Although the photos on VRBO looked nice, the condo was much nicer than we expected. We loved the enclosed patio area and had most of our meals there. The neighborhood is delightful. The hosts were very responsive to our needs.

If I could give 6 stars I would! This place is homey, comfortable and clean. I stayed here with a friend and we each had our own bedroom. Easy walk to the water and close to all we wanted to do on the Cape. We asked the owners to to recommend a beach and they suggested Chapin which was gorgeous and free after 4:00 pm. Very helpful and nice owners. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great week in West Yarmouth! House was exactly as described, great location to several small neighborhood beaches including one right in front of the house. Owners are great to communicate with and have the house well-stocked. We can't wait to come back next year!

We enjoyed our week in this lovely home! We were able to make ourselves at home on the Lewis Bay compound; it is a very beautiful area and the neighbors were friendly. We loved having beach access right there as well as all the “stuff” we needed (from groceries to mini golf and coffee) just minutes away. The house was well maintained and it was great to leave the towels and linens at home. Thank you! We may need to come back:)

This condo in a private compound was excellent. Amenities were as stated. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Host was very accommodating and knowledgeable of all the area services and points of interest. Planning a return trip.

Property is close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream shops, and mini golf locations. Easy drive to the ferry’s for Martha’s Vineyard and whale watching. Property manager was very communicative. Would stay here again.

The rental and neighborhood were gorgeous. Quick walk down to the water. House was nicely decorated and had a variety of cookware, cups plates bowls utensils. The master bed was very comfortable and I’m assuming the kid beds were too bc my 2 year old slept through the night while we were there(never happens at home haha).
Very helpful owners as we had a couple issues with previous renters leaving trash cans full so no room for our trash and the picture of second bedroom showed a bunk bed with a railing but upon checking in we noticed there was no safety rail at all (it was a different bunk bed than listed). Was able to locate a toddler safety rail as a temporary fix.
Overall very pleased with the home, owners, location.

We have been coming to The Cape upwards of 40 years, and this was one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in! It was beautiful, comfortable, and everything we needed was available to us. I personally have never stayed in a home that had a comfortable bed, until now! We recommend this home to anyone who wants to relax and rejuvenate in a beautiful environment

Very please would just stay. Very good with kids because this property had high chair and also a portable crib available. Kitchen is well stocked and has a washer and dryer which is very good. Internet is great. Has TV which can do Hulu and others is nice. Has bunk beds for kids which my daughter loved. Near the water and can walk in the beach in few steps. Plenty of towels. Nothing is broken down, everything is good working order. Close enough to near by grocery stores like stop and shop, can drive 15 minutes to cape cod mall which has many other stores.

Property was all we could have wanted. Location was excellent for exploring the Cape. Bob & Pattie were extremely helpful as we needed an extra night booked which was no issue to them.

We were so impressed with the style and open concept of the house. The kitchen had adequate utensils and pots/pans for cooking. There were instructions on how to use the TV and to get down to the beach. Had use of the outdoor grill and patio area. Bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels for showering. There were beach chairs/towels for the beach. There were just a couple things that could have been better. When I went to find a plug in the Master Bedroom and there was a lot of dust on the back of the headboard and the baseboard. I have allergies, so that bothered me. It was very noticeable and needed to be vacuumed. Also the fan in the living room had black dust on the blade edges. I just think the house needs to get a more thorough cleaning. We stayed there for a few days before our Son's Wedding in Provincetown and totally enjoyed our stay! I would definitely recommend this house. The owners are very nice people and were very responsive in communications with me. Book it! You won't be sorry!

The house was fantastic start to finish. Check-in was smooth, and the house was immaculate upon arrival. Very well stocked with linens and towels. Spacious kitchen and bedrooms. The extra bedroom was great for the kids as well. Everything was in great condition, and a perfect short walk to a private beach. Owner extremely responsive as well and proactively checks in to make sure everything is OK with your stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect Anniversary Week
My husband and I stayed at Bob's house for a week to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The property was beautiful. The house was immaculate and the neighborhood is quiet and spectacular. There are views of the ocean and boats from the house and patio. On the patio there is a Weber grill, table and chairs and lounges. Everything we needed was on hand. Bob was easy to communicate with and the entire trip was perfect. You will be in a great location to many attractions, including the ferries to the Vineyard or Nantucket, and lots of great restaurants. We can't wait to visit again.

Beautiful space
This is a very clean well-appointed rental in a nice location for getting to a lot of places on the Cape. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. The home is very nice. It could use a few more amenities: there is only a keurig without pods so come prepared and there are no baggies/wrap for leftovers which is tough in the kitchen. Otherwise, the house is very nice and tidy.

Exceeded expectations!!
Went on a “girls trip” with my best friend and 2 small children and loved it! We were sooooo happy with the beach area and ease of access to it! Super kid friendly hidden gem! The house itself was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We only left to pick up takeout :) The owner, Bob, was super responsive. Even the neighbors were even delightful!

Hidden gem on Lewis Bay
The location on Lewis Bay is great. Calm bay waters even during Hurricanes Henri and Ida! Plenty of nice walking routes on local roads, Seagull beach is 1.5 miles away. The property is very sharp. Comfortable for a small family or two couples (note though, that one of the BRs has a bunk bed and twin bed). Plenty of supplies - soap, towels, linens, trash bags, paper products, pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses, beach chairs. Owners were incredibly responsive to questions. Located in a nice quiet development along the water. Central AC worked great, lots of ceiling fans, washer/dryer

Perfect getaway
The condo was absolutely perfect for our small family. When we got there it was spotless.. The kitchen had everything we needed and had tons of storage. The private compound was beautiful and having the beach to ourselves was awesome. The owner was easy to reach and answered any of our questions.

Perfect April Getaway
We loved it so much that we are already talking about coming back! The home was easy to get to, positioned a short ride from many of Cape Cod's offerings. It is in an adorable safe seaside neighborhood, with the beach on Lewis Bay just steps outside it's door. We walked down to the private beach on our first sunset there to look for shells and admire the beautiful views. The house was clean and orderly, with everything we needed for a good stay. The hosts were responsive and helpful about the visit. We felt very much at home and our kids are still talking about how much they loved the bunk beds. Thank you for such a great experienc!

Lovely location; nice and quiet in April
This was a lovely little place for a weekend stay. Everything we needed was there. The cottage did feel a bit more "lived in" than some other rentals we've stayed in, and could use some sprucing up. Loved the nearby small beach (so close, so easy to access).

Excellent location. Well kept grounds with short walk to beach. Beach quiet and beautiful. Nearby houses in same complex all similarly cared for. Property very clean. Quite a few food staples partially used located in refrigerator and cabinet- uncertain if this is advisable given current health concerns.
