We have stayed at the Belmont for many years now, with varying satisfaction. This condo was excellent. We usually have a beach view but had to opt for the north view due to availability. Worked great because we were able to watch the Air Show from the balcony. If you like to cook in the condo, this is for you. I believe there was better cooking/ preparing equipment than I have at my home, for example, Ninja blender, coffee makers (kcup and other) etc.... The location is wonderful if you want to be near all the activity, which we do.
All in all, excellent. Including the checkin and checkout.

This is our fourth time staying in this condo. There were improvements this year with a working ceiling fan! It condo this year was not as cleaned as it had been in the past three years. The master bedroom and bathroom had a musty smell. The bathroom rug was still very damp when we had arrived. There was also a left over clothing item from the previous vacationers.
Although the condo wasn’t as fleas as the previous years it is still an amazing location and suited our family again nicely this year.
One other thing to note was there was a bachelorette party in the next condo over and a bachelor party in the condo after that. It did get a bit noisy at night for the kiddos.
All in all it was still a very enjoyable successful stay!

What started off as amazing vacation, foiled into absolute disgust and disappointment! Horrible communication by the Best of OC Condo Rentals. I’ll never ever use Best of OC Condo Rentals. They ignored my texts when we started to deal with FOUR HOURS of FIRE ALARMS once every single minute. Every single minute from 10am u til 2pm. The bigger issue was the MAJOR LACK of communication by horrible Best of OC Rentals!
They had great communication right up until they didn’t want to deal with unhappy customers. They then ignored me for hours.

We had a great stay, tt was a big condo with beautiful decor and a great view of both the beach and bayside. Check in was smooth but note you will not be able to use the code to get in until 3 PM on the dot so don't try and get in a few minutes before that, it wont work. Having access to beach chairs and an umbrella was a lovely extra. The space was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. Keep in mind it's close proximity to the boardwalk and a church. You will hear people being very loud late at night and the church bells on Sun mornings. A few things do need improvement however, first of all, the master bedroom had a very strong mildew/musty smell that did not dissipate the entire stay. Secondly, the bottom mattress in the bunk was very worn and so sunken in on one side that we had to flip the entire thing around for it to be usable. Even with that, it was very uncomfortable especially for an older person and it caused a lot of back pain. It needs to be replaced. The other main issue was that for such a nice large balcony, there were only two deck chairs for use and they were the high top type chairs. Not very accessible for anyone with a disability or mobility issues. It was disappointing to have such a large place that could fit up to 10 or so people, but only chairs for two on the large balcony. I would recommend buying some more deck chairs for the deck to be more family friendly. All in all it was a great stay at a great location and we had a great time.

We loved the condo. It was very clean, updated, and secure. Although you are right in the center of the action we didn’t hear much inside and were not disturbed while sleeping. The one con is one of the parking spots is almost unusable if someone is in the 408 spot as it’s perpendicular to one of the spots that comes with the condo. It wasn’t an issue for us since we had only one car and the other spot was much better. Overall would book again in an instant.

Owners are very friendly, the place is well maintained and good sized. The parking and storage locker all make it all very convenient. The area that it's in is very busy, almost citylike with early morning noise, so just make sure this is the area that you want to be in. If it is, I don't see how you could not be pleased with the accommodations.

Bellmont towers is located right on the boardwalk and is easily accessible to everything ocean city has to offer. This place was clean and spacious for our large family. The balcony connects to all rooms. All rooms are beautifully decorated. The pool is great. Parking for 2 vehicles which again is easily accessible. The place also has a storage unit with beach chairs so you don’t have to bring your own. This place is absolutely wonderful and I would stay again and recommend it!!!

The condo was perfect for our group. The location and views were just what we were looking for. The check in/out process was so simple. The condo is decorated so cute and had everything we needed. The parking was ideal as well. We enjoyed the pool a few days. The pool could be updated some, but we know that’s not the condo owner’s responsibility. This space was very nice and accommodating for our group's needs with balcony views of both the bay and ocean, not to mention right on the boardwalk. Communication with the proprietors was also very efficient. However, their policy of charging an additional $170 to provide bed, bath and kitchen linens is extremely unreasonable and in my experience unheard of. They frame it as "we find 60% of guests prefer the option to save money." Well of course they do when faced with that option! It's like a restaurant telling customers they can save money by providing their own dishes and silverware, or pay extra if they don't want to eat off the floor with their hands. We also had to provide our own garbage bags and toilet paper. Additionally, you are required to have access to a printer to print your parking pass; this should be done for you and left in the room for the customer to put on their dash. I'll go out on a limb and guess most would prefer to pay a little extra to not worry about those things. Again, great space, location and communication but that extra fee policy puts a real damper on the positives. There are enough businesses these days putting the burden of labor on the customer, a vacation rental shouldn't be one of them.

Belmont Towers Stay
Stayed June 2nd - June 5th 2022. Good experience. Unit was nice with a welcoming beach theme for the decor. Good location and the building was secure. My only complaint is that the patio blinds in each bedroom and the living room need repair or updating. Several slats did not work properly to ensure complete closure. There was one missing slat in the bedroom.. Many slats under the bed, I suspect are for replacements; however, replacing the entire pieces would be best. Other than, that we enjoyed our stay and would stay in this unit again..

Great Vacation
Condo is clean and very well kept, has great view of the bay from the living room and balcony. Walk half a block to the boardwalk and you are at the center of the attractions. Very secure facility.

Great last minute get-away
This was a lovely get-away and is a very convenient location to the boardwalk and surrounding shops/restaurants. I wish I knew how often the quilts/bedspreads and blankets were washed - that was the only thing that bothered me a little bit. The jets in the master bath looked rusty/old - we wouldn't use it. And since I thought there was only a Keurig I thought I'd let other coffee lovers know that there is also a regular 12 cup coffee maker as well. Bring your own K cups or coffee to brew. I'm pretty sure I saw filters there. The kitchen is very well equipped. Don't forget laundry detergent if you want to do laundry, and hand soap. Other than those nit picky details - we loved the unit, and watching the sunset and sunrise. It was really a lovely view and a much needed break.

Lovely condo close to everything
Wonderful condo located right on boardwalk. Easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Beds were comfortable and amenities great. Only thing to keep in mind is garbage crews make trash pick ups early every morning and they are noisy but that wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. Thank you to our hosts for making our stay wonderful!

Awesome Unit with a Great Location!
We had six adults and this unit was plenty of space for all of us and the two mobility scooters we rented. The bedrooms each had dressers and closets so lots of space for your stuff. And bathrooms? One in the master and a Jack-and-Jill type between the other two bedrooms. Also a half bath in the hallway. This was perfect!! The view? Just WOW! This is a corner unit so there were lots of windows to view the bay and the beach you can view from the balcony. Belmont Towers itself was really nice and having private parking spaces was a real plus. The location was perfect for us since we were in O.C. for Sunfest. We could walk to the Inlet area since it was so close. We would definitely stay here again!

OC Vacation
The unit is in a great location, and our first impression as we walked in was, “wow, what a nice place!” The furnishings were very nice and very comfortable. However, as we looked a bit closer at the entire unit we found large amounts of mold forming on the ceilings of the two guest bedrooms, the ceiling above the master bedroom closet area and also in the master bathroom above the mirror. The worst of the mold was at the A/C vent in the master bathroom.
We also noticed the dishwasher had a small leak that should be addressed or it could cause problems down the road.
Don’t get me wrong, we would stay here again in a heart beat if the mold was taken care of and the entire unit had a “deep cleaning”. Also, the entry door should be repainted since it doesn’t give a very good first impression.
