Very nice place, clean and comfortable, convenient to beaches and Kailua town. Stayed one month and felt a lot like local residents. Excellent shower and bed, well organized kitchen with the slight exception of having to use electric induction units to cook, no integrated range or cooktop. Great tropical breezes so very little need to use A/C. Quiet except for the occasional dog barking next door or birds chirping and fighting outside. Jean and Keith excellent hosts.

Kaiula ohana visit
A very nice and comfortable unit with a downstairs private lanai complete with a gas grill. All you need beach supplies including a cooler & only an 8 minute walk to one of the nicest beaches in the world. Close to shopping & restaurants. Owners are wonderful and made access to the unit a breeze.

Perfection!
We absolutely loved this rental! It is beautifully decorated and appointed. We could cook-in if we wanted. The beach is a short walk as is the bike trail. Shopping and grocery are walkable as well if you need to get your steps in. We rented a car to explore the island which made our stay flexible. The rental is located in a residential neighborhood so you don't have tons of noise late at night and is safe. The restaurants in Kailua are amazing and plentiful. Our hosts were super helpful and kind. Jean provided snacks for our arrival and lists of what to do on the island. She has impeccable taste. 10 stars!

Jean and Kieth are wonderful hosts and provided us everything we needed during our stay. The beach is a very short walk away and most of the town restaurants are walkable. The unit is very well laid out and nicely finished. Can't wait to stay again!

Clean, Convenient, Easy
My wife and I stayed here on our recent trip to Oahu and it was awesome! Perfect location for experiencing the island without being at a resort. Quiet neighborhood within 10 minutes walking distance to beautiful Kailua Beach and also within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again.

Dream stay
The stay in this place was wonderful. For people who love to be at home and who really enjoy traveling, this was the ideal place because we really felt at home being in paradise. The place is fully equipped, very clean and with a welcoming energy. The hosts are really caring and compassionate. We hope to return soon, we miss it already. It has been a dream come true. Heaven on Earth
I had the privilege of staying at Jean's place for 16 days and from the moment I arrived, it felt like home. Everything was perfect from the location to the check in process to the suite itself. If you are looking for a more local experience away from crowds and walking distance to one of the best beaches in the world, this is your place! Super clean, newly renovated, tastefully decorated, successfully stocked with all the little things you could think of. Mahalo for making my stay exactly what I was hoping for :-)

Incredible Stay!
Staying at Jean and Keith’s property was absolutely breathtaking! The pictures definitely do not do it justice because the space was so much larger in person than I had anticipated. The space was so clean it felt like I was staying in my own home with the level of comfort that was provided. The property is literally a 10 minute walk from the beach in the neighborhood is so lovely and quiet. Highly recommend anyone to stay here and I hope to come back again one day!

Nice vacation getaway
First, I would like to state that the owners were very flexible with us about changing our original vacation plans due to the travel issues caused by the pandemic and we were thankful to finally be able to take our anniversary vacation. We were the first guests to stay in the condo since March, so there were a few minor issues after our arrival; however, the owners took care of them promptly. The condo is in a very quiet neighborhood, which was nice change compared to the busier tourist areas in Waikiki. The beach is a bit of a walk from the condo, about a half a mile, so if you are planning on bringing chairs, umbrella and a cooler, you will need a car. The owners made arrangements to for us to play golf at nearby Mid Pacific golf course, which was excellent. The condo comes stocked with just about everything you need, with the exception of a stove and oven; however, there is a hot plate which works as a stovetop to boil water and such. The condo is attached to the owner’s home and located on an upstairs floor. The owners have direct access to the condo via an adjoining door at the bottom of the stairs, however, the owners were very respectful of our privacy and very responsive to any concerns we had. Overall the accommodations were nice!

This is a very nicely appointed 1 bedroom situated in a very sedate residential neighborhood a short drive or walk to downtown restaurants. The apartment was very quiet and breezy being on the second floor. We were very happy with our stay.

Luxury Unit Close to Beach
Check in, check out and all communication were very easy. The unit was exactly as described, very clean, spacious, and quiet with no noise from traffic because it’s located in a very quiet residential area. There were fruits and coffee for us when we arrived. The AC and all the appliances were very quiet and the WiFi was really fast. It was so nice having a full sized washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener available too. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were nice and soft, good quality. The beach, general store, and shopping were just a short walk away. There were also beach towels, cooler and shopping bags. This is one of the nicest units we have rented and we would definitely stay here again.

An ideal stay for 2 near Kailua Beach!
The property was spacious and immaculate, tastefully decorated and well appointed. We fully enjoyed our stay. The kitchen and outdoor space with grill made it inviting & cozy to stay in for dinner a couple of nights during the week. So nice being just a short walk from the beach, especially early in the morning for sunrise. Wonderful having a washer and dryer right in the unit. Bed was very comfortable. Our hosts were are easy to reach and a pleasure to work with!

Modern Conviences in a beautiful setting
Wow the pictures were not far from the truth! We failed in love with the unit the moment we walked up the plushy staircase. The open floor plan with a great conversational island, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinetry filled with all of the kitchen essentials. There were only two of us so we didn't need to cook but if a functional kitchen is what you need this is it. Jean and Keith thought of everything when they designed this guest unit down to the slow close cabinetry, the magnet door stoppers on all of the interior doors, indoor laundry and extra hooks for your wet swim suits in the standing shower. The unit is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There are little beautiful exterior lighting lights up the entry path to the unit at night and a small little area to bask in the sun with a gas bbq during the day. Thank you Jean and Keith for a great space to call home for a few days in Kailua. Will definitely recommend your listings to everyone we know!

Perfection in Paradise
Such a well-appointed space. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. Everything was there to make our stay comfortable. We had all we needed to stay in and cook and relax or go out to town or hit the beach. We have stayed in Kailua many times and my husband lived there in high school. This was the best place we have stayed for the two of us. Our walks to Kailua beach for sunrise or morning walks were quick. We walked right up to the Kalapawi Market, got coffees, and hit the beach for glorious walks to see kite surfers and the few who go out on morning walks. This is the best beach on Oahu and this space is the perfect place to be to enjoy it. Thank you for making us so welcome and taking care of us. I hope we will be back soon. The air in Kailua is the best in the world. What a place! What a space!
