NOT ENOUGH BATHROOM TOWELS AND WASH CLOTHS. NO OUTSIDE HOSE TO WATER PLANTS.
HAD FLAT FIRE ON ONE OF BIKES AND NEVER FIXED IT TO THE DAY WE LEFT. EMAILED 3 TIMES ABOUT IT. NOTICED IRRIGATION WAS NOT WORKING.

What joy and relaxation found during our family vacay. God provided spectacular weather, marine life, breathtaking sunsets, and laughter. Our family so enjoyed Blue Mt Beach with the house exceeding our expectations: as Vrbo photos depicted,well equipped, superb location, generous beach gear/toys, and thoughtful information of community. The golf cart was additional fun for bakery, carry out, and creamery runs. Our only complaint was saying goodbye. See ya next time!

The management company 360 Blue was terrible communication wise. Would always wait at least 5 min then leave a voicemail and never get a call back. The upstairs HVAC didn’t work for the first 3 days and that’s where the majority of the bedrooms are. There was mold in every bathroom and we would’ve cleaned it if there were any supplies available. I hope the owners become aware of how terrible their property is managed and address it because otherwise the house is nice and the location is ideal for a large group.

What an amazing property and view with private beach access it was amazing. The golf cart was a special touch and the beds were comfortable. It was crazy hot there outside so I can underarms the issues with the air conditioning but we had alarms and leaks and issues with the system that was frustrating but understandable. We would definitely come back though super amazing place

This house is amazing and on a fabulous part of Blue Mountain beach. The surrounding area has lots of restaurants and shops. It was perfect for our group of teens and adults. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be back.

This Blue Mountain Beach House was so beautiful! Plenty of space for all 12 of us. The kitchen was nice and large. The ocean view of the beach was wonderful. We were just a few steps from the beach each day. The bikes and golf cart were a lot of fun. Our family had a wonderful time together for the Christmas Holiday.
It was a really cold week for Florida and the bunk room heater was not working in that room. We appreciated management’s attempt to repair it, but it was unresolved. They didn’t have any space heaters to help alleviate the cold room.
BUT, the reason for our ONE STAR rating is due to an unexpected email from management two weeks after our stay that they charged our credit card several thousand dollars, claiming we had an unauthorized pet in the house. We were charged $4000 for the cleaning and replacing the furniture. This was a huge mistake on their part as we absolutely did not have a pet during our stay.
We are in the process of disputing these charges with multiple phone calls to 360 Blue management. They have yet to return our calls to discuss this matter. We have also disputed the charges through our credit card company and will continue to fight this claim.
We will change our rating for this review when the false pet charges are dropped.

Great location, lots of bike trails, gorgeous beach, beautiful house. We loved it. Couches in the den are completely worn out and badly in need of replacement. TV in upstairs master is ancient and needs to be replaced.

Thanksgiving Week at the Beach
For several years we have traveled, with family, to this area for Thanksgiving. This turned out to be unusual week I that my husband had a cardiac event and pneumonia. The day after our arrival we spent rest of week in hospital ICU. Our adult children were with us and enjoyed the house and beach. It is a lovely home, tastefully decorated and spacious. We will definitely consider another stay here.

We were extremely disappointed in the response from maintenance. The oven would not open and beeped the entire time we were there. We called 3 times before someone showed up. The gentleman could not fix it and assured us someone would be back. No one ever came. The microwave was also inoperable.

November 2019 Stay
We have been going to the 30A area for Thanksgiving for 35 years! We have stayed in this house several years now. The owners have done a nice job updating the kitchen and master bathroom. It has plenty of space for all 12 of us and more. The location is unbeatable as is the view of the ocean and sunsets! The picture above was from a sunset this past week with no filter. We would definitely recommend this property for any vacation. We look forward to seeing any future updates the homeowner might do. We will definitely rent this house again!

What a great home and location. Well stocked, great location and property is in great shape. Owner even gave part of our group a tour a couple of days ahead of our check in. We stayed in BMB for our annual trip to 30A. This year we had 2 families staying together, ages 7-76, for a total of 12 people staying at 60 Grande Beach. We had plenty of room, and the two teenage boys loved having the big room downstairs all to themselves! We thought our favorite place would be the rock area by the beach, but we spent most of our mornings and evenings on the porch watching below. We saw a proposal one night, and a memorial ceremony the next morning. We watched the sea come to life each morning with dolphins, rays, fish, and early morning fishermen. Many meals and games were played on the large table in the kitchen each day. We didn’t run into any major issues, just a few minor things here and there. One concern was there was no railing on the top bunk of the twin bunk beds on the 3rd floor. We just put the top mattress on the floor and the little girls had a “fort” on the top bunk for the week. They loved it. Washer needs a deep clean. House needs some minor upkeep, but overall a good week

We absolutely loved our stay. The house being on the beach made beach access so convenient, and the view is absolutely amazing. There were thirteen of us in total, which left us with plenty of space to spread out in the house. We would not hesitate to stay here again, as it made for a very memorable vacation. The folks at 360 Blue were amazing as well, helping with the flew glitches that arose over the course of the trip (as they always do in one form or another on a vacation), and were always very nice and attentive to our needs. We hope to return soon to stay again, as it was a wonderful experience.

I cannot imagine a more beautiful home in which I was able to spend this week. Property management was outstanding anticipating anything we might need — although all was perfect and nothing was required. All of us commented about what good night sleeps we had. One night we had a terrible storm during which bathroom outlets and the fuse switch needed to be reset. Easily accessed even by a 70 year old woman. I happily recommend this property to both small and large families! I hope to be able to return soon!

We enjoyed the size, layout and location of this home. The beds are pretty comfortable but form. There are plenty of towels, kitchen plates, pans and storage. Overall we had a pretty good time. However, there are a few things that would make this property better:
-Central air for the bottom bunk room
-more comfortable seating in the den
-lounge chairs on the balcony
-a better coffee maker that doesn’t leak
-a separate ice maker or at least an ice maker in the second refrigerator
-a working oven (this is being addressed by property mgmt)
-new pillows
-working blinds
-hot water that doesn’t fluctuate
360 Blue has been great to work with and we will use them again.

We were here for our Son’s wedding. When we arranged the rental we were told we could host a bonfire on the beach and this was later reversed causing us to move the fire to the public beach access...a big disappointment! Location is great, overall house is spacious, has beach toys and bikes in the garage which is nice. None of the bathroom outlets worked and the floors were not clean when we checked in. A little more attention to the details would be appreciated. The outdoor patios and balcony’s were awesome! We have rented numerous houses on 30A. This one was not the best or the worst.

Loved the house. Great location and we were able to bike to several spots nearby. The house next door was under construction, so it was a bit noisy during the day. Other than that, it was alot of fun and we'd definitely consider staying again provided the noise wasn't an issue.

We are friends from college that are scattered across the country. We decided to start a bi-annual trip so our kids would know each other as the grow up; and this was our inaugural framily vacation. The house was perfect for our group of four families, 8 adults and 6 kids. Thanks so much for helping to make our first trip a success!

Our visit may have been short but it was most definitely very sweet!! Morning walks on the beach, cocktails on the back patio as the sun set and closing the day with star gazing from the back yard. We will be back for sure!!
