Condo was in an ideal location. Had a boogie board, beach chairs, and wagon.

We had major problems with our selection of the condo. We stayed for 8 nights. Major cockroach problem in the kitchen we were fighting off cockroaches all week. And we used to love this condo we have stayed at this condo before. Before there was never a cockroach problem. Never again will I stay at this condo. Also this condo is starting to get run down. Repair need to be made.

Beautiful condo in the most convenient location. 3 minute walk across the street to the beach. All the comforts of being at home including washer and dryer which made packing way easier. Walking distance to lots of cool restaurants, food trucks, and markets. Central location on the island makes it easy to commute to all sides of the island to explore and adventure. Loved my stay and hope to come back again soon!

Close to beach which is great

Just the kind of place we needed! A kitchen for breakfast, a cool break from the midday sun, close to the pool and within walking distance to amazing food and shops! Beach was literally across the street. The condo was clean with so many wonderful gadgets and plenty of beach items that made our trip fantastic. I can't imagine staying anywhere else!

A convenient location and comfortable place to stay. We loved our time at the condo. It came equipped with everything we needed to have a great day at the beach and be comfortable when we returned. The condo could use some updating but with that comes higher prices and the price point worked well for us. Having an air conditioning unit in the bedroom was nice. It can be a bit loud out the bedroom window since it is a walkway people use to access the parking lot, but it was a minor inconvenience for us. We came to Hawaii on business so booking a place to stay short notice isn’t always easy. We moved our travel date a week and was able to get this condo at a really great price. It has a Queen size bed that was comfortable, fully stocked kitchen for those who wanna cook, I think the sofa opens up to a bed (we slept on the bed in the bedroom), tv, air conditioning if needed, and free parking. It also has lots of beach supplies and including towels. We did go to the pool once (which to me all Hawaii pools are chilly). We sat on the lanai in the evenings (nice breeze). This is close to a lot things in Kihei so if you’re in to walking, it very possible to get around. Communication with the host is easy - quick response. So, yes, if we find ourselves on Maui again and need a place to stay, I’d most definitely check here. Thanks for allowing us to use your property

I was actually a bit nervous about this place because it seemed too good to be true. I'm so very pleased with the place. If you're looking for luxury, this may not be your spot. But if all you are looking for is a safe, clean, extremely well located place to lay your head and maybe cook a meal or two, this is the perfect spot. I would recommend this place to any friends visiting Maui, and hope I get to come back to visit.

This place was absolutely perfect for us. The location is AMAZING. Charlie Young’s is an incredible beach just across the street from the condo’s lanai — literally. Had everything we needed: beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels, umbrella, wagon, cooler, you name it! We actually found the pull out sofa bed in the living room to be a bit more firm and opted to sleep out there and it was great! Dennis and Art were amazing and responsive. We definitely want to come back and stay at this condo!

We loved staying in this property. It had easy access to a beautiful beach, nice parks nearby and markets were close. The unit itself was comfortable and well furnished. We were able to easily find everything that we needed as far as equipment was concerned. Everything was in good repair. We would definitely like to return in the future

We love staying in this condo we rent it almost every year when we go to Maui to visit our daughter and grandkids. This time we just have one suggestion. Buy a new screen door. The screen door must have been missing a roller we could barely open and close the screen door, it was very frustrating. Other than that we love the condo and will still rent the condo every year.

I would say the condo made for adequate accommodations. The unit was clean, but everything is a bit dated and could stand some upgrading. It was not horrible at all. The cost compared to the other units we looked at was great. Again, the unit served its purpose and we were over all satisfied. If you are looking for 5 star accommodations this is not it. Location is absolutely great.

Owner communication was good. Condo is outdated but clean. Everything worked, and that was the most important thing for us. Lots of TV channels. No TV in bedroom but didn't need it. Super shower head and lots of water. Location was good for us. For the price we were very happy, and owner responded immediately when I couldn't find garbage bags. They were at the bottom of the waste bin. Ha ha

My husband and I stayed here the second week of our vacation. The location is great. You can walk to multiple restaurants, stores and beaches. Charley young beach across the street is amazing an great for snorkeling. But the condo its self has some things we didn't care for. Pros: location is amazing, the condo has everything you need: beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, fully stocked kitchen (bring a sharp knife) We cooked a lot. The unit is next to the street so easy to leave to walk. Plenty of linens. Bed was comfy and so was pullout sofa. Cons: The unit is by the street and the front entrance so its noisy. The bedroom window is by the walkway to the front so you would hear people all night. No screen door to allow a breeze through the unit. and maybe because of covid but the lady running the office to get your parking pass was very nosey. She wouldn't give me the parking pass until I gave her my covid test , where I was from and other personal info. I felt like she was violating Hippa Laws for a parking pass. Besides the few things that annoyed us its a great unit very roomy and fully loaded. You wont need to being anything extra except maybe a sharp knife. ( only if your cooking.)

It was easy to communicate with Arthur. He was responsive to issues that came up. We enjoyed the location - close to beaches and places to eat. This unit is quite dated and could use some cosmetic updates, like new paint. The outdoor patio furniture was rotted. We loved the beach chairs, towels, cooler, and umbrella. The collapsible wagon was a bonus. We could pack all of our things in that and wheel it to the beach for a full day of sunshine.

Great value for the price, perfect base camp for exploring Maui. Unit is ground floor facing road, so can be noisy. No view, but private lanai. Unit was clean and well-equipped for cooking, etc. Mattress in bedroom was ok, but should be replaced. Pull out couch is old, fine for our 3yo but would not be great for older kids and especially adults. There is a great assortment of beach chairs and towels, kids toys, etc. Snorkeling gear is older and a bit mismatched; if you are planning to snorkel a lot I would bring your own gear. Otherwise, place is great and central on the island. Lots of food and groceries nearby. Thanks!

If you are looking for close beach access there is a smaller nice beach with good shade across the street. From this condo a 6 minute walk with beach chairs and cooler in tow. This unit is a ground floor unit with nice spacious patio furniture for 4, that faces the street, however your patio is well treed so the street noise is not imposing. This is an advantage for walking anywhere as you are a one minute walk to the front street. There are plenty of shops and great restaurants five minutes by car, either way on kiehi, as well as two grocery stores. The unit is spacious for 2 and would be ok for 4. I found the master bedroom bed to be very firm, WE DID NOT TRY THE HIDABED. THE KITCHEN IS DELUX...Every pot, pan, baking appliance etc. The unit was clean, however given the season there were ant pads on the counter tops and with good reason....there were tiny red ants that came to visit now and then...not enough to be a major issue. The unit is deluxe with beach chairs for four, beach towels for 4, a beach cooler, some boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach toys, mats etc. The common area has tennis courts , a pool for each complex and outdoor barbecues...all well maintained. This condo resort has 24 hr Security on site, which is nice if you get in late and require assistance. This unit is abit dated, however, comfortable, great location and good value.

Everything went very smoothly. Owner was accessible as was manager of Unit. Location was perfect. Simple and basic and a very good value. Super comfy bed! Great kitchen set up/equipment. Highly recommend.

There were a lot of extras to borrow from kitchen items to beach towels, chairs, kiddie toys and even boogie boards. We loved the shower head. It's the extra large type with a lot of water raining out in just the right pressure.

Very comfortable and clean condo with easy access to the beautiful Charley Young Beach (we even see one turtle on the beach and a couple of turtles in water). This condo has everything you need for a great stay. We definitely recommend this place and will stay here again. Mahalo

Maui Vista is a great complex and this unit has everything you need for a great vacation.
