This property is amazing. He had 9 absolutely gorgeous days there. Condo was perfect but the view of the Gulf is breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was beautiful and spacious! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! I was very pleased with how thorough and informative Stephan was throughout the process of renting his condo. He always was quick to provide information and answer any questions I had. We really enjoyed our vacation and will be returning in the near future! We throughly enjoyed our stay! Stephen was great and even gave us a call before our arrival to make our check in as seamless as possible. Majestic Towers is in a great location and beautiful property. The condo was clean for the most part, could use a good deep cleaning ie: lots of sand under the beds and couches, and small fridge possibly has mold. Wasn’t an issue for us we didn’t need it. Would stay here again!

Overall was a nice place to stay. Big bedrooms and great location. The condo could use a deep clean. There were mildew/mold spots on shower curtain and around bottom of shower door. Some questionable areas in fridge/freezer.

Stephan was wonderful to work with. He was so helpful with everything. The condo was just as pictured, very pretty and the view was amazing. The condo complex was great, it had a small market and a bar and grill. Also there were 3 or 4 pools all very nice. We had a great time and hope someday to stay again.

Great place to stay! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Walking distance to many places to eat. Never had a problem with waiting on the elevators, they were always fast.
We had an issue with the dryer and Mr. Francois was there that day and had it fixed by the afternoon. Very friendly and helpful!

Stephan was the best host I have ever rented from and I've been doing a beach week a year for about 15 years. Not only was everything as stated but he called me a couple days prior to give extra information to include the easiest way to park and unload, his restaurant picks, quick and easy shopping, etc. AND, he text to check on our arrival and text again before our departure. We could not have been more pleased with everything!

Condo is in good shape, it was as described. It comes with everything you need, besides your groceries. Trash shoot in located right outside the door. We were on the 17th floor and elevators were always pretty quick. Owner was very informative and friendly. Would stay here again.

Great view!
The condo had a wonderful view. The owner was very prompt on getting back with us on the issues we had. The condo wasn’t as clean as I would like and was disappointed that during COVID the owner was reusing the rubber bracelets that you are required to wear to be in property. All other units where not per Majestic Tower front desk. The ice machine being down was an expensive issue for us seeing how a bag of ice on the property was almost $5.

We loved PCB! Majestic tower 2 was well cleaned and maintained! Stephon was amazing to work with. If I had a question he would respond quickly and communicate professionally. We will be back and look forward to our next stay! The unit had basically everything you need except your food and minor necessities. We enjoyed walking to the local places near the unit. 17th floor views were amazing! And a Great balcony...

The condo was amazing. Super clean. Super close to the beach and all attractions! The staff were all very friendly and personable!! Stephen went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one!
If you book this condo u will not be diappointed!! It is the very best! We for sure will be booking it for next year just as soon as we pick our dates!! This is the nicest condo we have stayed in!
The beach was absolutely beautiful. No words an describe it! The water is crystal clear and the sand is like white powder! From the 17th floor you can see everything! The view from the balcony is amazing and you can see the dolphins and sea turtles swimming around plain as day!!
Dont let the condo being on the 17th floor scare you away... it's literally no walking extra the elevators are fast and clean and being able to walk across to the parking garage on the bridge way is very nice we used it to just cross the road so we didnt have to cross the road in traffic. The condo is literally right off of the elevators and it located right across from the trash room!
If you book this condo you will definately be in for the best and most relaxing vacation!!!!!

Perfect beach vacation
Excellent booking process and communication with owner. The condo was spacious and clean. The view is breathtaking. The pools were plentiful and not overcrowded considering peak season. The beach had the clearest, most inviting water we had experienced. The elevators were busy but again considering time of year- no issue. The walk to parking garage was quick. There are several great restaurants within walking distance. You can walk the beach to Pinneapple Willie's or Barefoot on the Beach. Our favorite - D's Hangout- just up the street. I did quite a bit of assessing many of the other resorts and I believe this is one of the the better ones all things considered (location, ammenites, appearance, etc... ) We would definitely stay here again. Family Vacation
Stephen was incredibly easy to work with and very prompt in returning messages. The condo is in a great location for a family vacation and within walking distance to various restaurants. My kids enjoyed the different indoor/outdoor pools on the property. We would definitely rent from Stephen again. My only recommendation is perhaps a vacuum for renters use to clean the sand from the floors.

Great condo! Enjoyed the stay and the property. Just a side note to the owners--we had a two year old that loved to open doors. Adding a chain lock or child safety lock of some kind to the door would make it easier to keep a child like this corralled. This is not a negative, just a suggestion!

This condo was beautiful and fully stocked with everything you’ll ever need. The deco was outstanding, beautiful and amazing...you can tell that Stephen went all out....in fact, there was more than you would ever need. My family had so much room in the condo. Everything was updated and working.
From the time we booked the condo until we left, Stephen was always there for us if we had any concerns, had questions and etc. He walked us thru everything. He cares about his customers and his condo and it shows! We will always book with him and noone else! It was truly a home away from home!
Thank you Stephen for a great vacation! Can’t wait until next year!
