condo on the day of our arrival. It saved us from packing it or taking a shopping trip first thing after landing in Maui.
We also appreciated the beach chairs, beach umbrella, large beach towels and cooler for our use. The chairs looked quite new.
I would highly recommend the place to friends or stay again in this unit for our next visit to Kapalua.

Condo overlooks the bay golf course with the ocean in the background, and is in walking distance to several beaches (Kapalua is closest, Fleming and Oneloa are also in walking distance, Napili is also close. The grounds has beautiful trees and flowers. Everything is in good shape and is clean. Bathrooms are fancy. Kitchen included all the silverware and plates needed for family meals. Kapalua includes an ABC style store with food, deli, and souvenirs also in walking distance. Best thumbnail is having breakfast on balcony with the birds singing and changing views of Molokai in the distance. Definitely 5 stars.

Beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing!
We started out time on Maui at a different property but after an issue we had there, Tori with MyPerfectStays was very prompt in making arrangements to move us to this location. This unit is absolutely beautiful! It is very spacious and well appointed. It is as the pictures show. The views are beautiful, the area is so peaceful and relaxing. We had such a good time snorkeling and seeing the beautiful fish and turtles in Kapalua Bay. We enjoyed very good fish tacos at the nearby Pineapple Grill. We would definitely recommend this unit and would love to return one day ourselves.

Very nice property and stay
There are a few things that need attention by MyPerfectStay who manage the property--1) the smaller master has a very poor mattress that must be replaced, 2) The air conditioning in that bedroom seemed faulty, and 3) the dishwasher needs to be serviced.

Amazing stay for first VRBO!
This was our first time using VRBO and overall it was a great experience. The condo was nice and clean; the rooms were spacious; and the owner was amazing to work with. It was nice having a full size kitchen with plates, cooking utensils, and spices readily available. The view overlooking the golf course was great too. The location was convenient and an easy walk to the beach. We have nothing but great things to say about this place. Definitely recommend this place and will be looking here again for our next Maui vacation.

Beautiful property!
Beautiful condo on the Kapalua Bay course. Great amenities (salt/pepper, pots, pans, foil, etc.) make it easy to settle in. Well managed - the clothes dryer wasn't working during our stay, but they were responsive and worked to make it right for us on short notice. Not particularly close to the beach, but beautiful views.

Wonderful ocean view property - looks brand new!
My wife, daughter and I spent a week at this newly renovated unit. It surpassed all our expectations with its great ocean and sunset views, large rooms, and easy 5 minute downhill walk to Kapalua Bay. Every morning we run along the shore and back up to the unit for a perfect 2 or 3 mile run depending on the route. Nothing has been spared in this remodel as you can see in the pictures and the unit looks brand new. While we just used the upper two bedroom suites, I can see it would be perfect for a larger family or 3 couples with the third bedroom and bath. This unit is walking distance or a short drive to the three excellent Kapalua restaurants. Kapalua is a top-shelf resort that is both peaceful, but with lots to do. MyPerfectStays was wonderful too. We will be back soon!
