The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good and varied

The stay was mediocre, and everything was mediocre. Right at the top, the lobby person wanted to charge for the parking. In the booking it says that parking is free. When I complained, she tried to pass it as a favor by telling me that she was waiving the parking fee. Not acceptable!

For the stars this hotel got, the breakfast was poor. The strange thing is that they had all there was needed, scrambled eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, pancakes, yogurt, and some bread/bagels, but it was all lacking in quality. I'd rate this hotel 6.0, and no more.

Close to Sphere. Microwave in the room. Water pressure of the shower is good.

The hair dryer needs some cleaning. The bed and pillow was too soft.

Perfect place to stay in Las Vegas. Close to the strip and the Sphere, but also quiet at night. Breakfast is great, except the coffee and the hot water was not so hot. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The shower in our room didn't work well. Only one coffee pad for two people. The other one was decaf coffee. Hot drinks in the breakfast room weren't really hot.

Bestes Frühstück während Rundreise

Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, Astattung sehr guht. Das Frühstück hatte viel Auswahl und auch Speck , Ei und Salat; also nicht nur das übliche Brötchen im Plastik.

Die Nähe zum Strip ist zu Fuss genauso weit wie die näheste Station mit der Monorail, als nicht wirklich eine Hilfe. Leider gibt es Bauarbeiten direkt neben dem Pool, welche die Ruhe stören.

Mooie schone kamer op een goede locatie! +/- 20 minuutjes lopen naar de strip/ centrum. Zou zeker hier terugkomen!

Je moet op tijd zijn bij het ontbijt want ze vullen niet bij. Op=op

Personnel antipathique à l'accueil ou au mieux indifférent. Salle de petit déjeuner beaucoup trop petite et sans charme. Pas de petit déjeuner le 13/10, étals vides sans qu'on nous explique le problème ou qu'on s'en 'excuse ! Avons été obligés de déjeuner en dehors de l'hôtel.

Waking distance to the strip but "far" enough that you're not in the middle of everything. Very close to the sphere and venetian. Clean. Huge rooms

Ofrecen desayuno gratis que no es tal Retiran antes de horario el servicio y cuando se terminan las cosas no las reponen. Los huéspedes que llegaron en el horario simplemente no alcanzan al desayuno incluido.

Sem sombra de dúvidas a localização privilegiada da acomodação e a Boa vontade dos funcionários em resolver o problema existente.

Sempre fui aos EUA e nunca tive problemas com o pagamento da hospedagem na acomodação. Desta vez fui surpreendido pela fato da acomodação não aceitar pagamento em dinheiro vivo, isso causou algum estresse para realização do check-in. Realmente não tenho certeza se tal informação está relatada pelo booking no momento da reserva. Depois de resolvido este problema sem nenhum outro problema.. Ressalto que o fato relatado realmente foi muito desagradável e, até certo ponto, constrangedor. Afinal de contas levo dinheiro vivo para ter qualquer tipo de problema..

A localização do hotel foi bastante conveniente para o local que queria acessar na cidade. O café da manhã foi bastante satisfatório. Staff simpático e atencioso.

Não tenho críticas. O hotel não fica na Las Vegas Strip mas é conveniente.

No didn’t stay there checked in and 5mins later checked out..

Their lack of communication with me I could have just checked in somewhere else when I got off the plane..waste of my time and money.

Quarto impecável, espaçoso, confortável. Todas as comodidades Bastante mais silencioso do que esperava Pequeno almoço Continental e Americano incluído (o que é raríssimo em Las Vegas) Superou o que esperava

A localização não é a melhor. Apesar de estar a apenas 500 metros da strip, e ser físicamente possível aceder a grande partes dos casinos a pé, a zona não é muito bem frequentada. Alguns sem abrigo e pessoas com problemas mentais ou inebriados a deambular ; tudo pacífico... mas nunca se sabe!

Nothing at all

Breakfast was put up at 900am had to go back to my hungry because 9 am is so late..no keys to my room so I had to be escorted to it room was dirty well the shower was stained holes in the door poorly fixed could not use my ATM card no vending machine's..woke up at 8 am from the cleaners very loud paper thin walls..literally worst experience
