This is definitely the best home I've stayed at in Vegas! The house has plenty of room for everyone! The pool and spa were absolutely perfect! The host responded very fast to messages and got someone over to clean the pool in less than an hour! We will definitely be staying here again!

We brought our kids to Las Vegas for spring break and we were pleasantly surprised at how convenient the house was to downtown Las Vegas without being in downtown.
Walmart and lots of restaurants are nearby. The neighbors are quiet and the cute little neighbor boy was so sweet when he came over to all to get the ball that he'd lost over the fence.
The house is well stocked with everything you
need. The pool guy is awesome and does a great job, he came to clean the pool while we were there.
The tv has almost every streaming service available if you want to watch movies.

It’s a great place to have a great time in Vegas Heated pool and hot tub big kitchen. Nice outside seating, House is close to everything. Just a real cool chill out spot that’s says we had a great time in Vegas. I would stay here again.The balcony off the Master bedroom very nice. Thanks Lee

We enjoyed the stay. Not too far from the strip and Fremont, but close enough to enjoy everything Vegas has to offer. Lee is a great host.

My family and I stayed at Lee's house and it was amazing. He's a great host. We felt very comfortable and the house was stocked with everything we needed. I contacted Lee and he responded quickly with an answer. The pool was so nice for the hot weather. The ac made the house comfortable and there were fans in all the rooms, plus a portable cooler in the master bedroom. The neighborhood was so quiet. I don't think we heard anything during our whole stay. That made it so relaxing. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Lee, for our peaceful and relaxing vacation!

The house was ready for our group to enjoy each other's company and have a good time. We were in town for a multi-day music festival and needed a place to relax and recharge. The air conditioning tried to go on the fritz when we arrived, so I reached out to the host and got an immediate response. Someone was sent to the house and fixed it in no time. Our stay was smooth sailing from there. The pool was so great to use and peaceful. Nice quiet neighborhood with tons of trees and birds chirping. The speakers in the house were great. Everything was clean and easy to use. We were very happy to stay here and would book it again!

The stay at Lee’s place was great. We had a quick question about how to heat the pool. Lee got back to us very quickly. Both the hot tub and the pool made for a great spot for us to stay. Not too far from the Vegas strip. Plus the bluetooth music system he had made it even better. The only thing that could have been better was the lighting in some of the rooms. I would recommend.

It was a very pleasant essence, we really liked the house, the style and decoration made us feel like we were in Las Vegas, I had everything we needed to spend very pleasant moments.

The pictures on the website don’t do this property the justice it deserves. Some of the photos are outdated and the property has had some cosmetic touches and looks much better in person. It has all of the amenities (fancy kitchen appliances) to make your home away from home comfortable. There are 4 bedrooms with plenty of space to spread out. The large TV with amazing surround sound in the family room was great for movie nights. Extra TVs in 2 of the bedrooms and the eat in kitchen was a plus! The pool and spa was perfect for the hot 106 degree Vegas weather. The property is close to the airport, the strip and any store you may need to get to (all about 10 minutes or less). Lee was a gracious host and responded quickly when I reached out. We are looking forward to visiting this property again when we return to Vegas!

Overall nice stay. Really nice amenities, pool and hot tub very nice. We did have lots of ants in the kitchen and around the pool patio. Really good location.

We traveled for a baseball tournament. The house is about 10 minutes from the strip. The house was clean and had everything needed from towels to pots, pans and spices. Beds were comfortable and house was clean.

Easy access to all of Vegas. Pool, hot tub, property kept clean. Lee was easy to get ahold of when we had minor issues. Few of the couples stated beds were hard and sqeaky. Overall nice property. Quiet neighborhood.

Had a great stay with a friend group at Lee's property. 10min Uber ride to the MGM and there are lots of convenient grocery stores, coffee shops, and fast food walking distance from the property (Dutch bros, McDonalds, Sprout's, Walmart).
The backyard was awesome. A nice, deep heated pool and a connected hot tub to recover from long Vegas nights. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies and the house had a bunch of entertainment options (pool, huge TVs, poker).

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very well stocked. The pool was fantastic the house was beautiful. Everything was wonderful. The only issue was that the a/c struggled a little bit. The downstairs bedroom was quite warm.

The pool was perfect for those hot Vegas days. The only thing I would suggest for improvements is a better A/C unit. The house was hot and one room had a vent but no air was going to it.

This rental provided ample space and comfortable living conditions, meeting or exceeding all expectations. It's easily accessible from the airport, the strip, anywhere in the area really. Spaces and amenities in the house are great; rooms are comfortable, appliances are in good working order, the pool really helps kill the desert heat, and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house was clean on arrival and instructions were available where appropriate. The process was smooth and easy. I would definitely book with Lee again.

Lee was an amazing host and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The pool was not clean upon arrival but Lee immediately sent out a pool service to clean the bottom of the pool. The air conditioner was not all that great and due to the heat wave this past weekend, it was in the 80s inside the house during the day and mid 70s late at night. This also caused the refrigerator to bit a little warm. Our overall experience at the house was great. The kitchen was very clean and stocked with ever utensil you could ever want and the bedrooms were very nice with lots of extra linens. I would definitely stay here again.
