Hotel was dirty, clearly overdue a refresh, pool service was on only one day.. we had to talk through air conditioning to get drinks, this system of opting for cleaning is absurd.. just clean the room.. we had to chase the staff for 2 days to get the room cleaned.. even with constant complaints about a clogged toilet.. had to do our business in the lobby bathroom.. which is ridiculous especially when you have a 10 years old.. RE breakfast.. cups smelled like eggs, some of the dishes where always dirty.. we had breakfast at least 5 times, and every time we would find something .!! Walking from the strip to the hotel is short, but full of drunk homeless people and drug dealers.. we walked couple of times that 10 min walk, afterwards we simply started getting an uber to the strip just to avoid these sights.. of course we were also afraid and concerned about our safety.!! Thank you for ruining Vegas for us :/

Breakfast was good and location.

Toilets and bath tub getting stuck and had to call maintenance and house keeping to clean up resulting in waste of time. Also parking was charged 17$ per day.

Comfort, feeling of being at home, perfect for the family, our 3.9 years old son simply lived staying at The Westin… and the breakfast was awesome .. we used to look forward to mornings to have the king’s breakfast

house keeping could have been better but may be it was slow because we were there at the Christmas and staff shortage due to holidays

I loved everything from the welcoming vibe from the staff, The room was clean and amazing. I loved this hotel and will recommend to everyone. Also the restaurant was amazing

The pool area was very small (a lot smaller than on the pictures). The walk to the strip was not pleasant and did not feel that safe. Restaurant closes early at night.

when I asked for help, either for room service or someone to be sent to stop the next door’s alarm, personnel was very kind and helpful.

i was given a connecting room with a loud neighbor starting to talk ~5am on the phone one morning and left the room without turning off his alarm the next morning which kept beeping 15min until I had to call reception while partially asleep at ~5am. also, I never got a room service/cleaning/room coffee for the two days I was there. and when I arrived, the room had a bad smell. overall the other rooms in the hotel might not be as bad but this was my worse stay at Las Vegas.
