La perfetta casa di famiglia fuga si trova a 540 Downing St a Morro Bay. Questo unico livello, 4 camere, 2 bagni a casa, è la perfetta casa lontano da casa per il vostro prossimo viaggio. Un passo in questa spiaggia a tema rifugio per le vacanze e si trova un ampio soggiorno con un grande televisore a schermo piatto e viste su Morro Rock fuori dalla finestra davanti. Fuori del soggiorno è una cucina classica con tavolo per la colazione perfetta per la creazione di quel pasto memorabile e piena attrezzata con tutti gli utensili da cucina necessari. Fuori la cucina è un altro grande famiglia / sala da pranzo con un grande tavolo e TV a schermo piatto. Questa camera dispone di una cucina completamente recinzione e protetta dal vento patio perfetto per BBQ'in o rilassarsi in un pomeriggio soleggiato. La casa offre anche alloggi per tutta la famiglia dorme. La prima camera ha due letti singoli, mentre la seconda e la terza camera da letto hanno ciascuno letti queen size. We had a wonderful place to stay in Morro Bay, CA. Great location and easy access to/from downtown, bay/piers and major roads. All the amenities of home. The area is so very quiet and every afternoon there is a herd of Black Angus cows that graze near the back fence. My entire family loved it!

We werent quit sure how the hone was goi g to work out with 3 couples and a kid but it was perfect! Clean, welcoming, & plenty of room. Great time!

This was a perfect place for our trip. Convenient location and beautiful area. Plenty of room for all, nice patio in back perfect in the morning as the sun comes up. Kitchen was well supplied, had everything we needed. Would recommend and stay again.

Our party of five adults was very comfortable in this spacious and well-equipped house. The kitchen was very well stocked with ample dishes and appliances. There is a nice patio with a grill, which we did not use due to the poor weather during our stay. The two wall-mounted heating units in the hallway were inadequate for heating the bedrooms, unfortunately. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. This house is recommended for guests with a vehicle. It is a long walk to the waterfront or other attractions. There is room for one car in the driveway and additional street parking is available.

The house had a good location, close to town, the backyard space was good sized with plenty of seating. It has four bedrooms and two full baths which was perfect for our 5 adults and 2 children.

Close to stores, restaurants, Montana De Oro State Park, Morro Rock is right out the front door, Elfin Forrest is 15 minutes away and one of our favorites Seal Elephant Beach is just up the coast near Hearst Castle.The house is very clean and inviting, The kitchen is well-appointed, Beds are comfortable, Bathrooms nice and clean - though as others have mentioned TP is at a premium having read that on other reviews we just brought our own not a big deal really. We would be happy to stay here again, we love this part of the CA coast and this was a delightful place to stay.We took several long hikes/walks and I mountain biked at Montana De Oro - great mountain biking!Thanks for making our trip so enjoyable.

Overall, it was a good property for what we needed (a stay for 2 families). It's a good size, with a good amount space. When we arrived the dining room light bulb was burnt out and at bedtime, we discovered the pilot light to the wall heater in the primary sleeping area was out. It would be helpful to double check these things while preparing for the next renters. Thankfully, we were able to remedy these things with help from the property manager for the remainder of our stay. The place could use just a tad more cleaning attention (a few cob webs and a more thorough vacuuming), but overall it was pretty clean.A few fixes and nice-to-haves would make it extra inviting: a pair of scissors or kitchen shears, a small over-sink drying rack, tightening up the toilet paper holder in the master bathroom, a few small hotel-style toiletries and small hotel-style coffee packets, a few more basics in the kitchen like salt. Thank you for renting this out to us. We enjoyed the nice walk through the neighborhood and to the pier area and enjoyed our stay in Morro Bay.
